not only in Ryugi's fight, but in one in the FFA, people blatantly ignore the explosive power of ki, and the athleticism of Nekurajin.
I had less problems with Void.
Even less with a nul-element armored mini-juggernaut.
Or I should just give Neku a pair of bracers and a pair of wakazashis.

Ki or physical energy is a very variable energy source. Its much harder to regulate strength-wise than a number of other abilities as it depends greatly on the person involved.

Powers don' mean anything unless all parties involved admit they do. Actually, nothing you do in RP really means anything unless other people acknowledge it.
And telling people what to think is just silly. They won't. Especially if you're doing something less concrete like powers, comparing speed, strength, whatever, it's important because they don't have as much realistic anchoring as something like grappling, fistfight, or swordfight might have between two people with some idea of what they're doing. It has to be about either respect, or give and take. "Mine is bigger" fights go nowhere.
