Tenkougan - Weather Eye

The Tenkougan is the Raiken clan dojutsu. Due to their affinity in the lightning element, the Raiken clan's eyes have developed into tools to track even the fastest movements. The dojutsu allows the user to put everything around them into a state of Matrix like suspended animation. This gives them a greater capacity to react to incoming attacks. The Tenkougan also increase the User's Lightning ability allowing one handed jutsu casting, similar to that of the Hyouton clan. Rumor has it that the Tenkougan also possess the power to control the weather in the area surrounding it's wielder.


Requirement
In order to unlock this Doujutsu, the owner must go through a traumatic experience (loss of a loved one)
Or be brought to the brink of death during battle

Traits:
• Raiton techniques performed are increased by 1 rank, up to rank B (D ► C, C ► B, B ► A)
• Raiton damage received reduced by 1 rank, up to rank A (A ► B, B ► C, ext.)
• Can perform Raiton style techniques with one hand

Rules:
Users must have Raiton element •
Users themselves receive additional damage from Fuuton element •

Akuten [Bad Weather]
Upon activation of the Tenkougan, the user is capable of changing the weather of the immediate area accordingly...
-Rain - Causes rain to begin falling heavily, increasing conductivity of everything in the area
-Hail - Creates a driving hail storm which flings rock hard chunks of ice at everything in the area
-Snow - Temperature begins to drop and a light but obscuring blanket of snow begins to fall
-Sunny - The temperature rises to an uncomfortable level, water created by techniques lasts on the battlefield for only two posts while this is in effect
-Dark Clouds - The immediate area becomes heavied by black clouds and it almost seems as if its night
• Technique obtained after unlocking Tenkougan
• These effects only last 8 posts
• These effects cannot overpower bloodlines that also effect weather

Raikou Sao no Jutsu [Lightning Rod Technique]

By standing still, without a single handsign, the user conducts a minor current around their body that will cause those who make physical contact with the user to be shocked and typically causing them to stumble. It should be noted that this technique can only be used defensively, as the user must remain standing still

Raikou Chaneru no jutsu [Lightning Channel technique]

This jutsu is one of the more commonly used as it is both simple and effective...The user will cast out an arm, pointing at their target with a single finger, this finger will shortly after begin to radiate and almost seem to shake. After a light charge has gathered, the user will flex their extended finger, letting out a straight jolt of lightning in the pointed direction

Electric Net

The user releases a meshed net composed of conductive metallic wire...Because of its weight, those ensnared are typically dragged down...After catching their prey, the user will send electrical pulses through their body to the wire, causing it to shock whatever is within it. This technique can cause opponents to twitch and even jolt their nervous system, those who are under its effects long enough can even be paralyzed for brief moments

Raikou Sumiyaka no Jutsu [Lightning Speed Technique]

By sending volts of electricity to jump start their nervous system, the user is capable of increasing their speed by 2 ranks (Gen ► Jou, Chu ► +Jou, Ext.) for a very brief moment. However...the damage this technique dawns on the user is rather incredible...
• Can only be used twice per battle
• Can be used a last resort third time, but after that the user becomes slower by 1 rank for the rest of the battle

Rai Fuma Shuriken

The user will throw their arm up and began to channel chakra and stored electricity, until a disc is formed. This disc will soon take on the appearance of a Fuma Shuriken, by this time it is ready to be launched. The user will then simply throw the thing by dropping their hand forward...because of certain acceleration properties, the shuriken will reach an extremely high speed not achievable by most Genin or Chuunin. Because of its composition, the shuriken cannot cut through flesh, but rather- if it makes contact, the nerves in said hit area almost immediately die, causing that area to go limp or cease function

Tama Raikou no Jutsu [Ball Lightning Technique]

With enough practice in the Raiton arts, the user is finally capable of sparking enough lightning from the area around his/herself to generate a palm sized ball of lightning. This sphere, after being launched, forms a 5 yard radial explosion on impact...It should be noted that this technique does not require handsigns, but does require a good amount of concentration

Raikou Tatsumaki no Jutsu [Lightning Tornado Technique]

The user will hold out one of their arms, releasing a good amount of chakra from their network and causing sparks and jolts to twirl around said arm. The user will then draw their arm close to their chest, gather a target in mind, then throw out their arm again pointing at that target. Almost immediately after, the lightning will surge from the user's arm twirling and spinning creating a 3 yard diameter tornado that travels for 20 yards

The user will imitate the methods used to perform 'Chidori', however, the lightning that surrounds the user's hand spreads to the arm and begins to spin almost like a tornado...If successful in making contact, this technique is capable of ripping multiple limbs off in a single stroke
