Hitobito To'chi - Human Flames

Orochimaru was conducting one of his many different experiments, attempting to bring about the creation of new and never before seen bloodlines. Orochimaru had already done experimentation with the First Hokage's Mokuton jutsu, the ability to control wood, and set out to create a special trait of his own. The wretched man had already extracted the DNA from a nin who had the ability to control earth, but was having trouble find someone who possessed an affinity for fire. After quite a while of searching he not only found someone who had an ample control over fire, but who was also able pick up and learn techniques involving it at an almost alarming rate.

In the process of extracting the genes of the fire user, Orochimara stumbled upon a way to maximize the abilities of the fire nin, allowing him to engulf his whole body in flame. As the ninja began to real his true potential, he also began to desire something more. And so he decided to escape the base... by burning through every wall between himself and the exit. The stone walls cracked under the heat, and the metal locks began to melt as he burst free from his confines. He had figured out how to focus fire into his hands, and as he did so and pointed them to the ground, he burst into the air at a high speed. Like a rocket head for the stars.

That ninja somehow avoided the pursuit of his former master, and settled down to start a family, passing his unique traits to his children. Some of their children inherited it as well, and eventually if was passed down to a select few members of the Izumi family. These members possess an subconscious ability to bend flames to their will and their heart is, quite literally, engulfed with the flame of their family.


Requirements:
This bloodline lies dormant until the owner is sent into an uncontrollable rage...
Upon entering this fit of rage, the owner lets loose waves of fire around his/her body equal to B ranked Katon jutsu
After this has occurred, the owner learns the bloodline's first technique 'Funka'

Traits:
• The owner's body is not effected by cold temperatures
• The owner is capable of performing Katon style with only one hand

Rules:
• Owner must have Katon as one of their elements
• Owner cannot have Suiton as one of their elements
• All bloodline techniques must be performed while 'Funka' is in effect, unless stated otherwise
• Water techniques that are able to overpower 'Funka' deal double damage

Basic, yet destructive, this technique is the basis for Hitobito To'chi...It requires no handsigns, but a varying amount of chakra is needed to be used as fuel. The user, at a whim, bursts into flames, the fire acting almost as if a skin. The effectiveness of the fire is directly relevant to the amount of fuel used to bring up the blaze...

Kurumu [Be Engulfed In]
While effected by 'Funka', the user will brace him/herself, anticipating an attack. If the attack's rank is equal to or less than the Fire Strength, it is absorbed by the user's burning body.
(Ex. User with Fire Strength of B, can absorb attacks of Rank B and lower)
• Learned simultaneously with Funka
• Can only be used 5 times per battle

Fire Shuriken

The user holds out a hand, and lets loose a trio of shuriken composed of flames. Although not high in ranking, these shuriken are capable of piercing steel...
• Does not require Funka to be active

Fire Toss

The user manifests a portion of their fire into their hand and throws it like a baseball. Unalike Fire Shuriken, this technique is incapable of piercing steel, however, on impact this technique erupts and causes severe burns almost as if an explosion

Fire Storm

The user subjects additional chakra to their body in order to further fuel a fierce fire...After a very brief moment of concentration, the user throws theirs arms outward, casting out a spherical wave of flames that will burn anything within a 10 yard radius...
It should be noted that before this technique is launched, it almost seems as if the air becomes completely dry for a brief moment

Okibi [Blazing Fire]
By surrendering half of the maximum duration of the effects of 'Funka', the user is able to increase the damage dealt by his/her next Katon technique by the same corresponding Fire Strength...
(Ex. Fuel Rank of B means Fire Strength of B. By sacrificing 9 posts [as 18 is the maximum] the user can increase the strength of his/her next fire attack by a B-ranked amount of damage)
