Upon the abilities it's lower form grants, this new version, becomes some what the Ultimate weapon of any Raiken clansman. This eye grants the user, a slight higher reaction, time to go along with the the users obvious high speed. Allowing them to not only slow down jutsu, but can now react to fast and powerful Taijutsu user. Something that can be a real annoyance to all shinobi, being able to see an attack yet not having the ability to react to it.


Rules
Must Be Jounin+

Has Exceptional Reaction Time to help with the users now exceptional speed.

With this Active, the user is considered one if not the fastest Shinobi around.

There Raiton attacks are more powerful than other's except 6-tails and they match gobi's

Element must be Raiton.

Can create Raiton based jutsu using one hand

Can Slow down speeds of up to 6 jutsu's per battle making impossible to dodge possible. [ activates at Jounin level this ability]

Requirements:
Must defeat a Byakugan user of the same rank with evidence of said scenario.

Bloodline Jutsu:

Claws of Lightning
Infusing lightning chakra around the tips of the users fingers, the chakra glows all around his/her hands causing them to shock and slightly paralyze where they hit. If the user knows a jutsu such as Chidori, they can add the effects of it, so that these claws can cut through anything. After this jutsu wears off, the user's hands burn and sting, making taijutsu difficult.

Transparent Light
The user melds themselves with light rays of the electron-magnetic spectrum, they can then move about as a transparent figure, being completely see through and being hidden. This uses up a lot of chakra and takes much practice to use, if they mess up the color, they can become visible, it also strains chakra over time, also, they will become partially visible if they move without perfectly adjusting light.

Rairyu Rendan no Jutsu
This jutsu creates a lightning jolt in the air, from which a dragon comes out, striking at the enemy, and giving him big lightning damage.

Kyougeki Diagon: Enhance Aura
Pushes the diagon and users chakra to the limit, making them have very strong and powerful taijutsu, speed, and lightning jutsu for a short time. It makes the aura from the kyougeki diagon grow to its full potential, and greatly increases taijutsu and speed, as well as lightning jutsu power increased. This works for as long as the user can keep it up, but once it goes off, the users greatly weakens, taijutsu become almost impossible to do for 4-10 hours depending on the strength of the user. It also exhausts the user of using the Tenkougan for the rest of his/her fight.

Lightning's Death
Creates a gigantic lightning storm, The use can then control the lightning bolts, causing colossal or most likely fatal damage to the opponent, and making a Deafening crash-like sound.
This jutsu is deadly even to practice and is only used by the best of the best Raiken's.

Lightning Spiral
Similar to rasengan, the user focuses all of their lightning chakra into their hands, puts them out in front of them, and twirls them in a spiral, forming a huge, spiraling ball of lightning, using the last of the chakra they focused, they shoot out the spiraling sphere of lightning, causing it to keep twirling even on contact, but terribly electrocutes the opponent when hit. The downsides are when creating the ball, your hands will begin to take in some of the electricity, making it very hard to concentrate and having a good amount of pain.
