Do you want to fight a sword wielder with Reitou Toketsu, or one of my old fashion style ninja that uses Ice Jutsu. Your choice. (or you can also choose my current shinobi for this RP but i will give him the other seals)

Well. I dont know your RPC so I will just be suprised.
Zach walks into the massive and very wide open Arena. Across the ground is another Shinobi, waiting to begin the combat. Zach flips around Reitou Toketsu from its sheathe and into his hand. "So. Youre my opponent. Then it seems you are unlucky." Zach raised his hand above him. He wanted this to be as quick as possible but also didnt want to use too much chakra, though this next move would easily drain at least 75% of it. A very small silver sphere forms in Zach's hand and he closes it, leaping towards his opponent with the sword at the attacking position. When he reaches his opponent, he bring the sword down as if to cut across the man's chest and as well, drops the tiny silver sphere.
(how is this. not really sure if it fits your method but i like fights to be multiple posts. this is the begining of the attack)

Standing at the other end of the arena his eyes would the the first thing his opponent would see. The mystic blue they projected was almost hypnotizing. His head tilted questioningly as his his opponent spoke. " Unlucky? " He said softly. Then he watched as his opponent held his hand up. " Probably some special move. " He said to himself. He wasn't going to let it happen though, just in case it was something troublesome. A hand seal made its way onto his right hand. Then his own jutsu would start. His body would seem to peel way from his opponent only seconds before he struck with his weapon. Though this was not the reality of the situation. Toshiro had actually used a Genjutsu on his opponent to make it seem like he had disappeared. But that was not it, Toshiro just used it as a distraction. As a Genin his speed usually wouldn't come close to a Chuunin or even Jounin. But with his unique bloodline trait and countless hours of speed training it made all this possible. While pink petals began to fill the air Toshiro would have already struck his opponent. His body would a be blur to those outside of the Genjutsu, his right hand occupied with a sharp object. Travelling forward to his confused opponent he would slip under his radar and past his body. His right hand sticking out just enough to take out a large gash from his opponent right ribcage. This would sever a major artery and stop the fight. As he positioned himself behind his opponent with their backs facing each other his neck would crack. " It seems it's my lucky day. " He said happily. If everything went according to plan Toshiro would have executed his response in a matter of seconds. Done!

[[FYI: For the duration of this battle, im not using my RPC, im using a Chunin RPC]]
Zach noticed that his opponent had dissappeared but to Zach, it was of no worry. Zach slid on the ground and smiled as the sphere came into contact with the ground as well. The sphere detonated, sending out three massive silver shockwaves. Anything that got hit by these shockwaves was being instantaneously frozen as well as anything within 5 yards of them leaving no true escape. Zach though, was unfazed by these blasts, his blade feeding off all the energy that came his way and protecting him from the jutsu.

So...
That looks correct...
I removed the Old Announcements section...and installed the Listing of Additions...
That should clear up the Starter Forum and make better use of the our space and what not ^ ^;
