Must be, because I was thinking the same thing.
Oh yeah, I went for a walk on the main street of my town at three in the morning because of poor judgment due to lack of sleep. I got pulled over for breaking curfew.

Essentially. The cops don't really have anything to do around here, so they pull people over for stupid s**t like breaking curfew or turning on a street you aren't supposed to.

I don't think it would be very big. We're just a small suburb down at the southern end of California. We're right next to San Diego, just to give you an idea about the area.
