To be more clear if you didn't get it the first time:
'If I ran an event, I would actively make sure to minimize bias, double standards and make all of the expectations clear as far as what the event is looking for in terms of Roleplay and power level.'
Yes I think I do things the way they ought to be done. Am I gonna make an event into a platform to strong arm people into doing it? Hell no.
I sell my way of doing things simply by almost always having a great fight and by adding to the RP.
