I-I felt like a ghost."[Firekit looked back at Hook, turning around made his chest hurt even more. In fact, it made his whole body hurt.]"I wanted to prove something.. To everyone."[The kit wrapped around his fathers paw, wanting comfort and love instead of a fight with Hook.]"a-am I gonna die?" Just get back up when it knocks you down

Gosh it's Silentkit all over again. |D Cept Firekit isn't crippled...nevermind.
HNGH just so I have this straight, only Hook and Splinter revealed themselves? I'll edit if not, Trixie. ))
[Galestar blinked at the little kitten. Leave camp? he thought. Just for something like that? Seems a bit overzealous. Then again, I was willing to prove to everyone that I can fly. Just need a bit more practice. But this kit...wants to go out where it's dangerous, just to prove something? It seems a bit absurd. He's got some bravery, asking the leader for something so big.
Galestar lost himself in his train of thought and fell silent. When the kit mumbled a nevermind and walked away, Galestar shook himself. Ack, lost in my own train of thought. How terrible!
The kit disappeared before Galestar could call him back. He let otu a sigh. What to do. Seems the Clan is restless about my new rule...
He turned his head just in time to see Serpentfang being attacked by a giant eagle. He jumped to his feet and let out a screech.]
"SERPENTFANG!" he yowled, dashing towards the she-cat.
((For those who don't know, Serpentfang is like an adopted daughter to Galestar. =//A//= ))
[He threw himself in front of her, his tail lashing. He let out a snarl at the bird, swiping threateningly with his unsheathed claws.
He looked around and saw cats crowding around Firekit, who seemed to be hurt.
Before he could move, Avalon sprang from seemingly nowhere and barreled the large bird over, slamming her beak on his head before throwing him aside. She crouched low, defending her son and Serpentfang with a furious screech.]

_______________________________________________________ [Shadow embraced his son, starring into the eyes similar to his. His mother's features we're beautiful, showing many innocent looks.] "Your not a ghost, Firekit...your my son." Shadow said. "You will prove something, I promise you. You need to be patient...but you already prove many things to me." Shadow said. [He then closed his lids and shook his head side to side, very slowly.] "Your not going to die, Firekit. StarClan wouldn't think about taking something so special away from me and leaving me in a world of emptiness.." Shadow finished.
[He then gently picked up his son and brought him to the medicine den, not wanting to hear anymore nonsense. He gave Ice a slight glance.] "I'm going to place my son in one of your nests...I appreciate your kindness Ice..." Shadow said.
[He then placed Firekit on a dry, cozy nest. Using his large snout, he pushed more moss towards Firekit's bedding, making the bedding more stable. Shadow then looked down at his son, who was so small.] Firekit has courage...a little kit like him determined to go against a large falcon. [He then settled himself next to Firekit, not paying attention to anything else. Using his tail, he wrapped his tail around his son, using his thick fur as a blanket. Shadow used his right paw to cover Firekit's eyes, his ice blue ones focusing on the disaster outside.] "Hush Firekit, everything is fine. Only rest...I won't leave until you've healed..." Shadow promised.

Letting out a furious hiss, she pushed back her son even more, ignoring his sharp claws.] "More trouble is going to be cause if you die! I'll protect them and especially you. When life knocks you down FIREKIT _______ [Firekit felt happier when he was placed into a soft and dry nest in the medicine den. It felt so much better then the hard earth outside.]"I've had a long day. I even fought and injured a real live eagle! I'll fight one another time... It was so much fun! Until he started choking me.. That wasn't fun."[Firekit felt warm and fuzzy next to his father, causing his eyes to feel all heavy.]"Night, father."[He said before yawning and falling asleep.] Just get back up when it knocks you down

_______________________________________________________ [Shadow gazed down at his son with affectionate eyes. As he heard Firekit's words, he chuckled lightly. Noticing a couple of specks in his perfect fur, he groomed his fur until the specks we're gone. After grooming, he pulled his son closer to his chest and pressed his nose into his fur, making sure his son gets all the rest he needs.] "Goodnight, my son..." Shadow murmered, almost in a whisper.
[Raising his large snout, he focused on his beautiful mate, who seems exhausted from the invasion. He managed a small grin, wanting to comfort her. As she got close and shielded Firekit with him, Shadow gave her a couple of licks on the head, taking in her sweet scent. He then listened to her words carefully, slowly shaking his head side to side once again."My love, you've done nothing wrong.." Shadow started, with his deep tone. "The clan hasn't done any harm either..." Shadow admitted, feeling he overreacted earlier.
[He gazed down at his son, watching him sleep so silently. Suddenly, he shot up his head, his eyes wide as ever. He changed his gaze to his mate's.] "T-the rest of the kits! We need to go get-" he stopped himself from talking further, as he glanced down at his son again. "But..I promised him I wouldn't leave his side..." Shadow murmured.

I will be the lightning...  _____________________________________ ((awwww Snowcherry and Shadow are such good parents! heart )) [Serpentfang turned down at Ravenpaw when she returned to her side and asked her question.] "The eagles are attacking Ravenpaw. They are lead by the tyrant Talon. You are not ready to take them on, help defend your clan by guiding the kits to safety, and use the shadows so they do not spot you like Serpentfang taught you." [She said, nervousness in her voice. She had faith in her apprentice but fear of losing her too. While she was distracted Splint struck to attack but was knocked back by Galestar before he could lay a talon on her.n She turned to face her leader, her eyes wide.] "Galestar! Thank you!" Splint and Blade [Splint recomposed himself after being knocked about and glared at the cat infront of him.] "You! Your Galestar arnt you! Yes im sure of it!!! If it weren't for Avalon you would be all Talon talks about, quite annoying really." [Blade descended from the sky and landed next to his rival Splint and shot him a cold glare.] "Oh come on, he cant be nearly as annoying as hearing how often you talk about your supposedly cunning strategies that never work. heheh" [Splint puffed up his feathers with anger.] "At least i wasn't ripped to pieces by some cat!" [Blade shook his head.] "At least i didn't bring the wrong cat back." [Splint snarled at Blade and puffed up his feathers threateningly, ready to fight the other assassin. Right then was when Avalon jumped in and knocked Splint far away from the cats with a terrifying battle sheik! Both assassins jumped at the sight of the mighty she eagle that challenged them.] "BLADE WE HAVE TO GET OUT OF HERE NOW!!!" [Splint said in a panic and began to flap his wings furiously. Blade did nont respond and just stood there, glaring at the large eagle before him.] "Hold your ground Splint. You always wanted a chance to prove yourself well here it is. As for me I will not flee. You better watch yourself Avalon. This battle is not like the others. Whats the matter Galestar? Cant defend yourself?" Hook [Hook jumped back when Snowcherry swiped her claws at him to protect her kitten Firekit. He let out a crazed laugh art the scene of the kitten's loving parents rushing to his aid.] "How sweet! one big happy family. Its unfortunate that you all cant stay together like this forever. Eventually someone or something is going to rip you apart, weather it be a disaster, a falling out, betrayal, death, or me. hahahhHAHAH!" [the obviously crazy bird let out a sheik of maddening laughter at the thought of it to come, everything has to come to an end.] Harpy [Hidden up in the trees Harpy, second in command, stood by Talons side, watching the sprawl with the other cats. She noticed a she cat directing the young to the safety of a den and narrowed her eyes.] She is ordering some sort of evacuation? She must be deputy then. If i take out her and the medicine cat they will have little to no order. [She spread her wings and swooped down silently and landed inches away from Pebbleheart's face and blocking off the nursery entrance.] "No one will be going anywhere. There is no sanctuary this time." [She said coldly, a blank yet some how mocking expression on her sharp face as she looked the Breezeclan deputy in the eyes.] _____________________________________ ...that strikes you out of the sky, Avalon.

The living nightmare ~=============================================~ [Hauntednight ran to his mate who was telling Siegekit to get inside the nursery. But he knew from Siegekit's answer and the burning look of fighting in his eyes that he wasn't going to listen and nothing was going to stop him from defeating these giant birds. Hauntednight faced his mate and meowed softly into her her, a small smile crossing his face.] "It's hopeless to tell Siegekit to go in the nursery...he won't back down, once he sets his mind on something he won't stop till it's done...even if he dies I know he would die fighting then cowering in fear. Don't worry love, Galestar, Avalon, Serpentfang, and Ravenpaw will protect him....and so will we." [Hauntednight pressed his muzzle to his mates head, trying to comfort her. But it was cut short when another eagle swooped in, he bared his teeth ready to attack but gasped when Siegekit launched himself at the giant bird.] "Siegekit no!" [Hauntednight yowled.] ~=============================================~

Pebbleheart growled loudly at her son. [She then frowned at her mate, understanding his words but felt no encouragement.] "Hauntednight, even though he won't listen to us, I'd rather have him listen to me to prevent himself from dy-" Pebbleheart's eyes shot open, as her pupils grew sharp. [Her precious son, charging after the fierce she eagle. She launched herself after Siegekit as her paws pushed off the solid ground.]
"Siegekit! No!!" Pebbleheart screeched.
[She managed to use her sharp fangs to grip on Siegekit's tail, due to lack of space. She then flung him away from the eagle, Siegekit wasn't caused much hard from the swing. A tail length away from the eagle, Pebbleheart forgotten about the eagle's presence, only focusing on her furious emotions.] "Siegekit! Stop acting so ignorant and take cover for StarClan's sake!!" Pebbleheart ordered in a raised tone.
((@Trixie: This would be a perfect time for Harpy to attack Pebbleheart biggrin

I will be the lightning... _____________________________________ Harpy [Harpy guarded the entrance of the cat's nursery to prevent any of the cats from taking shelter. She watched as Pebbleheart disciplined her unruly kitten and let out a sneer.] It would seen she is having some trouble raising her kittens. eheheh I see no reason why i cant help with this troublesome task of hers. [She flew into the air and dove down like a bullet at Pebbleheart, snatching her off the ground and high into the air.] "You should have listened to your mother little one. Although i would have to thank you for being the perfect distraction for her. Its too late now kitten. heheheh." [Harpy flung her around in the air until she dropped her and let her free fall high from the sky and then snatching her up again.] "Hmmm, lets see, i could either smash you like a rock or i can rip you apart slowly in the trees where you will bleed out alone. What do you think? Although i would advise you against struggling or crying out for help unless you would like your precious kitten to trade your place. Dont worry dear, it will all be over before you know it." [The deputy eagle cooed in a sugary sweet voice as she carried her up into the trees.] _____________________________________ ...that strikes you out of the sky, Avalon.
