also aside that point i tried to draw how your avi used to look i think i did good.

Compressed Bankai is being a main issue with Natsuki ... again..
Ryetsei has a problem with one of the Ultimate Form rewards... Senrei Glove Mastery... Doesn't like the idea of me having Tin remove his glove and gaining 3x his base SP ..... for no cost... and he is still going on about how Vasto Lorde are getting shafted in Prestige when Arrancar are better at the Upgraded level..

I saw the Compress Bankai stuff and I am going to avoid that for now. As far as Rytsei's stuff I am just not sure what to say on that one either since well he was the one that made the Vasto Lorde and Arrancar's Prestige so weak. Not much that I can do about that problem. I am not going to think of upgrade class and rewards because well plain and simply his are weak and suck.
EDITed: I am getting off I will be back later on tonight to close the Jounin sign ups and announce the start date of the exams.

Kaisude: The only problem is that people try to take on a part to make it their own and they are not creative enough to come up with something cool. But rather than accepting help choose to complain when others make really good stuff for other parts and offer to help them out with their part but never get taken up on the offer. For the record, I have worked my but off to help create a number of the different upgrades, either by myself or with others, and grow tired of the bitching when others ideals well just do not measure up.

Klam: lol it's still funny though.. I don't know why everyone tries to outdo Tin when he is only 1 profile. They try to do it through the most unconventional ways.. like the Prestige Classes when they know that Shinigami are favored to get picked as always lol xD It's like everyone trying to outdo Bonedragon in here >> It's going to happen sooner or later, but not anytime soon..

Tin: It really is funny as hell when you think about it. rofl rofl rofl I know that I am being blunt tonight, but I am tired of being nice and listening to the crap from them all the time. I am think about building up my characters and killing all of their asses with a single custom to prove a point. But I am sure they will all cry and kick me out of the guild if I do something like that.
