Slade slammed his fist into the table, making anything jump an inch before landing back down.
He gave a feral growl before making his way out of the tavern, looking directly at Alex's home, already seeing it was empty.
He then made his way into Brad's shop looking around, still growling.

Knowing Slade would come, Ben and Bathsheba abandoned the shop and were now hiding out in King's house, hoping Slade wouldn't come there.

"The two screwups from Brad's shop. People saw them come here."

Slade looked over at the closet, staring at it.
"...I believe they already left, Slade..." King replied, still looking at him.
Instead of checking the closet, he gave a frustrated growl and stormed out.
