Satoshi suddenly stoped playing with her Kunai then turned her head towards Gilgamesh "I'll believe it when I see it but that was a random question. I come from the hidden waterfall village. Almost everyone there is a ninja and I don't think you will have visited it since it is located in a behind a waterfall. Anything else you want to know?" she informed him also stroking Enkidu.
Felina nodded hugging Oassu back. "I could use a relaxing spell... but I don't want to get too relaxed in case we get attacked again. And it's not the same when it's your home that is being attacked. Sure this place got boring after a while but the people here are really nice and don't deserve all this hassle" she whispered to him so nobody else could hear her.
Shizuka paused taking a moment to think of what would be the right thing to say to Mari. "Surely there has to be something nice about your place even if it isn't the people right? And you're forest sounds lovely Hebal, it makes me wonder just how much viera forests are different to elf ones"

Gil smiled "I just want to get to know my comrades a little better thats all," he said putting two hands behind his head and stroking Enkidu "So....any guys in your life?" he asked curiously.
Oassu sighed "I guess I should apologise, it's my homeland thats causing all this trouble" he shook his head "The place goes to hell if I'm gone for just a year" he joked stroking Felina's hair "I'll make sure everything's ok one day..." he said happily.
Mari nodded "We have an ancient order of Samurai, thats a good thing, and we have beautiful silks and Kimono's you should see the one Hebal got" she chirped talking a small cake.
Itaka shrugged "Yea but I had some weird dark power back then that I ain't proud of" he said snapping his fingers causing a tiny flame of dark energy to appear briefly "I've barely got any of it left now still you've gotten stronger since them you could probably beat me now" he chuckled stroking Seph's tummy.

Seph looked at the small energy flame that appeared then put her finger on it to have a feel. "It does seem powerful even in a small amount. Its true that I have got stronger and have way more dark energy in me but I'm not the only one who has been improving" she laughed ignoring the fact that the ground just rumbled a little for a brief second.
Hebal scratched her ears which were brginning to twitch. "I got a lovely kimono from her place but I left it on the airship so I can't show you." she pouted taking out a single cherry to put onto her cake. "Viera forests aren't as colourful as yours. they are a lot quieter too."

Felina shook her head and siled weakly at Oassu. "Don't you go apologising. I doubt there would have been anything you could do to stop it from happening but you know theres got to be some people in Agralia who would still be willing to oppose Alex" she reassured him thinking over the issue in her head.
Satoshi sighed taking her hand away from Enkidu for a moment. "Nah theres not that many guys in my life. Just my brothers and 2 of my team mates. I haven't had a boyfriend in years, most of the guys I like just aren't interested in me" she answered scratching her left ear. "What about you? Any girls in your life?"
Shizuka snickered watching Hebal take the cherry from the bag and placing it on her brownie. "Quiet can be goof sometimes. At least you don't get any battles like this one for instance. But I don't know what a kimono or a samurai is. I have never been overseas or anything" she blushed realising how little she knew.

Oassu laughed "Yeah I suppose your right after all those two came all the way out here just to find us" he said glancing at Jenna and Barbaros "Theres gotta be more than them who don't like the new regime in Agralia" he reassured himself.
Mari giggled "I'm a samurai" she said proudly indicating herself "We fight with honour and nobility and armour and sharp katana's" she said drawing her own "This one contains the spirit of the Samurai master Hojo" she said stroking the sword before sheathing it and scratching Hebal's ears for her. "The Samurai art of swordplay is a noble and great one" she chirped.
Gil frowned "Now I know that can't be right I'm sure theres plenty of guys interested in you, they probably just hide it though, but I don't have any girls in my life. A few liked me but they didn't like the thought of having a mercenary boyfriend as they can't travel with me and are distraught with worry about my wellbeing" he sighed patting Enkidu who sat on him "Few can keep up with my mercenaries lifestyle." he sighed.
Itaka smiled "Lookit you making me feel better and all happy" he chuckled cuddling her a little "Yeah I suppose we've all gotten better over time" he said with a smile "We used to really hate each other" he laughed "Guess that kinda went the other way" he said.

Seph raised her eyebrow rolling onto her side "Was fighting all the Agralians making you feel unhappy? When I think back you stopped driving me around the bend when we were with the dwarves. Feels like years ago that we picked up folk like Hayate and Satoshi when in reality it's only been a year and a bit since I started my journey with Oassu and Felina" she sighed thinking back with a smile.
Hebal laughed trying not to give Shizuka a funny look. "A kimono is like a fancy robe thing. You should go travel and see them all for yourself one day" she sung cheerfully. "Mari is a special samurai too. Your looking at the very first super cool female samurai" she giggled patting her on the back.

Felina nodded patting Oassu on the head. "Oh course there will be others. I'm guessing not everyone who wants to oppose Alex could simply get up and leave the city without a big hassle. I bet the rest of your guild and Itaka's" weren't happy with the decision" she reassured him also glancing over to Jenna and Barbaros.
Satoshi shrugged "Whats up with your life style, theres not exactly anything stopping them from going with you. Theres not that many guys who are interested in me beyond my appearence and the ones I have really liked have all gone for other girls" she argued quietly.
Shizuka hesitated as she finished off her cake. "Nah I think I'l stick around here for a while before I consider going travelling but why aren't there any other girl samurai? Oh and do you have something to drink, I'm thirsty" she asked shuffling about on the spot to get more comfortable.

Itaka sighed "Yeah fighting beside people is one of the best ways to befriend people I think" he chuckled "I guess I owe Alex for introducing me to you lot" he sighed happily.
Oassu frowned "I dunno, some thieves are a cowardly lot you know I'm betting a bunch of them went under in no time at all" he sighed "Oh well once we're done with everything I can sort it out"
Gil frowned patting her on the shoulder "Well most folk can't travel as much as me they are too tied down but oh well we'll find someone one day" he chuckled relaxing a little. "I've still to add a love story to my compilation and no book is complete without one"
Mari nodded "Girls aren't allowed to be samurai in my village but there was....extenuating circumstances that allowed me to be one" she giggled tickling Hebal's ears.

Seph sat up then glanced over at Satoshi and Gilgamesh. "I think theres some truth behind what you just said, I mean check out those two. Satoshi was never that friendly when we first met her. Hehe then again you didn't exaclty give her a warm welcome not that I can comment with all the fuss I made about Dargrim" she laughed sticking her tongue out at Itaka.
Hebal smiled as her ears twithed in response to Mari's tickling. "Nice to see you haven't completely ruled travelling out but I can see why you would want to stick around. This place is really pretty when not being used as a battlefield. I've had an awesome holiday apart from this last day" she added happily.

Felina scratched her chin thinking over Oassu's statement. "Hmm... it's true that some thieves are cowardly but not all of them. I mean I am no expert of thieves but surely if a guild has chosen it's members wisely there won't be a huge amount of cowards right" she told him forming a huge grin for him.
Satoshi smiled weakly and nodded at Gil. "Yeah a love story is nice. I've still got to add a love story to my own life that doesn't end in some tradgic or pathetic way. Maybe I'll go for a nice soldier or something since I am having no success with other ninjas but enough of that for now since nothing is going to happen anytime soon"
Shizuka nodded slightly suddenly noticing a bottle of water poking out from the basket. "Thats only partly why. After all of this fighting someone has to help restore the place to normal which could take years but hey if your the first female samurai then you have already made history" she cheerfully told Mari as she gazed up at Hebal's ears. "Umm are those ears really fuzzy? Can I have a feel?"

Gil coughed "Ahem yes of course love takes time and commitment and all that jazz" he said waving his hand as if he could wave those thoughts away "But yea one day I'd like to have a nice girl on my arms" he closed his eyes smiling "Nice and warm and cuddly with a soft heart" he said daydreaming.
Itaka grinned "Maybe Gil has a thing for big busomed girls too" he chuckled "Though I suppose a lot do still we really have come far since we met" he sighed looking at the clouds "And don't give me hassle for not trusting Satoshi, Ninja's have a reputation for being tricksy" he pointed out.
Oassu sighed looking away "Not really, what we care firstly and foremostly is about how good they are at picking pockets theres probably a few cowards in every guild but thats not a bad thing, they tend to be faster runners in getaways" he laughed "Every thief has his uses."
Mari smiled "Yea all the elves are really nice....if too thin and tall and conventional" she said budging aside so that Shizuka could have a feel of Hebal's ears "it's been a great holiday for us in our big beds" she giggled.

Hebal nodded grabbing hold of one of her ears then pulled it down towards Shizuka. "Sure I don't mind. This lot do it anyway so I have got used to it now. It's been a great holiday here. All these flowers make me feel really happy and the people were nice" she agreed happily.
Seph nodded poking Itaka on the nose. "I know ninjas are generally seen as bad and the whole situation with the ice ninjas wasn't all that pleasent. Point is it took her ages to tell us so much as one thing about herself" she concluded but quickly put her hand on a tree stump to keep her balence as the ground began to rumble more noticably. "Say you guys, don't you think it's a little odd for there to be an earthquake here considering this whole place has been lifted from the ground?"

Satoshi smirked standing up and putting her bag back on her shoulders "I don't like sitting down for too long but enjoy your daydreams down" she told him almost losing her balence as the ground rumbled beneith them. She looked over at Seph scractching her head "It doesn't sound good, maybe something from the airships just hit us" she suggested.
Felina put her arm around Oassu but tutted "Cowards aren't the best thing to recruit are they? I mean from what I hear they are always the first to snitch on everyone whenever there is trouble and more likely to ditch other guild members" she told him. She then nodded at Seph picking herself up from the ground "Yeah it's odd. Something must be coming up from under us."
Shizuka smiled stroking Hebal's ear gently. "Your ears are nice and soft but do you think me and Felina are too thin, tall and conventional" she asked quickly putting the top of the water bottle back on so that it wouldn't spill over. "maybe it's best we continue this another time.

Oassu nodded "They could do that but its a matter of a greater fear y'see to snitch on a thief is to break the code, the whole thieves guild all the other clans would hunt down that specific snitch as we thieves are well informed and sneaky the potential snitches have more to fear if they do snitch" he smirked before sitting up "Something coming up under us?" he frowned "That'd bypass every defensive line thats been set up" he said.
Itaka frowned leaning up "That can't be good, earthquakes never are he said reaching for his sword as the tremors picked up.
Gil shook his head "It shouldn't be cannonfire the airships haven't been firing since the actual invasion began in case they hit their own troops" he frowned "Besides the elves have high quality shields." Enkidu got up sniffed the air and started to growl at the unseen enemy.
Mari frowned "You are a little thin and tall but Felina is not conventional, I don't think you are either but then again I don't know what your beliefs are" she said before leaning into Shizuka "Y'know stroking a Viera's ears is often regarded as intimate behaviour" she whispered to her giggling.

Alpha groaned slowly getting up and rubbing the back of his head. "Whats with the ground shaking all of a sudden. I was having an awesome dream then all the shaking made me bump my head and wake up" he complained leaning against the tree still a little confused.
Hebal sighed putting the remaining cakes and sandwiches back in her basket before stuffing it back into her bag untidily. "So much for a nice picnic, we'll have to save it for later" she pouted rolling the mat up. "I don't see it as anything too wrong with stroking ears its just some old peoples tradition" she added with a wink.
Seph nodded "Yeah I thought it wasn't good but the elves are good at thinking on their feet so I am sure if they haven't already considered the possibility of an attack from underneith then they will quickly adapt" she reassured Oassu and Felina as the ground about 300 yards in front of them began to crumble away.
