Brief Bio: Dio began is life in 1880s Victorian England. He was adopted by a wealthy family, and became in possession of a aztec mask, that when worn, caused tentacle-liek stone spikes to pierce certain parts of his brain, unlocking potential parts of his body to grant him immortality, great strength, and overall vampire power. He met his defeat at the hands of his former adopted brother, although his revenge was taken later, when he pierced his brain with pressureized eye juices.
Much later, he was recovered in a coffin from the bottom of the sea, he was back, and he had a new power, one called a
stand.

Stand is named "THE WORLD". It is an ethereal being that travels with him at all times, and cannot be seen or touched by anything other than another Stand-user. Should the stand be harmed, it will transfer the injory directly to him, and vice versa. The stand is capable of a few things.
One, it can punch very hard, very fast, and in great succesion. Each punch will be delievered with deadly accuracy.
The World can stop time. Dio will yell the name of his stand, then "TIME STOP" and the universe shall halt, for 2-9 seconds. During this time, Dio may move freely, and no one else, unless they also have a stand which can stop time.
Dio's charisma is such, that simply by being near him, you'll fall into a near-trance of loyalty. Talking to him, is enough to drive you mad with devotion for this man.
