[ Sora ; Riku : Red Rose : Lounge Area ]
"Huh?" Sora said, looking at the card Demyx was pointing at--the Jack? "Oh, no no, face cards are worth more, I just don't know what to do--"
"Face card, eh?" Riku said, lifting his brow and frowning. With a shrug, he placed his cards face down and pushed them forward, folding the hand. "Well, I've got nothing anyway, so I'll fold."
"Wha--? WOOHOO!" Sora said, grinning as he dropped his cards and slid the couple shards in the middle toward his side. He had a small pile, about half a dozen--which was nothing compared to Riku's. "Second win!"
"Out of twelve," the silver-haired keyblader said to Demyx, chuckling before looking at the Nobody outright. "You wanna learn? Half the game is controlling your emotions, so I figure you'd have a nice advantage."

[Axel: Red Rose: Galley> Lounge] “ Yeah Demyx, turn your façade off and play, betcha you’d win, and freak ‘em out at the same time.” How many times did Riku or Sora see the nobodys without their ‘act’ going? Axel yawned stretching his free arm over his head. In his other hand the nobody sported a mug filled with coffee. The steaming aroma was easy to pick up in the air as he passed them and sat down. “ So- what’s the skinny again about our destination?” He quickly clarified that again, “ I mean- I know where we’re going, but why? Heard not many people know at the moment, whats the ol’ man got up his sleeve? Any ideas? No offence to the guy-” he sipped his mug a sec before continuing, “but these guys can’t handle any more unwanted surprises you know.”

[Azrael: Paris: Beauvais Manor; Study]
The male dug the gem out of his pocket, holding it up into a beam of sunlight from the window. The clear jewel sparkled, the beam of light turning prismatic in the gem itself, and where the beam shot out to shine onto the walls, different colored lights appeared. It was like a prism inside a splitter of sorts.
"It's basically all the same aspects of a diamond, but with this nifty little light trick." He smiled at Delia, but really it was in response to Elleon's words to him.
"Always ready for you, darlin'." Joe moved over, digging into his pockets and depositing multiple gems and jewels onto the desk, before finally putting the rainbow diamond down as if it was the best of the bunch. Well, technically it was. "This should cover me for a bit. Of course, I kept some for myself so I could pay my help, of course."
He smirked, leaning his hip against the desk. "I figured you could use these more than I could." They were just valuable gems and jewels, no magic or powers to them. Which meant they pretty much were worthless to him.

{James : Red Rose : Training Room}
James couldn't help but chuckle at Kyle's reaction to the attack and what he had decided to call it. He had never really forgotten what the name was from, but it hadn't really been on his mind at the time either though. Yamcha, from the Dragon Ball Z series had never really been his favorite character, nor did he really use that attack in Z, mainly just in Dragon Ball, the prequel series.
"Thanks, I'm really glad to be back. I plan to talk to Riku soon in regards to controlling the darkness so hopefully I won't lose control of myself again," he stated as he focused on returning his flow of mana back to normal, exiting the paradigm shift, the claws of energy disappearing. As a quick test afterwards he summoned his hexagun again just to make sure. With a satisfied nod he then released it. "I truly hope nothing like that happens again, not to me or to anybody else. We cannot allow ourselves to be divided that way again."
'I am glad that test was successful, and that the darkness is not necessary to use it.' James mentally stated to Fenrir.
'Indeed, mastering the new abilities of that paradigm will be essential to using it properly though. It is certain to come in handy in situations where ranged is not the best option.' Fenrir replied.
'Definitely.'
"Well, I guess there isn't really any other reason to stick around here now is there? Should we try and figure out where it is we're heading?"

[Elleon : Delia ~ Paris ~ Beauvais Manor: Study]
Elleon eyed the jewels as Azrael put them on her desk, picking up the rainbow diamond and holding it back up to the light. She admired the shine and multicolored reflection with a smile, turning the gem in her fingers. These would go for a pretty penny anywhere and would certainly help pay for the manor's upkeep.
"Excellent, these will go to the market." She said, gathering the jewels on her desk, before reconsidering the diamond, "And this will go to the jewelers. Nice find, Az. You don't disappoint."
"'Ey, babe. Artemis got another shipment?" Delia asked, lingering in the doorway as she turned to leave.
The petite blonde nodded as she placed the jewels in the opposite drawer of her contract, "She does, and this one is much larger than the others, so she'll need help putting everything in storage. Lunch is in three hours, bathe before you attend."
Delia waved a soiled hand before disappearing through the double doors. Chevalle returned just as she left, carrying a tray with plates of eggs, ham, and pastries. Elleon directed him to leave it on her desk before inviting Kai and Azrael to help themselves. She would wait patiently for her tenant to make his leave before she and Kai could discuss their negotiations further.
"So, either of you have a busy day planned?"

[ Noelle ~ Red Rose ~ Training Room]
Noelle watched James' display quietly, glad he could figure out and develop how an ability worked. She nodded in response to his claim that he would ask Riku for help. It was a wise idea. The girl briefly considered the fact that Kyle, who just earlier that morning had almost succumbed to Darkness, might need that same kind of help. It was a touchy subject, though, so she wasn't quite sure how to bring it up.
'Just add it to the list of things on my mind . . .'
"Sure, let's go poke around." Noelle responded, getting to her feet.

[ Kyle : Red Rose : Training Room ]
Kyle nodded, his smile remaining supportive as James talked about going to Riku. In the back of his mind, though, he was biting lip in contemplation. Yeah, Riku was the obvious choice when it came to getting advice on darkness. He'd been there and back, he was a voice of wisdom, of caution. Still...
The two moved on to a different topic--heading out to figure out what the destination was. Kyle got to his feet with Noelle before shrugging. "Eh, you two go ahead. I've got something else to take care of before I pass out again, so I'll see you around."
With a tired smile and a wave as the trio exited the Training Room, he went down a different path, heading back toward the living quarters.

{James : Red Rose : Training Room -> Lounge Area}
James smiled and nodded his head in understanding as Kyle said he had something else he wanted to do and then he would be crashing again. He was glad at least that Noelle wouldn't be leaving his company just yet.
"Alright, thanks again Kyle. Catch you later," he said giving the dragoon a small wave as he went back pretty much the way they had come to get here. He watched for a bit as Kyle walked down the hallway until he was nearly out of sight before turning his focus back to the agromancer.
"So, I'm assuming that this ship pretty much has the same amenities as the train right? Shall we go see if we can find anyone in the Lounge?" he asked, focusing his attention towards the walls looking for a sign that would lead them to their destination.

[ Kyle : Red Rose : Living Quarters ~ Bobbi's Room ]
The robed dragoon wandered the hall of bedrooms, thinking he'd called the person he wanted to speak with to his room so they could talk privately. However, luck seemed to favor him at the moment; he passed a door that was left somewhat open, and with a glance, found exactly who he was looking for.
Knocking lightly a couple times on the door, he remained outside, deciding it best to wait for an invitation. She seemed to be meditating, so perhaps now wasn't the best time. "Hey, Bobbi, you busy?"

{Bobbi .:. Red Rose .:. Bobbi's Room}
Bobbi's eyes opened at the first tap, and she set her stones down on the end table by her bed.
"Not particularly," she said as she stood, taking the few steps to the door to open it. She grinned when she saw it was Kyle outside. "I was gonna track you down later, after you got some sleep. Care to come in?" She stepped aside and gestured an invitation, and started racking her brain in an attempt to figure out where to start with all the questions she had. She'd figured he'd sleep longer and thus give her more time to get her thoughts organized; well, no help for it now, time was up.
{Demyx .:. Red Rose .:. Lounge}
Demyx had no idea what Sora and Riku were talking about, though now that he took a closer look, the cards they were playing with looked like cards he'd seen Luxord using a time or two. When Riku offered to teach him, he shrugged, took a seat, and waited to be dealt his hand.
"Couldn't hurt anything," he said reasonably. When Axel inquired about their destination, though, Demyx shrugged. "I wasn't paying attention," he admitted.

[ Kyle : Red Rose : Living Quarters ~ Bobbi's Room ]
"Thanks," he said, giving a small smile as he stepped inside the room, walking toward the bed. He motioned toward with his hand, as if to ask if he could sit there; if she nodded, that's where he'd sit, otherwise he'd lean against the wall opposite the bed.
"How ya holdin' up?" he asked as he positioned himself either way, deciding to broach the subject lightly. It was obviously on her mind, as well, if she had been planning to track him down. He wondered how much Louis had told her compared to Kyla--or, for that matter, if she even knew it was Louis. That would inevitably come up.

{Bobbi .:. Red Rose .:. Bobbi's Room}
When Kyle gestured towards her bed, Bobbi nodded and shrugged, saying through body language "it's up to you." As he settled himself, Bobbi stepped onto her bed at the head of it, and sat against the pillows she'd set against the wall, crossing her legs beneath her. When Kyle asked how she was doing, she sighed and ran one hand through her hair.
"If I'm not insane by the end of all this, it'll be a miracle," she admitted, looking off to the side. "What about you? I mean, I was kinda expecting you to sleep for a week after..." Bobbi paused for a moment, gesturing inarticulately with the hand she'd just run through her hair, clearly at a loss for words, and finished her thought lamely with "all that." She let her hand fall to her thigh with a light slap and a frustrated sigh, and turned her gaze back to Kyle.

[ Kyle : Red Rose : Living Quarters ~ Bobbi's Room ]
He chuckled. "Well, I probably would have, but James and Noelle needed some assistance," he replied with a small shrug, turning to face her as he spoke. This close, she'd see his eyes were still slightly sunken, but he seemed otherwise okay.
"So," he began, chewing lightly on his tongue as if trying to decide what to say next. There wasn't much else to say, though. "He was still with you against the big face thing. Still in you now?"

{Bobbi .:. Red Rose .:. Bobbi's Room}
Bobbi chewed on her lip a little as she studied Kyle. He still looked exhausted, so whatever rest he did get didn't seem to be nearly enough.
"Ah," she said when he mentioned Kuro and Noelle. She was curious, but she figured it wasn't her place to pry, despite how worried she still was for and about Kuro. When Kyle mentioned the entity that had been with her, Bobbi's eyes narrowed and she frowned. No need to ask who "he" was.
"I'm... not sure," she admitted. "I'm guessing you saw me meditating a bit when you knocked? I was both trying to put my thoughts and memories together, and seeing if I could talk to him, but I didn't get an answer. The presence kind of... disappeared after Ajora was taken. He seemed angry with me about some pretty hypocritical thoughts I was having." She shrugged again, not sure what else to say, or if she should elaborate at all.

[ Kyle : Red Rose : Living Quarters ~ Bobbi's Room ]
Kyle paused, listening. He didn't respond at first, thinking her words over, but slowly, he began to chuckle again, before outright laughing for a few seconds.
"Oh? Angry about hypocrisy?" he said, looking to Bobbi as if she'd told some hilarious joke. However, the look in his eyes as he locked his gaze with her own made it seem as if he were looking at something deeper--someone deeper. It was only for a second, though, before he calmed down with a light sigh. "That would be amusing. Did he ever apologize for forcefully injecting Darkness into us against our will back in Atlantica? Because I never got an apology before I kicked him out."
