Sammy snarled in defiance as Maddy pinned her down, and (with every intention to, might I add) she let out a large burst of electric energy that sparked at the floor. She then barred her teeth at Maddy, although she couldn't see her. "Get the hell off of me!"

Maddy gritted her teeth in pain, but still she did not move. "NO! Not until you calm down!" She snarled.

Memo was caught off guard by Sammy's attack and he was unable to avoid it.
"Ah!"
He was pushed slightly back as he continued to watch Sammy and Maddy quarrel. His eyes misty and shiny.
"Why....."

Arekku walked into the room, with a shirt on now, to see that his power had no effect, "Okay, lets try this..." He concentrated his 'calm' completely and entirely on Sammy. "Please work..." He muttered to himself.

Tommy just sighed. "Hmm... AH!!!" Tommy yelled loudly as a loud static POP (not from Sammy, just randomly) got Tommy near the chest, stomach, and feet, sending him across the room, landing not a yard away from Sammy and Maddy, a small ember on his sleeve.

The sound of ringing metal pierced the air, Adam standing next to both Sammy and Maddy, holding both his swords above the two. "Can't we have a single day where someone doesn't try tearing someone else apart? Hmmm?" He glanced at Arekku, not sure what the boy was doing.

My leather-soled boots insulate me from the shock, and Xatu is able to fly up in time.
"And what do you two think you're doing?!" I ask with no small amount of irritation. "There are still nearly twenty beings out there literally hell-bent on causing havoc and destruction, and you're here fighting like schoolchildren!!"

At Arekku's power, Sammy slowly started to calm down, her formerly racing pulse slowing until she was calm and collected again, her blind eyes shutting at the realization of her freak-out. She then heard Thard. "I apologize for my outburst. I understand if I must be punished." Damn, she had screwed up. Why had she freaked out, though? It wasn't like there was anything really much to freak out about. Her voice when she spoke was collected, but it shook with the embarassment of knowing what she had done.

Memo crawled over as he listened to Sammy speak.
"Maddy please get off..."
His voice shaky.

Maddy got off Sammy. "There. Was that so hard?" She turned to Thard. "I think I have... something figured out about last week. I'd like you to help me figure it out."

Arekku sighed and allowed his calm to, instead of to just Sammy, spread around the room to help with the others. "I will not ask about the situation, but I am going to continue to emit my energies throughout the room just in case..." He smiled and sat down on the couch completely oblivious as to what was happening.

"I don't think punishment is necessary. Just keep the bigger picture in mind." Turning to Maddy, I add, "Can it wait until tomorrow? I'm heading down to the holosseum for a little training."
"See you guys later." I go down and put a [Do Not Disturb] sign on the door to the stadium.
Xatu stands guard.

Adam Shoved the swords away, Looking from person to person. "Nice to see you all." He said with raised eyebrows. He looked to Arekku again, feeling, calm. He was calm enough before, but... bah whatever. "Maddy, what do you mean by 'figure out?'" He asked, seeing Memo was attending to Sammy.

"I... just think I've come to some sorta understanding of how I could be in two places at once..." Maddy sighed. "Yeah... Tomorrow sounds good. I need sleep." To be honest, she was a little shaken by Sammy's attack. But it was in her nature to not show weakness. With that, she disappeared to her room.
