"Do they know magic?" she asked softly after a moment of thinking when Ali had spoken. A tone of doom was still in her voice as she asked this. Saying nothing more as they neared his castle, she calmly awaited his answer.

Seems like one does, at least according to this small paragraph here. " Jake got angry with the "boss" and started to shout him up into the face about not getting the time off her was promised, Suddenly his brains and guts were sprawled across the floor behind him. I have no idea how The "Boss" did this but I sure as hell won't even look at him the wrong way again"* Ali bit his lower lip somewhat after he had read it out loud, it sure as hell sounded like magic was the thing used to splatter that Jake guy.*

As they neared, Ziven slowed and started their descent to the ground. "Then that one may pose a challenge. However, knowing his skills and how long he may sustain any magic is important to know also." she said softly, setting Ali on the ground before touching the ground with her own feet also. Looking to him with a small nod, she inhaled deeply, her armor once again disappearing. "The others, whom do not wield magic, are no threat. though I would want to know also if they have any mages to protect them. That too could pose a challenge, but likely not much. Most are not as skilled with magic as they like to think in these parts."

Anyone wielding magic is a threat and don't think so lightly of those that can't use magic. It only takes a single bullet to kill you.* Ali rolled his shoulders and cracked his neck as soon as they had landed and she had released him, smiling a little at her.* Nevertheless "Boss" might be stronger then you and frankly I'm not going to risk that, Zargs can take him with a couple of soldiers as back-up.

Because you're family!, I never put family in harms way unless I know they wouldn't be harmed. That's why!* Ali glared at Ziven as she walked, crossing his arms infront of his bare chest in the progress.*

Stopping in her strides, there was a pause before she turned, looking to him with wide, sad eyes. "It is my destiny to help others. To deny that is to render me useless." she said softly, lowering her head.

To deny you harm is to make sure you can help people in the future.* Ali continued to starre at her, he didn't care if she felt bad for not helping. It was for her own good.* I understand that you worry about me, that you don't want me hurt but you and I are different. You fight to make people happy and to protect, I fight to kill, mostly for my own gain and in the progress I make people unhappy. The bad guys have families too, those guys you kill up in the ship probably have parents and even wife and kids that will suffer because of their demise. I can handle that burden of knowledge, Can you honestly say you are fine with destroying the lives of severals parents and families because of me?

"They brought this fate upon themselves. If their families knew what they had been doing, they are just as guilty as they. If they did not know, then same on those men for lying to their families. Their families, should learn from this, that doing evil things will result in more evil in their lives. That is the way it is." she said softly, looking to him still with a sad expression. "More directly .. yes, I can live just fine in knowing I have taken lives and destroyed families given these circumstances. I do not enjoy doing such things but I am strong, I will endure."

Alright, come on. Let's see if what you say is true.* Ali grinned a little and began to walk to the castle, taking her all the way down to the prison area of the castle.
In a large room, with a single light bulb as the only source of lighting, sat a Man, a woman and a girl in her teens. A family in other words. All looking terrified as soon as Ali and two soldiers entered the room, covering in fear.* This man, the father kidnapped a young woman, he and his wife, that woman over there, tied her up and violated her for a hour before setting her loose. The woman commited suicide days later. Their daughter spoke ill about me. * Ali turned to look at Ziven and then darted his eyes at one of the soldier, the soldier drawing his sidearm and handing it over to Ziven.* They brought this fate upon themselves, shoot them all.

She tilted her head, looking to Ali. "But they were not trying to kill. They all should be raped and violated. Do not you agree?" she asked of the family, looking to them all with a stern gaze.

They killed, they drove the woman to die and therefor shouldn't they then die?* Ali narrowed his eyes at her, the two soldiers urging her on to just shoot them all. Laughing a little afterwards, which caused the family to get even more scared.* Shoot them.

"You, child. What was the purpose of torturing that woman?" she asked of the young one, looking her in the eyes. She did not flinch as the girl replied 'because daddy said so' though her gaze instead shifted to the man, asking the same question. When he answered 'because she deserved it' followed by a few profanities, she silenced him by shutting his mouth with magic. Looking again to the girl, she asked if that was the reason he gave. The girl said he had not, that he had crafted a rather elaborate story of how that woman owed them something. Finally, she looked to the woman, who gave her all the answer she needed to hear. With a sigh, she shook her head, taking up the gun and shooting both the man and the woman in the head. Ziven looked to the girl with a calm expression still. "Those who do wrong, especially without reason, will be punished. Do you agree?" she asked calmly. The girl, though grieving for her father and the woman having died, as well as being afraid, nodded her head. "Then may you live a long, peaceful life. Let these actions, this time pass from your mind as nothing but a memory and a reminder that you should always be kind to others. In doing this, your life will be blessed, young one." she said softly, nodding her head. There was power in her words but only the girl or others sensitive to magic would understand this. Turning back to Ali, she looked to him with a calm expression, saying no more as she turned and wandered back the way they came.

* Ali smiled a little and gave the soldiers a nod, walking after Zivens. As soon as he had exited the room, the sound of rapid fire was heard aswell as flickering lights in the door opening. Ali snickering a little.* You're more cold blooded then I thought.

"I do not enjoy killing, I do not enjoy passing harsh judgment on others, that does not mean that I am incapable of doing so."
