Jericho looked up to see what was going on and was disappointed when he saw Sanabis attack failed. He looked back down at the book and continued reading. The next page was about pressure points. There are hundreds of pressure points all over the body, these points are prime targets for attack. Many of these pressure points, if hard enough, have the ability to kill the target, also they are very useful when trying to get out of a grapple situation. There was also a chart that showed all the pressure points, Jericho looked it over but knew there was no way he would be able to memorize all of them.

Jericho turned the page and realized he was on the last two pages of the book. I think this book has helped me. Jericho read the page, which was all about rules of a Taijutsu fight, basically there are none. The page made sure to emphasize that in a Taijutsu fight you need to do everything you can to win, even if it means bighting, pulling hair, gouging at eyes and attacks to the groin, all of it is effective for a reason, and one shouldn’t shy away from using these tactics because people clam them to be dirty.

"Come, Kira-kun..." Fubuki Hatsuyuki entered the classroom with her usual regal air, motioning for her guardian to follow. The young lady of the Fubuki clan had delayed in readying for the Academy since after the deal with Mistress concerning the clan's release...expected problems near immediately rose up... At first, the words the angry clansmembers hurled at her...they hurt, being called a traitor...that was true... But she has to be strong, for the clan's sake... After all, the Fubukis were on probation, and Mistress warned that a single wrong move would land the whole clan in prison again.

The raven-haired girl smoothed out her white and pink lotus embroidered kimono. Hatsuyuki did not get the chance to change out of her usual formal clothes but this would have to do for now... The girl reached into one of her long sleeves and pulled out a white hair band before tying her waist long hair back. Taking a deep breath, Hatsuyuki entered the Academy for the first time in her life.

"Yes, my lady..." Fubuki Kira would reply curtly back. His cheek was still covered by a medicinal patch after Hatsuyuki's brother had punched him fiercely in their brief fight. The wound stung but still he was secretly glad that the fight had ended up with Hatsuyuki forgiving his selfish actions prior to the visit to Mistress. But he was still worried about how she was possibly taking the clansmembers' accusations.

Selfish was what Koyuki had called them. That was true, but didn't the clansmembers have a right? They lost everything...their families, way of life...because of the Water Master and suddenly now, while the heir was missing and that the daughter of the head main family sect and current leader made this...this abominable deal...that forces them to admit that every suffering endured during that long year of imprisonment had been in vain? But Hatsuyuki appeared to have recovered fairly quickly from the brutal verbal accusations...that was a good sign...was it...?

Rushing ahead of Hatsuyuki, he was sure to open the door and hold it for her to enter. But to his surprise, Hatsuyuki shook her head, and pulled him inside. They easily located the classroom and Kira knocked the door, awaiting for an answer from the teacher.

"Ah, stop," Sensei said to Uzuki, raising a hand. "I appreciate your forwardness but at least introduce yourself first. That goes for both of you, too. Are you siblings?" This was directed at the Fubuki. "We're doing taijutsu now. Hmm... maybe you should introduce yourselves after this fight is over. Good job on reading up before fighting, Ericsson. Could you go over the hand seal basics with them first, though? After the fight, we'll have an official introduction, and then, now that we have 6 people, a real tournament."

The new students didn't know Bunshin no Jutsu yet, but that was irrelevant. A ninja's life was never fair.

"Fubuki Hatsuyuki, pleased to meet you." Only a slight smile was on Hatsuyuki's face but her bright sapphire eyes radiated sincerity. She gave a look at Kira when he didn't introduce himself to the boy. With a grunt, the boy complied. "Kira. Fubuki Kira, La-" Hatsuyuki would cut in sharply before he could finish. She knew what was coming and wished the boy would drop her formal title already.

"Kira-kun's my cousin, my brother's a Genin of this village." She'll answer the teacher politely before declining Jericho's offer to help the duo with the handseals assignment. The Fubukis were a ninjutsu-based clan after all though their techniques were developed to not require handseals at all...and thus along with their rare chakra, made their style unique to outsiders from the clan.

Fubuki Kira was silent as he observed the fighting students. He could make a fair guess and what was probably coming up...and truth to be told, he was worried...as Hatsuyuki's guardian...he couldn't really let her get hurt... And she was too headstrong for her own good. True that Hatsuyuki still has the basic form of the clan's taijutsu down but...what if the teacher makes her fight the other students whom probably have several Jutsu down already...?

Jericho noticed the other student was going to do push ups, this seems like a good idea to Jericho, he was pretty bored and its never good to be bored before a fight, he needed to get pumped, and that was one way to do it. Jericho walked over to a mat and got down on his stomach then pushed himself up. "Lets do it."
