Following Star down, Daisy slowly made her way down the stairs with Solie atop of her back. Who is this Vince and why is he here? Why are we leaving? I don't understand and quite honestly neither does Solie.

~Vincent stood in the delicious smelling bakery and waited for his Lady to return. He sensed several persons were gathered in a room above him. His eyes beheld a small kitten like creature on the back of who he only guessed was another sister.~
I am Vincent.
~He answered the question that was asked.~
As for your other questions, I'm in as much in the dark as you are.

As she came back off of the stairs holding clothing, Angel said that our family was in danger and needed a safe place to go. The only place I could think of was your house. Would you mind taking all of us there and staying with us until the danger is over? She said looking lovingly at Vince. As for other questions, I am assuming that once we make it to your Island, that she will explain more.

Daisy took in all that was said, and then replied, Well, if we are going, we will need to go soon. I can only carry Solie for so long before she gets too heavy for me. She won't trust anyone else so I do need to put a rush on your decision Mr. Vince.

Angel frowned. She felt a tug of selfishness in uprooting everyone this way and in putting this stranger, Vincent in the middle of the madness. What choice did she have really? "Yes, I'll explain it once we are delivered into safety, if you'd be so kind Sir."

Do you ladies have everything you need?
~He tried to figure out the best way to transfer everyone, it just couldn't be done. He'd have to take them one at a time, or perhaps the catgirl and the girl carrying her could go together.~

Seeing how uneasy her sister was, Star embraced her. It's ok, all will be safe soon enough. She took hold of Vince's hand as she finished the hug. I think it would be best if I go first, after you drop me, please get Daisy so that she can get Solie off of her back soon and finally Angel. I'll have Bea get everyone something to eat ready and meet you in the breakfast nook love.

~With that he took Star outside and were gone in the blink of an eye. He did this three times, leaving the bakery empty.~

Letting herself in to the bakery, Daisy knew she had lots to do. She would prepare cupcakes instead of whole cakes. What the couple didn't prefer could be displayed here and at the bar for the taking.
She started two batters at once and soon enough she had red velvet and chocolate batter ready to bake. Getting out the muffin tins she hummed to herself. It was good to be back in her own home. It would feel good to bake all of the stress away.

Placing the first two batches of cupcakes in the oven, Daisy turned around and washed the mixing gear. She needed to prepare buttercream and cream cheese icing as well as chocolate ganache and raspberry filling.
After preparing all of them she could work on her white cake. Simple enough, she thought Star would appreciate the simplicity. She reminded herself that the cakes would need time to fully cool before she could ice them.

After prepping the next batter and making all of the icings and fillings, Daisy finished baking the first of the cupcakes and put the last flavour in.
While it was baking, she cleaned up her messes again and placed the baked cakes on cooking racks. By the time she had finished with the items on her mental to do list it was time to pull the last batch out of the oven and get them transferred to the cooling racks.
While she waited for the cupcakes to cool, she took stock and prepared some danishes for the case as well as prepared herself a sandwich and cup of tea.
Finally sitting at one of the tables, she reflected on the last couple of days. It had been quite crazy. Continuing to reflect, she wondered how her sister was but she knew she had to keep working to keep her mind off of Angel.

The faint sounds of jingling bells could be heard from outside and were coming closer. Finally the door to the bakery opened and a head popped in. It wore a three corner multicolor hat, which had the jingling bells on it. The face was painted white with a diamond pattern over each eye, one being red and green, the other yellow and blue. "Hello, is this shop open for business right now" the funny faced man called.
