She didn't have to say yes.
True, a ten thousand year difference in age wasn't significant since all dragonkin mature fast and age slowly, but human measurements made it seem rather inappropriate.

Jade glanced over and giggled a bit seeing that her answer made him a bit grumpy. Sitting up she she wraped her arms around his and snuggled into him giving him giant puppy dog eyes.

With a pop, Ziven appeared near the lake. Looking out over the water, she thought of many things, considering what she wanted to do that day. Smiling, she began to wander around the shore, thinking as she moved, staring at the water.
