The youngest stepped into the streets of the Union with a slight bounce to her step. She wanted to skip, but the dragonfly on her shoulder continuosly scolded her on her childish behaviour.
"You're supposed to be the pet, you know, not the keeper." She stuck out her tongue at the dragonfly and skipped to the fountain in the center of the city. "Confusion, confusion and madness..." She sang in a lilting voice. "Like getting really dizzy and throwing up, we'll all have so much fun. I should join them." The dragonfly protested with a shudder of its wings. "Oh I suppose your right, too much work to be done, I hate work."
She dipped her hands into the fountain, and focused her powers. The blue mist begain piling out of the water, twirling in thick folds that settled on the ground and then rose into the air.
"Madness, madness and cofusion..." She sang again.

Arthur walked out of the HQ, taking long strides down the street. He wasn't sure where he was going. Maybe to find some unsuspecting person to torment for his troubled past and twisted duty to the universe.

There were a few people out in the streets wandering in a panic. A car suddenly rammed into a wall and burst into flames. One person lit on fire as he walked by and didn't even notice. It was in general, quite chaotic.
And more than one bird was running itself into the ground, like it had suddenly become extremely disoriented.

Arthur continues walking for a couple of minutes before realising his vision had completely gone. "Damnit..." He mutters, feeling around him for anything, anything at all. Grabbing a random passerby in the face, he attempts to snap their neck, assuming they used some power to make him blind. When he still can't see, he draws his sword and sniffs the air. "Your eldritch magics will not stall me, foul beings!" He says to nobody in particular, sniffing the air. He smells fear all around him, fear and madness. He growls, and stumbles backwards, feeling behind him until he is backed up against a wall. "Stay away from me!" he snarls to anybody within hearing distance, holding his sword out defensively.

Ora walked out of the HQ and leaned against a building, observing the chaos with increased interest. She smiled as Arthur came by, threatening random people. "Magics? Really Arthur, is it the time to be playing D&D?" She teased, and then her grin grew wider as she realized he was walking around blindly.

Arthur's head jerked up, smashing against the wall. "Ow..." he rubbed it absent mindedly. "That you boss?" He asked, looking in a completely different direction. "And you don't get up and walk around in D&D, and people don't ACTUALLY cast spells. I'm blind, in case you hadn't noticed."

"No thanks" he said dryly, "I have one." He swung his sword into the pavement, passing inches in front of her face and cracking the flagstones. "Maybe hold my hand as i walk down the street?" He said, momentarily forgetting she was 10 confused

"Medication?" He asks, not getting the joke, "Na, it's magic i tells ya." He pauses. "I was looking for a paint shop. I need to paint that bullseye on my chest for when we attack the humans." He was surprised as his vision came back, but he didn't let on. He liked this little blind man's buff they had going here... ninja ninja

"The bulls-eye was a joke, you know." Ora shook her head with a soft chuckle. "If you must make a bulls-eye, put it on something that's bullet proof, it's just more efficient."
She glanced at the other groups of people flailing around madly. "Magic indeed, but not mine." She tilted her head, "tastes rather crisp, and maybe even cold."
