Minerva the Marvelous Si1ver Streak Minerva the Marvelous "BRADOCK!" Minerva let out her sharp army yell. "No time for your pining. You can yearn for the Boss's girl later. Come on." She started moving to the base, her eyebrow raising as she noticed the violence on the way. She then twitched, and grabbed the gun at her side, turned around and shot at Bobby. Bobby dodged the shot, and ran toward Minerva. He grabbed for the gun, to try and take it from her. [mp10,sp2,lp50] Minerva smacked at th hands that were faster than she could see, but he'd been able to swipe the gun. "You DON"T touch my guns! Ever! No one touches my guns!" She threw a kick at him, aiming for the kneecap....but then pulled it back, a moment before it hit. She stood there for a second, thinking, then glanced up. "We got to get to the base, we got to go now." A peculiar look crossed Bobby's face, "Sure thing, Major, but first..." He grabbed her lapels, pulled her close and kissed her.

Calmer now under the effect of the Chief's power, she made her way to the jukebox and unplugged it. The offending song died out into silence.

"Hahwld 'ihm theah." Arch said, jumping down from his bus. He was in the staging area for the Siege Tanks, and it seemed like most of them were unaffected, except for Tubby, who was currently cursing and yelling, struggling to get up as a group of his men held him down. Arch ran to him, placing his peace symbol on Tubby, the pale aura shooting out just about a foot around it, then quickly dying down. Tubby quickly stopped struggling, looking around.
"s**t Angel, what the hell is going on here?"
"Dahwn knuwah. Ah kneihd yehr gaihus tah gahw'hn stahrt gatheirihn uhp theh fahwlk uhn'fectiahd." Arch said, moving back to his bus. "Giahwt thehm tah theh baihse, Merhlihn shuhld beh aihble tah kihep thehm frohm catchihn thihs."
Arch hopped into the bus, driving off.

"Contain yourself Braddock!" Minerva's jaw was set, attempting to control anger, an anger that stemmed from life in the military as a woman.

During the beating, Anc dropped one of his meatbags, and was pummeling an old man with it. As the Dope Aura surronded him, he looked at the old guy, and the sac of somthing that used to be a human.

Minerva would have sidestepped or deflected the tackle but even for her it was quite the surprise, especially coming from Bobby. She hit the ground, but immediatley became defensive, and sent another fist towards his face, followed by a knee aimed for his gut.

Bobby was ready for the punch this time, and grabbed her wrist, and avoided the knee also (mostly). He pushed her wrist back down against the ground and tore her blouse open (a couple of buttons worth, anyway).

Minerva was no longer confused, now she was downright pissed, magic curse or not. She went in for a headbutt, her free hand moving to grab a knife on her belt.

Bobby grabbed her other wrist before she got the knife, "Oh, not you...oof!" and got slammed in the forehead.

Faster than she could react, he snatched the knife from her belt and held it to her throat. "Don't make me use this, Major." He had released her hand, but was well balanced and ready for her to try something.
