When Larien had transformed into Lillith his instructions were to travel to the land of sand and go to the main temple. He had other plans for her use because he was quite sure things would not go quite as well during this time.

Suddenly she stopped and turned around. Eyeing a nearby window she spread her great batlike wings and leapt through, the glass shattered to bits. Once outside Lilith jumped into the air and caught an up draft that lifted her well into the sky. She headed off into the night sky.

Hours had passed since Ty left her room, and yet Clover was still laying on her bed facing the ceiling. Her thoughts were a never ending cycle: hope, doubt, and confusion. Maybe her blood didn’t have a strong enough connection with the ancients to stop the darkness. Did this mean there was no way to stop Zant? Clover kept pondering the various possibilities of why she wasn’t able to release Larien from Lilith’s grasp. She felt the power of the ancients flow through her when Epotheros handed her the peculiar arrow, but maybe that was just her imagination, hope that she could make a difference. Each time such doubts plagued her mind, Clover reminded herself that such an attitude would get her nowhere. Unfortunately she would then make an excuse for herself and continue her self patronizing.
Finally as night wore on Clover found herself thoughtless. Sleep claimed her and led her to fond images of the group traveling happily with no cares.

When Epotheros heard the crash he rushed out of the study and down to where the cellar led up to the main floor. The sight he found was a one of the stain glass windows was ruined and that one of the guards laid on the ground dead and the other was heavily wounded. The guard muttered inbetween gasps that Larien had escaped before he fell unconcious.
Then in the depths of Epotheros' mind came some words, "you should have killed her when you had the chance." It was a voice simular to his own but it had an evil ring to it that was followed by some cackling. Epotheros could not place his finger on what it was so he regarded it as nothing important and just his imagination.
Suddenly fear struck him and he sprinted towards Clover's bedroom burting through the thresh hold where a door once stood to find her laying on her bed still alive. "Thank God," escaped his lips when he saw her.

Another voice creeps into Epotheros' hearing range. ((blue=future TY, Black=Normal TY)) "She's fine for now." F-Ty is in the wall as he speaks to Ep so Ep can't see him, but can hear his voice coming from the wall right next to him. "The key is fear, she can't have a trace of it...no fear, no dought...when she has done this, only then will the collar break. With this information, I repay my debt to you..." Ty is freed of his nightmare prison and awakens.

The great sand dunes lay before her as she soared onwards. She had to find shelter from the sun as soon as possible. She could not afford to turn back into the bummbling idiot that Zant had created her from. Landing a little roughly she spotted a cave in the canyon wall not to far from where she was. Quickly she ran to the cave and entered a vast maze of caverns and tunnels. This would be a perfect lair until Zant figured out what he wanted her to do next.

As she slept, Clover turned and shifted searching for comfort. Though her dreams were pleasent, she found them a bit disturbing. Almost as if her mind was taunting her. Her dreams showed her how life could be. Instead the group had to constantly worry about Zant's menacing behavior. Clover remained in slumber with no recognition of the new presence in her room.

Epotheros stood out at the front gates in the early hours of the morning to see a man running up to the castle. He was your average ordanary runner but the message he brought was of grave importance. There was now need to travle to the desert wastelands and go to one of the temples there. Epotheros quickly made his rounds inorder to get everyone up and preped his dragon for flight. There were no restrictions on dragons were they were going so they would be able to use them for this mission.

Utterly disturbed by the fact that two nights in a row he was plagued with physically hindering nightmares where his adversary appeared to be himself, Ty did not sleep anymore that night, but was instead up and practicing against a pair of shadow-bears three times normal size. Ep recieved a message asking that we go to the desert. The dragon skeleton, I almost forgot. Ep began to prep some of his own dragons for the flight over there. "I'll be right beneth you, the whole way."

Clover awoke to the news of yet another reason to venture forth in hopes of finding a pleasant end. She quickly dressed, cleaned, and readied herself for the trip. With her bow latched across her shoulder, her quiver strapped to her back and her dagger resting at her waistband Clover exited her room to find the others.

The time flew by as the great red dragon beat his mighty wings against the air and propeled them over a great distance in a very short time. The ground was a blur as the dragon glided swiftly over the land. It only took several hours before it landed infront of a great pyramid that was surrounded by the desert's sands.
Epotheros led the way into the grand building only to find that the entrance was open and that the walls were already lit by the light of tourches. The floor was a mixture of sand and rock and Epotheros stood there a moment to try and think of what would be the best course of actions before they get to far into the depths of the tomb.

following the great red lizardon, Ty was sure to never let it leave his sight for more than a split second. (he'd lost a friend that way once.) just as the dragon began to decend from the sky, Ty was at a pyramid surrounded by little else. waiting for the others to lead the way as they began a trek into the sandy tomb. Seeing lights already lit in a precesion line down the pathway he was oddly reminded of the most previous old building they had entered. "Think they're expecting us?" A sudden sound made him lift his head to see a large sandy stone slab come sliding down over their only know exit. He was still standing in the exit and the "door"s path. letting it pass through him, Ty then stepped foward out of the barrier and into the pyramid with the rest. "Okay...which way?"

Again Clover was amazed by flight. It was becoming her favorite means of travel. Even though they were clearly flying off into danger’s way she felt calm and confident. She quickly decided that this feeling was contributed to the fact that she was so close to her element. Once they arrived at the towering pyramid curiosity began to tug at Clover’s being. What was awaiting them? How would they handle the situation this time. Fortunately she now had a good bit of confidence in the group’s abilities. They had indeed already defeated the other beasts, only one remained. Though her confidence in the group was immense, she still harbored doubts about herself.
Clover followed the others into the pyramid. When the entrance closed behind them she simply sighed. This was a surprising event at all. No, such things occurred regularly ever since Tramer, Epotheros, and herself had accepted that noble’s quest. Clover waited for someone to answer Ty’s question. Which would lead them to their desired destination?

Epotheros has a slight pulsation in his head when he entered the temple. It was uncomfortable, but it didn't bother him too much. He looked at the different paths they could take, and childishly Epotheros chose the path on which his head seemed to hurt the most. As they walked down the hall ways, they stummbled upon a great sand pit. On the other side was a stone area where two sarcoffiguses stood. All of a sudden out from the pit hundress of skelletons begain to climb out of it with spears and swords in hand.
