Here's another couple of made up, please give opinion soon.

Freezing Winds
Seki performs a couple of hand seals that cause wind chills of -30 degrees to -100 degrees to blow all over the field. It is followed by a light snow fall, that goes on while the wind blows.
------------
Frozen Glance
A powerful genjutsu that if the opponent looks into Seki's ice blue eyes, they will be frozen in fear. If the opponent is much, much weaker than Seki, Seki can start talking and put a suggestion in their head like to stab themselves with a kunai.

Ace Zero Chidori Edge-Ace calls down lighting from the sky when chargeing chidori to the chidori for a faster charge.also when the lightning is called down ace can choose it to strike a spot any time while he is holding the chidori. I don't under stand the second part

I don't under stand the second part i can use chidori to call lightning down basically like a lightning rod to start a strom

Byuku kokoro[ white soul] lee extracts all the chakra form his diamonds, allowing him to heal any wound, that is physical.. can only be used once per battle...

Wouldn't it be better to ask if the mods are going to allow Tsunade's techs that do precisely that? Genesis Rebirth, or whatever it's called? (Especially since I was thinking of the exact same thing.)

It does seem really similar, use chakra that's been sealed away when you need to heal in a pinch. But it's not my call, so I'll hush up about it.

We're working on a seal thing for the Creation Rebirth, otherwise, I don't think it'll be available due to it's shortening life span side effect cannot really be roleplayed.

I had actually been kicking the idea around myself a bit, and thought of one possible idea for the short term effect. Since chakra has to be sent into the seal to be used, I had thought something to the effect of: Character 'burns' X chakra, their new total becomes T-X. For their next seven (real life) days that they are active, their chakra stays at this new amount. After that's passed, it goes back to normal. Half of whatever X was would become sealed chakra, available for use for whatever skill would happen to be linked to it. (Genesis thingy in this case.) Again, just an idea, thought I'd share.
