Aziraphale wrinkled his nose just slightly and nuzzled gently at Crowley, before watching the other flop out in such a content manner, one ear flicking idly. "Out of habit... some of it is just... just impossible to make sense of. I'm sure with a bit of studying and comparison, it can be understood, but without the necessary textbooks and whatnot... well, it's simply gibberish in some places."

Crowley tipped his glasses down low on his nose, arching an eyebrow. "And here I thought you were an expert in gibberish, mine old friend," he teased slightly, copying Aziraphale's light accent, British in origin, near perfectly. Then he scratched idly at the little patch of facial hair he kept on his chin, he turned his face up towards the sun.

Immediately, Aziraphale lifted his head and looked baffled, before grumbling and reaching out to bat those sunglasses away. "Don't tease me," he said huffily, after he had succeeded in knocking the glasses to the floor, snorting softly and sitting up straight. "I am. Agnes Nutter is just a bit harder to comprehend."

Crowley blinked in a bit owlishly as he glasses were knocked away, but he didn't bother to retrieve them, as it was just himself and Aziraphale at the moment. "But you're so much fun to tease, darlin'," he drawled out with a grin, before adjusting himself so he could peer at the book upside down. "But you're right, complete gibberish. I can't understand a thing."

Aziraphale eyed Crowley warily, before rolling his eyes and leaning down to gently headbutt the other. "Sweetheart, that's what happens when you attempt to read something the wrong way," he drawled, easily taking on Crowley's usual way of speaking, eliminating his faint British accent for a moment or two, before flashing a charming grin.

The snake laughed aloud at that, and licked at Aziraphale's cheek. "You're too cute, angel, for your own good. Makes me want to teach you the meaning of the word naughty." Grinning wickedly, he licked at the other's cheek again, before arranging himself to take a nap, though he doubted he'd be able to sleep with Aziraphale so near him, and still awake.

Immediately, Aziraphale's eyes went wide when Crowley's words reached his mind, registered, and snapped a blush to his cheeks immediately and oozed a shiver down his spine. "Ah..." was the best he could manage before he moved to carefully lay down as well, blinking owlishly and looking rather flustered still, wondering why those words dragged up a strange array of emotions that sexless angels weren't supposed to care for...

Crowley grinned as Aziraphale lay down as well, and the demon shifted to lay close to him, laying his head upon the angel's paws. "I'm glad we're here, Az. I don't think there's a heave or a hell here, and I like that." He yawned hugely, settling back on the angel's paws again, his eyes slipping closed. "No anti-Christ to loose, no Dukes of Hell coming after me, no Metatron for you to deal with..."

The angel let Crowley rest his head on his paws, blinking slowly down at him, before a warm smile curled on his lips and he nodded once, purring to the other. "It's very nice... perfectly calm," he breathed, moving to rest his head on the other's neck, blinking lazily in the warming sunlight.

"There should be nothing more complicated than that, if they really want to find the missing party." Sesshomaru replied, scanning the crowd. Seated in one corner of the room with only his father beside him, he felt like he was a by-stander, observing others as they went about their own activities.

[I really got to remember that I entered this x3]

"Why do you say that Sesshoumaru?" He asked, looking to the other from the corner of his eyes. Touga didn't mind being off to the side, but also didn't mind being interracted with. If another kitsu were to come to them and start conversation, he would be willing to respond and carry on... though his son was another question.

"Well, maybe not perfectly calm. I'll still have to stir up trouble every now and then so that you can get all righteous and angry at me, and I can soothe your ruffled feathers. No need to be happy and pleasent all the time. It'd just be far too borring." He laughed softly, nuzzling his head against the angel's chest.

A sigh came from the angel once more and he nuzzled at Crowley's ears, rumbling softly to him. "Of course, of course. Sometimes I forget that you're a demon, and how appealing trouble is to you," he murmured, laughing quietly and rolling his eyes in an amused manner.

He looked disappointed but nodded. "Aye, Lass. I understand ye." He stood carefully, lightly stretching both body & wings with practiced ease. "What's this lad look like? Mayhap I've come across him."

Surprised by his willingness to help, Dazzler blinked. Careful! He might just be acting friendly to stick around longer! "What does he look like? Well I was told he had dark hair, with a burn on his face & fire in his eyes."

"A burn on his face?" His expression grew thoughtful. "I've seen a lad with a burned face. Quite a while ago now." A sadness crossed his face & the angelic male looked crestfallen. "Aye... the night those taken by shadows were altered by th' dark ones forever." Dazzler wondered at the personal pain Aear seemed to be putting himself through. Softly she padded back to him, lightly touching his paw with her own. "The one with the scar?" AearHwesta shook himself, then smiled. "I didn't catch his name, bu' from the look o' things I'd take him for a friend o' Ember's. Now, I think Ember's a bit scared o' me -scared o' his own shadow 'cept when facing those foul demons- But he's close wit' me brother, Remus." Dazzler's eyes grew bright & she clapped with excitement. "Really? Do you think they'd help find him? Maybe it's not the same guy, but I'm sure that he'll know strait away if he has an uncle looking for him!"

AearHwesta quirked a brow. This certainly had not gone according to any plan he would have preferred, but if he stayed in the lady's company there was more chance of her coming around. " I ken try lovely siren." Stepping forward he brushed her shoulder with his, smiling. "Come wit' ol' AearHwesta, Lass. There's a few places we can look for Rem-lad, and with 'is help we might be able to convince his skittery Ember to join us. After that... well, we'll see."

Arching a brow, Dazzler fell into step beside him. I hope I don't come to regret this... "Lead the way, Sailor."
((Aut, if you see this, would you want to bring Ember into the fun? Anyone else is welcome too. 'specially getting Zuko in here. And it's Iroh's "quest" of course. *grins* Dazz's just taken up the cause.))

They chatted amicably as they walked the morning towards the house in Bass'ken Woods where AearHwesta lived with his family. Dazzler made an effort to keep the conversation on light things -or more specifically, away from topics leading to personal "encounters" of a certain type. Spotting the comfortable one and a half story cabin Alison Blaire blinked in disbelief. "How many did you say lived here?" AearHwesta laughed heartily. "Many, lovely lass. Many. I've yet te count them all. There's a fair bit o' smaller creatures, bu' believe me: it's bigger than ye'd think from th' look o' it." The Dazzler made a funny sound in her throat. "It'd have to be." The male chuckled, ushering her gently to the door with a wing. Dazzler blinked, seeing a small white and pink cat like creature with her head close to the flowers growing in front. Flowers which, with the snow on the ground indicating the temperature, should not be growing. Following her amazed gaze AearHwesta grinned with almost fatherly affection. "Ah. Ye've caught sight o' our little Amaryllis. Aye. She's a right knack wit' growin' things, if'n ye catch my meaning. Don't be alarmed there's a lot o' magic about this house."

His wing touched her backside & Dazzler hurried through the door Aear had opened for her. "Far out..." She breathed at the site of a multitude of creatures lounging about the room. A small pastel kitsu with many wings flew erratically at them [Uncle AearHwesta!! You missed the Song of Morning!] The little seraphim pouted up at the much larger angelic. Laughing Aear nuzzled the kit while Dazzler struggled to take in this oddly paternal side of one she could tell was a ladies' kitsu. "I caught a different Song o' Mornin', Talagand-lad." Aear's russet eyes indicated Dazzler with a smile & the seraphim kit tilted his head at her curiously. [Would you sing for me sometime?] Talagand asked innocently. "Sure thing, kid." Dazzler replied with a smile just before a voice startled her.

"Now this is a first. Usually you don't bring them home with you. AearHwesta." The black skinned GaiaCom leaned against the wall, black gloved hands folded against her chest. The bright mint green of her witch's hat & dress seemed decidedly out of place with her biting tone. "You know Trel doesn't approve of infidelitous liaisons taking place in her home." "Which, like, is a total drag." Piped up a voice from the floor, as a beach patterned audio rhetoric stretched languidly. Aear seemed to be a little flustered at the look the laid back female was giving him "eh, nay today Gwen-luv." The angelic said averting his gaze. The GaiaCom & a few others chuckled at Aear's discomfort and Dazzler was left wondering at the inside joke. "Actually, Myranda-lass, we're here to find Rem-lad. De ye know if he's home?"

"Like it's my function to know where everyone is?" The mint witch scoffed. Clearly she did not like AearHwesta or his type. "I believe Remus & Liliana are in the Library, AearHwesta."

Dazzler turned to the kind voice, seeing a young woman with a toddler on her hip followed by two four legged creatures: a lovely peacock colored fae kyunru with large doe-like eyes & a cream & sienna jivvin drada -just into her horn with budding wings- who nipped playfully at the human's trailing angelic sash. She smiled brightly as she set the child down to play with his jivvin bond. "Welcome to our home, Dazzler. You're welcome to stay anytime. I wish I could be more hospitable, but lunch you know."

"Thanks, Trelweny-lass." Alison stared in wonder at the human, whose long braid swung behind her. "I, uh.... sure." How did she know who I was? Smiling warmly Trelweny ushered the young ones ahead of her to the kitchen. "Nice meeting you!"

Brushing her shoulder, Aear nudged the bewildered female to a single door on the left hand wall. "Dazzler-lass?" He asked gently, noticing her state. Deducing the cause he grinned, whispering "Aye, Trel knows thin's sometimes. Latent Talent she calls it, but ne'er 'bout herself. Most o' us knows she's some 'pathy, an' after tha' last time she broadcasted there's li'le doubt o' her empathy." Grinning Aear spoke normally once more, his great voice booming. "C'mon Lass. On te th' Library fer us." Talent? 'pathy? Does he mean telepathic like Professor Xavier? Perhaps she's a mutant too...

But the Dazzler's thoughts trailed off as the door opened onto a huge classic library that could not possibly fit into what could be seen from the front of the house. The walls were floor to ceiling with books of every sort except for long, thin floor to raised ceiling windows evenly spaced throughout. The windows looked thin more from their height then their width, which was enough for an average human to sit in the window seat below each with their legs pulled up to rest a book on their knees while they took on a view of the ever-blooming gardens outside. A small cozy fire flickered in a grated fireplace in front of a loveseat & a pair of large wingback armchairs, all in soft but elegant leather. Each chair was just large enough for a single kitsu to curl into while the loveseat could easily fit two.

"Far out..." Ali breathed in awe. A soft yip from one of the wingbacks echoed her and a little voice whispered "Daddy... Uncle Aear brought a lady-friend."

Urged forward by the sailor's gentle nudges Dazzler saw the robed kitsu just as he sighed wearily from where he was curled around a small crimson kitsu teen. The small female watched them with wide green eyes. "Thank you, Liliana dear. I've already told Gwen we don't have the KamaSutra, AearHwesta" He turned to look at them and raised a brow at Dazzler's poignant "I'm not with him" look. "Ah. My apologies Miss..."

"Dazzler." She smiled a little at the sincerity in the other's apology. "I take it you're Remus? Aear here said you might be able to help."

Remus smiled wanly. "That depends, of course. With what do you require assistance? Blue eyes smiled at the well spoken male. Dazzler could see him getting along well with the tea drinking kitsu. "I'm trying to help someone find his nephew..." She started before Aear piped in. "Tha' burned lad who was with th' group o' us at the caves... ye know -where the demons' made the bobtails." Dazzler had been frowning slightly at being interrupted but her expression softened to hear the pained sound in the sailor's voice once more. Seeing Remus' equally disheartened reaction to the mention of it she wondered even more. What could have happened? Aear continued without pause. "The one who was a friend o' yer Ember? I thought ye could help th' lass see if he's th' one 'er friend is looking for."

"Please?" Dazzler added, blue eyes entreating. [Please?] Piped a small but firm voice from the Angelic's back. Remus arched a brow at Talagand's interest. Intrigued, Liliana spoke up softly. "I'd like to meet your friend Ember, Daddy. Doesn't he have kits too?"

Remus thought it over a bit more, but knew his mind was already made up. The prospect of seeing his Soul Brother again only made it that much more agreeable. "So you would like to find Ember to find this kitsu? I take it you need me to smooth things with Ember, do you AearHwesta?" The Nautical Angelic's sheepish duck of his massive head answered that & Remus chuckled. "Certainly, I will help. It has been far too long since Ember & I last met."

Dazzler's jubilant "Far out!!" echoed in the usually quiet library & they all laughed. "Well then, let us get going. We can only hope Ember is at HeadQuarters today."

Nokomis Midnight
" I do not either. I ventured into a lake accidentally and discovered very quickly that im better at almost drowning than swimming" she frowned with a shiver. She hated being in to much water. " It would be best then to sit and relax. " she smiled up at where she could tell he was. " You need to relax i think"

He felt her shiver of dread against his skinless muscles, like a hit of speed to the part of him that still craved the hunt, his chest aching appreciatively in response to what he guessed were her unhappy thoughts. It was easy enough to disregard now, his bloodlust unhinged through the end of his vampiric existence, but the soul hunger, the want to pluck the very essence from their bodies and leave only a disintegrating corpse behind: Such an impulse was still very real.

"Relaxation isn't high on my agenda," He replied with a mild splash of his own black humor, though she could not have known what he meant. "But it is more of a personal matter, and not for you to solve."

How Raziel managed to sound unfriendly even when he was attempting a placid politeness was beyond him, but the fact that he was trying was the best that Collista would be able to hope for.

He heard the gentle roll of the waves before he saw anything, but he knew that the lake was nearby when he felt an uncoiling dread where his eviscerated innards had once resided. Perhaps the lake had not been such a clever idea.

"I'm from here. Though i haven;t been to the HQ in a while. I've been just wandering about." He smiled.

"Yeah. A bit. They have a kitchen in the HQ I think. Princess Sakura-chan are you Hurngy?" He asked her.

She nodded as her tummy growled.
