yeah, i would think more along the lines of:

Everytime your opponent draws a card, they must show it to you, if it is a green spell, creature or a forest, they may put it in their hand, otherwise it must but suffled back into their deck. This card may be put back into it's owner's hand by anyplayer by paying 5, or put back inthe owner's deck by sacrificing a creature, a land, an enchantment and paying 5.
