Omg I woke up this morning-ok afternoon-and when I glanced out the window on my way to the kitchen for coffee I was completely floored. SNOW! Actually sticking to the ground it's still there snow. I mean I've seen snow, there are parts of CA up in the mountains that get snow and I've gone a few times in my life. However waking up knowing this is where I live and there is snow is a whole new experience. Plus this time I wake up unprepared for snow. All I have is rain boots, I suppose they'll have to suffice when I head out to wind band rehearsal then concert in an hour. I guess it is glorious.
Currently listening to nothing. Lately listening to Ludo because my friend Lou is insane, Tryst because my acquaintance/sorta friend (group friend) is the base player, and Bon Jovi because I just love him like that. sweatdrop

It's pretty crappy, because I do not have shoes suitable for snow, but oh well. If we have a few more centimetres of it, you can witness firsthand the country flying into a panic, that's always fun. And the area being so slopey makes it even more fun. Glad you got a new experience.
Nothing is a great song! Not heard of the first two things and aww.
I'm listening to Jonathan Coulton, Shop Vac. Nothing really to say about that, it just showed up on lastfm. Ohh, no, now it's Part of Your World from the Little Mermaid. That film is boss.

That's how I felt too, it's at least not too detrimental and my sneakers were ok today. I just got new boots in the mail today which wouldn't be great for heavy snowfall but should be fine as long as we don't get TOO much more. They are cute I like them.

Ludo is...weird, avoid. Haha. You wouldn't have heard of Tryst they are unsigned and have never released an album so far as I'm aware. If I wasn't friends with the bass player I'd never have heard of them. Even so I've only been friends with the bass player very recently and have only heard of Tryst for just over a week now. xd
Bon Jovi is adorable though!

My trainers have holes in them, so that's not good. I've bought new shoes, but I'm attached to my old ones. Yay new boots.

Okay. And yeah, that should've been obvious from your post, but obviously didn't read it properly. That's cool though. And if you so say so. =p
Wow, that game is interesting. XD And fun, but I'm crap at it so I won't play it anymore.

Oh that sucks! Yea the boots I rather liked have a hole in the sole which is a problem when walking on wet. However they are also cloth so they weren't so good for wet anyhow, but still, this just made it even more complected. I used to hate shoes and would never get attached to them, but now I just hate socks (which still makes shoes complicated but not detestable in their own right). And I rather adore boots. Need to vacuum and then head to the library and try those boots out.
I'm crap at it too, and that's what I thought, that I wouldn't play it anymore. Yet I keep going back, because it IS interesting and it is fun. NEED TO GET BETTER!
I'm listening to silence but a second ago I was battling rainbows so I was listening to Always, Erasure - which I'll probably go listen to more in a sec as I bought it off iTunes last night. sweatdrop

Yes. Those boots sound awesome. I don't get how people can not like socks, but then again, my feet are ridiculously sensitive and most peoples aren't. And yes you do, apparently.
It is fun.I remember playing another game like that, where you were a dinosaur running away from... the extinction of the dinosaurs. Fun.

Well lately it's been cold enough that I've learned to not mind socks quite as much, if I'm just not feeling like wearing slippers that don't curl up under me as well. My feet just like to roam free, haha.
Haha, that's a great concept. OUTRUN EXTINCTION!!! Today I played a game where you are a robot being mocked by robots, twas weird. I also rather like Bible Fight. Yesterday I was Mary and kicked Eve and than Noah's butt before I decided I REALLY needed to do some hw.

How is the robot thing a game? Obviously that's not all there is to it but ... hmmm.
Bible Fight sounds hilarious.
I'm listening to some shitty pop music my flatmate put on their radio that they then put in the kitchen because obviously everyone wants to listen to shitty pop music.

Haha, it's a puzzle game, he has to run through what is sort of really primitive mario like mazes and get to the end to advance to the next level. The robot voices taunt him and hope he'll fail and sheer when he falls off or gets blended up in some obstacle or explodes or something. They are all like awwwwwwww when he succeeds. It's like you either die or are constantly surrounded by disappointed jeering, it's a great blow to the self-esteem. xd
Bible fight is hilarious, just because it's bible fight. However it is also a killer on the wrists (and I already have carpal tunnel) so I don't often play for very long unless I'm really set upon decimating everyone in the bible. *burns*
Woo shitty pop music! I have the decency to at least wear headphones when I listen to my crazy mixes. smile
