We actually have these rules around for reasons, but it seems there are plenty of people who skim and skip the information. Just like you, we're humans who have many things to do in a day. We're dedicating as much of our time as we can to this guild to provide an awesome experience. These little rules (timed delays and what not) help us from becoming overwhelmed. So when someone posts up a custom and immediately asks for approval it puts the pressure on for us. We won't always be able to immediately get right back to you on things, so we ask that you remain patient while we work things out.
On top of that, to avoid chaos we've assigned certain crew to certain jobs. Yes this slows us down a bit but it ensures we won't make stupid mistakes again.
When I get on my computer I'm gonna look at your tai style in depth. But your signatures are always awesome.

Training System
Yea you get all of that plus the C rank jutsu of your bloodlines and clans biggrin
Unlike me, I have to wait until I am done with the "The Battle with the Sea Monster" Arc (forgive me, I couldn't think of a better name for the arc crying ) before I can add my Jigen Tou stuff and take away some of my PA's... I did read it, I just... was also reading PVP, and watching youtube. >.>

I mean, they are so awesome, but so expensive. >.< But you can make your own if you have the right materials. It's not genetically manufactured, but it is square. ^>^

Oh I understand the reasoning behind the rules in which you guys have set. But I posted my custom on the 23rd and asked on the 24th. Waiting till the next day to ask. I will admit I skimmed over the rules which I shouldn't have. Since in most guild their normally all the same. I am truly sorry for that. But it's not like I posted the custom and then asked five minutes later. I waited a day. I think five hours before the 24 hour mark but whatever. It was my mistake.
