 hekos coughed up blood as he placed a palm on her yet it would feel like a punch throwing her away from him. Heko slammed the blade into the ground to help himself up and that's when it became clear neither side of the blade had a sharp edge it was blunt so not even the strongest attacker could kill with the blade. " you people see things only one way, you see blood from an attack and assume its your allies and never stop to think why if the attack was so strong did it not just slice them clean through, you were so quick to jump to me harming them instead of the other side the side of one who was kicked from the academy. the blood you saw was my own the flesh was my bare feet on the ground i could only focus with depleted energy to protect vital areas not my feet." heko ignited his hand placing it over his own wound burning it shut and stumbled using the blade to balance as blood hit the ground. heko had refused to kill the grounds if it could be avoided and did except the miester who had planned to slam the blade through her to strike him, heko had taught him a lesson by heating his internals to cause his body a great deal of pain without killing him or leaving lasting damage. heko slipped and released the blade as he fell the only sharp portion of the blade was now visible the hilt it was covered in razor sharp points to ensure the user could never kill with it and would pay himself for attacking someone. heko remained on the ground trying to force his body up but the fire to heal the gaping wound was the last of his energy.

Some men just want to see the world burn... Texas entered the park through the further gate, walking up to the lake shore and finding the tree where he had first met Shira, Atticus and Michi, and sat down under it. Across the lake it seemed like some kind of fight had just ended between a male and a female, with the male getting the worse end of it. It wasn't his business anyway. He thought he recognized the girl from around campus though he had never met her. The guy he didn't recognize. He snapped his fingers and they caught fire. He stared into it as he sat there, seeming to be somewhere else as he thought. And I just want to show them.

Some men just want to see the world burn... Texas could feel Mirai's soul enter the park, just as he could feel the other two's souls across the lake. They each burned brightly in his vision due to his ability, but he didn't turn around to face her. His entire hand caught flame as he continued to stare down at it, holding it out in front of him. "What?" He asked her dully after a few minutes of silence. "Go ahead and yell; I'm right here."And I just want to show them.

Some men just want to see the world burn... Texas glanced back at her before looking back to the lake. "What are you talking about? You don't even know what you did," he replied. There was still an edge to his voice but it had faded slightly. And I just want to show them.

heko growled his bones visible his body was drained of almost all its calories his body fought the pain as he forced himself to stand again. " why would i accept the help of someone like you, so stuck in time so unable to go beyond rational though? whats to say you wont kill me like you would any other that followed a kishin? Even you resented me for being what i am when i wasted what little energy i had to protect you instead of my hands from that damn sword." heko coughed up blood it was clear all his energy was gone his body moving by force of will alone heko held no hate for the women but clearly didnt trust her after he little threat.

He looked back to the lake and launched a fireball into it, causing an explosion of water that turned into steam almost immediately, wafting up into the sky until it vanished from sight.
