Unlike his clearly more risk-taking partner, he hope it didn't come to fighting, and that this guy was just a creep. He wasn't keen on doing any battling, especially with his lack of training and abilities.

Yoh looked in the direction of the three boys, one of whom was a witch. The fire demon raised his voice so that everyone on the roof could hear him. You all need to calm down. He said, mostly to the witch boy, but partially to everyone else. This is no place for a fight. Yoh added, a small flame shot from his mouth as he spoke the last word. It lingered for only a half-second before vanishing.
Good and Evil have no meaning in an ever-changing world.
Without the opposite they are just words,
And they're definitions are subject to change.
Because of this, the world has fallen into chaos.
But it will all be OKAY soon.

Yoh noticed that Annie shifted her weight at the word "Fight". Does that word make you uneasy? He asked with a blank expression. Yoh sat on the ground, shifting his position until he could see everyone. He closed his eyes and smiled.

So, it just gives me that kind of same urgency. However... " She paused in her sentence, and her voice going really low at the moment, and so hid her last sentence. " I will not tolerate such stupidity from "those" kind of fights. " Noticing she just had a big personality switch, she got off her own mind and grinned back at Yoh. Yoh opened his eyes, still smiling. She seems to have a bit of doubt. He thought. I'm going to take a guess that your fire "flares up," so to speak, whenever your in a fight. No. It's more than that. It's just whenever you are angered. Yoh stated. He ran one of his gloved hands through his hair and his smile faded. A little? Yoh asked.

I always thought it popped outta no where, but it was always there. I mean, when I get angry. " Star sighed, and chuckled at herself. " It sucks having a bad temper, buts its good when needed. " She stared at Yoh for a moment, and asked him a question. " Do you ever get a bad temper? " She thought for a moment. " And, sometimes, its not even anger that gets it "flared up." It can just be anything negative to get me in a fireic mood. " Her head popped up when she heard his last words. " Heh...yeah, a little. The boy (Yoh) started to talk to a girl with pink hair and Nathan rushed. He appeared next to the boy and brought his fist down aiming for his ribs. This blow wasn't even his strongest but it would break a rib or two. He whispered something as the fist came toward a collision with the boys ribs right into his adrenalin gland. "I said RUN BOY"! Crash Flare
Yoh's skin started steaming and the air around him felt as if one were standing in the middle of a pool of lava. He caught the fist that was aimed for his ribs effortlessly. For those who knew Yoh, they would noticed that this was his Crash Flare ability. His black hair came up in spikes and he took off his cloak in an attempt to keep it from burning, revealing his bare chest and arms. He tossed the witch boy back. Yoh obviously wasn't looking for a fight. He kept his attention on Annie. No, I don't get bad tempers. A little angry, but that's extremely rare. He closed his eyes and smiled. Looks like I was unable to avoid a confrontation today. Yoh said in a cheerful voice.

"Well, well, well". Nathan said, his soul expanding outward. Without another word. Darkness collected in his hand and he turned his hand upward the ball of darkness right at the boy;s chest. "Good game". Nathan smiled darkly as he fired his energy beam. This was enough. It would trash this boy. Though powerful this kid was, Nathan was an Asura, one of strongest kinds of kishin. It wouldn't do much damage, but it'd definitely knock his attack of course. "Yuji!" He called, letting the boy know he intended to fight.
