As luck would have it the next few steps would bring the girl to a relay tower. Nothing seemed to be extravagantly wrong with this one. The battery had simply died.

Victoria's eyes actually shimmered as she saw this one was normal.
"Thank Arceus."
For once, she didn't find herself looking at battery fluid everywhere, or mold, or having to figure out how to handle it. As she pop out the old battery and replaces it with the new one with such a sense of relief that it was like it was in waves of actual electric pulses.
The girl would look to her shoulder at her partner.
"Or maybe, that is coming from you."
She was just as excited about it ...as well as they would continue onwards. They were finally done to just 1 more.

What Victoria would be faced with next probably wasn't what she would hope for. ..
The loud slam of metal against concrete would meet her ears. Sparks flew from one of the larger pieces of machinery in this place was large slabs of metal plating, gears, and torn up mechanical parts flew threw the air and struck the ground in a heap. ">That was one piece, now it's five! That was three, now it's one! Oooooooh, what does this big red one do!<" A sudden loud explosion, and a small purple shape would be flung back a good 15 feet into the next machine.
Stuck halfway between a maintenance panel and the open air, a pair of clawed purple feet would kick about wildly for a moment.
Slowly the limbs would turn translucent, a set of claws appearing at the edges of the closed panel, pulling forward to free a gem eyed Sableye from the machine.
Landing on the ground, the ghost would dust the soot off her body briefly, then with needle like teeth held in a broad grin would proclaim ">LET'S DO THAT AGAIN!!!<"

It would seem that .....she had thought it was going well too soon as she glares daggers at the creature that had crashed into the machinery. She would simply drop her head and press her hand against her face.
She was having no luck today at all.
"Aella, you have done enough rest, this is a good time for you to shine."
She would replace Aella's pokeball as she was called inside of her pokeball with another. A flash of light and the green pokemon would remateralize in front of her as the Electrike looks around a bit confused at first.
"Void, this one is your fight."
The pokemon took a calm breathe, counted to three, and then turned and jumped at the girl with her maw open wide. As she tries to bite the girl whom had released her.
This was going to be a very interesting fight indeed. It would take a while ...as Victoria dance and ducked out of the way of those chomping jaws ....as the Electrike lunges at her and she does a fake to the right that would send her flying at the Sableye instead ...that the battle would actually start. Void had been trying to use crunch on Victoria and instead, it would be the sableye whom would have to look to avoid the attack.

Bio: A pokemon that hates humans. It was during her trial to reset the relay towers that Victoria came upon this pokemon. With her soul crush and in tatters from the death of Torrent, she didn't even seemed involved in the battle against this pokemon that wanted her life. A misplaced pokeball that bounced against her would have Victoria capturing this pokemon.

Bejewelled eyes glinting brightly, the Sableye would twist her head about to at the sound of Victoria's voice. Moment by moment the Ghost-Type's needle grin would broaden. Ooooh, seemed she was getting more of a show then she'd been expecting.
The Sableye watched on excitedly as the girl and her Electrike 'danced' about the area...OH! Now it was coming at her! So it wanted to switch partners? Well she didn't consider herself much of a ballerina or anything, but she'd try!
"Gehehehehehe!" The purple skinned spectre began to giggle about crazily, these strange thoughts coming to mind within the span of seconds as the Electrike closed the distance. When the electric hound was within less then an inch the Sableye's broad grin would open as she exclaimed in a loud, singsong voice ">BO~OOM~!<" The next instant and she would explode into a cloud of mist, the more solid pieces of her body attempting to slip into the Electric-Types own shadow.

It would work as the Electrike missed her attack ...as she hits the ground with all four feet spread. Shaking her head as though something nasty had touched her ...she would sparkle hard with bolts and jumps of electricity. Her eyes narrowing as she lost focus on chasing Victoria at that moment.
"Electrike ...rike ..elec"
(We shall settle this later)
She declares to Victoria as she turns in a circle. She was still trying to figure out where that strange sensation had come from as she thought about what had been in front of her before. A Sableye ...she had never liked those sort of pokemon as she continued to make her circle searching for it ...for that pokemon somewhere around her.
She was looking to avoid whatever attack might come from the ghost type.

Thunderclouds rolled and rumbled overhead, casting a shadow upon the battlefield. Darkness pervaded the place; it was a veritable playground for a Ghost-Type like the Sableye. Briefly, the glint of gemlike eyes would come from beneath the Electrike....yes, for all her searching, the hound had neglected to look in the closest place of all. Downward, in her own shadow!
A flash of needle like teeth would appear in a Cheshire grin, and the next moment the Sableye would leap out, claws outstretched ">SURPRISE! HAPPY BIRTHDAY! GEHEHEHE!<" She cackled, swiping both of her rapidly solidifying claws downward in a fierce-some Scratch!

The pain made her arch her back as she felt those claws sink into her. Her teeth were clinch together as she would spark without even thinking about it ...her body giving off a wave of electricity hot and pulsing as she used thunderwave. It was a natural reaction to such an attack as Victoria saw those crimson streaks run down the side of the Electrike's body.
She had lost one pokemon to a sableye already...she had to wonder if her luck with such a type woudl remind so bad forever.
"Void, .....thunderwave?"
She didn't even get to finish the sentence good as the Electrike attacked back.

">POWER SURGE!<" The Sableye cried, her legs suddenly snapping together, her heels extended out like points. Her body would abruptly obtain some actual wait to it, causing her to hit the concrete. Arms outstretched, the purple ghost would begin spinning rapidly in circles, her body slowly turning intangible from the feet upward. She was sinking into the ground, theatrically drilling herself into it in an attempt to solidly ground herself.

It would work as the electricity seemed to run along the Sableye's length and disappear into the ground. Anger showed in Victoria's face, they were losing this one, and she didn't have any more potions for healing as Void would try to gain distance in another way ...as she would stop, drop, and roll away.
"Void, you have to listen to me."
Victoria would call to her only to see the pokemon showing her nothing but teeth.
"Fine, then that Sableye will injury you again, unless, you use this time gain more distance."
She would tell her ...even as the Electrike would stand her ground. if she said, run, then she would stand and guard herself as she showed off her fangs ...if he got too close she would teach him about her fangs as she hope the sight of her teeth alone would be enough to make that Sableye keep it's distance.

In response the Sableye's ever present grin would only widen, her needle like teeth showing bright and pearly. She'd even open her mouth a little so the points could be better seen. Yes, it would seem that the ghost had very little concern towards the Electrike's fangs, for she had a set of her own.
Wadding closer, her body still plunged through the ground from the hips down, the Sableye's gem shaped orbs would twinkle ">Open wide and say AAAAAAAAHHHH!!!<" She said, screaming that last part as she thrust her right arm forward. The ghost actually seemed to be aiming to put her hand in the Electrike's mouth, aiming to Scratch her throat!

Though Void was ready for this ...those claws had got her before and she wasn't going to let it happen again. She would jump to the side, and then ....as it came towards her that outstretch arm she would step forward and open and close her mouth towards it. In a move that could easily crunch bones and break limbs ....or was it the other way around.
Void would attack using crunch. He had mocked her teeth, and now he would learn how they would be used against him.

((She. You have a bad habit of calling any female Pokemon I create men. sweatdrop xp ))
((Not that I can blame you. Psychologically it's probably because I am a man.))
The Sableye's defense would be an easy one; simple and straight to the point. as those fangs drew in upon her limb, it would begin rapidly evaporating into a stream of mist which drifting upon the cool breeze. Ghost's would forever be a bit more elusive then that.

Nothing as Void lands on the ground with only a taste of steam in her mouth. She hated this battle, she hated ghost as she turns and showed off her fangs in her rage.
"Listen to me."
Victoria would state, but the pokemon didn't even look at her.
The girl saw she had no other choice at this point.
"What do you want for our alliances ....anything other than my life is acceptable."
The girl declares loudly.
That got Void's attention as she looks at her as Victoria held out one arm ....straight and proud.
"IF you listen and we win this battle, I will allow you to have it ...my right arm." "YOu can do what every you want with it, break it, take if off completely ....this is my deal and my promise to you."
"Otherwise, you will fight this battle and die, and it will be like losing my right hand anyway." "Aella will have to stand these battles alone, and though she is powerful ....she can't fight everything on her own."
"I need your help."
Victoria would declares, the girl was humbling herself before this Electrike as the pokemon looked at her, and the smile she gave was quite sinister. Though she would say it to herself, whether she win or not ...she would take that arm, but if it was being offered for her cooperation then ....she could listen for a little while.
"Electrike rike."
(Agreed)
Victoria would nod her head as she move her arm back to her own side.
"Fine, you are a pokemon with a lot of power, but speed is more of your strength." "I want you to take off running, let that ghost have to catch you to scratch you ...instead of standing still and taking it."
"Got that, Void, take off ...or better yet, scram."
The pokemon gave her an wicked look as she would do just that, she would take off running away from her opponent ...no too far as she turn and started to circle running at her top speed. Around and around and around, until the area become a blurry of her .....as she ran at her top speed. This was about to get a lot more interesting.

Rather then follow after her opponent, the Sableye would simply stand there, watching and waiting. A curious thing to note however would be the fact that in all this time, during all the Electrike's running, her evaporated right arm would remain missing. She hadn't chosen to reform the limb...and hand to wonder why.
One wouldn't be left wondering for long though, as the purple coloured appendage would abruptly appear in Void's path, claws outstretched in an attempts to strike out at the dog's underbelly as it ran passed in a Scratch!
