"It's fine by me," Angela said, shrugging. She gave Kasie a tired smile. "It's been kind of a weird day, actually. How are you doing?"
Running a hand through her hair, Angela realized it was nearly getting long enough to start tying back again. She smiled slightly. Well, that was at least something positive in the midst of all the weirdness. She stood and moved her desk closer to the others, sliding back in as she turned to face them.
"Anyway, how are we organizing this study?" she asked Veith, trying to shake off the gloomy, distracted mood. Time to focus. She would deal with...weird relationship issues and her accidental fiance after class. For now, she would just drown her sorrows in grammar and sentence structure.Where charming old stories, in blood are expressed,
like tears of cream on a strawberry dress...

 ▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀ ▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄ "I don't get what people get so worked up. Yay! It was going to be fun being back with Kasie and Veith and hey! Even Angela. It was the exact same people from that one history class when they were all teasing Veith! Plus one other girl who can help to the guy's torment. Wait, no. Torment is not good. Veith looked smart and he might be able to help them with their grammar.
"Don't worry Kasie! Professor Novaire said that there's stuff in the back table." Suzume told her as she moved through the desks and grabbed stacks of paper for everyone and returned. "Okay! Let's move the desks in a circle so we could make something like a round table but with desks! Look, they have stuff like sentence structure, prepositions, parts of speech..." Suzume's voice trailed off as more grammar was introduced to her through the worksheets. "Anyway...! Let's work hard for this group collaboration!" Suzume said as she passed out the bundles of evil worksheets. If it's not any fun, then why bother?" '

  Misaki Shinonome ______________________________ It was a trend. Misaki got caught up in searching that she was late. Again. Oops. She entered the classroom and gave Professor Novaire an apologetic smile. She wondered how he would handle her being late. She was supposed to be researching him anyways.
"I'm sorry, Professor. I got caught up with something and I'm a bit tardy." Misaki said to him. She then moved to the group. They were all people she knew. Misaki was surprised. She had minimal friends but she knew everyone in this room. That was seriously an accomplishment.
"Sorry I'm late, everyone." Misaki said as she approached them. She glanced at the stacks of worksheets and mentally groaned. "More worksheets?" ______________________________

 Oh no. Another girl came walking in the room. So when he was hoping for more people to come into the classroom, he wasn't asking for a harem! Jeez! Fate and it's evil ways! A person can't even ask for something decent without having some kind of unwanted twist. Veith was helping with moving the tables around so there was some kind of circle so they could all work together.
He glanced at Misaki. "It's more like review. We're having a test next class and these worksheets are all probably going to be on the test." Veith informed.
"Um, I'm not sure how we're going to all study together. I guess we should start on one topic. Does anyone have a subject that they're unsure of? Usually people have a dislike for prepositions. We could start there if you girls don't understand it that well. Sentence structure is usually a disliked subject too..." Who was he kidding. Grammar is hated by all!

Susan Chang Opps, Susan was late for class again. She was still getting used to her timetable. She quickly rushed into the classroom.
"I'm sorry for being late, I stil haven't gotten used to my timetable. Sorry sir" She said quickly and looked for a spare seat in the classroom.

Over and over, just like you do.ღ London jumped up and started scooting desks around in assistance to Veith and Suzume, pushing the excess desks away. Gasping as Misaki strolled in, she looked away, immediately becoming nervous at the girl's presence. Oh no! Not to be scolded by Misaki again, it was one of her many goals in her scatter-brain sea of confusion. At Veith's question, "Um... This is actually my first English class here, so I think I'm a little behind..." London said sheepishly, getting her hands on a worksheet and glancing over it's contents.
ღ "Prepositions... Prepositional phrases and the works of that.. I'm stumped with that," she said, blowing air and sending the loose strands of hair in a whirl. Dragging her bag off her desk, she set the page on top of her notebook and sat down. Glancing up at another voice, London smiled when she saw a familiar face. This girl had been in her art class. Girl... Glancing around, London noticed that there were only two males amidst the flood of girls. "Oh that's okay, we were just getting started," she said to Susan, snatching up another worksheet and passing it to Susan.I thought I could love no more.
One too many times before.

 Severin Novaire "Literature is complex and one really has to think to understand it."________________________Severin smiled politely at the two late girls. "It's no problem. Just take a seat. Apparently we're having a whole class study session on grammar." Severin told Susan since Misaki already went to go join the other girls and Veith.
Thank goodness he had coffee. He was in a good mood and hopefully nothing will ruin it, but it wasn't that hard to ruin Severin's good mood. But it looked like Veith was helping with manning the class with their study session. Severin was starting to like the boy a little. Susan smiled as London handed her the worksheet. Susan glanced at it. Grammar. Not Susan's favourite thing to do, lucky she was good at it.
"You mind if I sit next to you London? I can help you with the worksheet if you want, doesn't look too complex" Susan said to London and smiled.

"I know what you mean. I had to deal with tree monsters, and then later on, I hear that there's a streaker running around campus and kidnapping puppies. As strange as that sounds, Misaki can testify to that. Other than that, I've had stranger days, so I'm doing pretty well." Kasie thoughtfully answered Angela's question as she reviewed her day. It was hard to imagine that this was only second period too. Imagine what the rest of her day might be like. That'd certainly be interesting to see.
"By the way, hey, Misaki. Hey, girl I haven't met yet." She quickly babbled out and turned her attention back to studying. Before Kasie would go off into "poof" mode and get cracking on these worksheets, she needed to discuss some topics that she wasn't quite all too sure about. Though, as she skimmed through the worksheets, she was so thankful that most of the material had already been gone over back at her old school. Yay!
"I usually get stuck on active and passive voice for me. I can never really tell the difference between the two. Also, I might need a little help on coma splices and run-on sentences too, but other than that, I'm pretty sure I can help anyone else out if they're having trouble." Kasie added to the list of topics that might need to get worked on.
"How about we start working on review, and if any of us hit a snag, we'll just ask someone for help?" She offered as an idea for this study session.

Over and over, just like you do.ღ Blinking a couple times at Susan's question, London looked genuinely surprised. "Eh? Oh, not at all! Go ahead," she said, smiling again as she did a double take of her worksheet, kicking her book bag underneath the chair she sat in. "Thanks, Susan," she said, flipping her notebook open and grabbing a lead pencil setting the notebook and the worksheet side by side. This seemed to be like an English-based study session, so it looked like the teacher was stepping back for the time being.
ღ What if they all got stumped on something? What if London talked them all into a sea of confusion? (She had a talent for it) Would the teacher be able to help? She did hope that he did not venture off in the middle of class, lest they head-but a question mark. Glancing up at Kasie, the girl she'd came this close to colliding with, London spoke after she listed her hard problems. "I can help with the run-ons and the coma's," she offered, to Kasie. I thought I could love no more.

Angela gave Kasie a slightly blank stare. "Streaker?" She shuddered. "That sounds pretty close to mine. I found out I'm apparently engaged to a mummy. On accident." She nodded. "Yeah. That's pretty much the strangest thing that's ever happened to me actually. Anyway. Grammar...yeah."
She tapped her pencil idly. "I think I'm pretty evenly spread, really. Nothing in particular gives me more issues than anything else and I make decent grades so I suppose I can help anyone who is having problems in any area."Where charming old stories, in blood are expressed,

"Okay, then we'll focus on those subjects." Veith said as he started to pass out the papers. "Um... why don't we focus on English first before we start talking about monsters. Some people will really need the study session."
"I've attended most of the English classes, so I'm pretty confident in what I'm doing when it comes to grammar. I'll help out anyone who needs help." Veith said to everyone.

London walked into her first class, even though it was her second period. She sighed as she knew she was slightly later then most. Whixh made her feel like she stuck out more like a sore thumb. London's eyes darted from student to student, taking them all in as they were her new classmates. She slide into a chair beside next to a girl with lovely black hair that was in a bun type thing. She seemed to be a social light so London would take that advantage to learn every ones name.

Misaki Shinonome ______________________________ "Never mind battle strategy. That class is behind us. And no, the majority of the class is women, Suzume, but I suggest against your coming into the class." Misaki said. They didn't want another person like Reilynn in the class. She blinked. Er... what? Suzume was talking about her being the president of the disciplinary club. "No thanks. I think that's the security guards' jobs."
Misaki also had issues with coma's and run-ons as well. Prepositions--not so much. "I can help you with the prepositions." Misaki offered to London. She then turned to Susan. "And how about you? How are you doing?"
She edged a little bit closer to London and Susan since they seemed like they were more on track than the others. After all, Misaki wanted a good grade in this class. Gathering her worksheets, Misaki decided she would work while she spoke. ______________________________
