  Not wanting to relive the last quidditch match she had played in, Tristain was determined to stay confident, keep her eyes open, and spot the ball.

With the now familiar rush of adrenaline pulsing through her tender veins, Tristain took flight like a bird--an eagle, soaring across the pitch with grace, her robes flaring out behind her like giant wings.
Despite not having spotted the snitch yet, the Ravenclaw continued her search with a certain hunger--a hunger that encouraged her not to give up until she had the chance to relieve it.
With a new method in mind, the devoted girl began to accelerate and ascend above the other players, her hands wrapping themselves tighter around the neck of her broomstick without even having to be told.

Chase barely touched the quaffle when he heard Sam exclaim Gryffindor's second victory. Well, at least the game ended before any of the Beaters got to him. Honestly, if the Slytherins managed to bludgeon him to a pulp, he wasn't too keen on finding out what the Gryffindors would do.
He flew to the ground, still slightly disappointed that the game only lasted a couple minutes. "Good job, Sam," he congratulated the seeker. Sam obviously have talent in Quidditch.

His heart withers if it does not answer another heart.
His mind shrinks away if he hears only the echoes of his own thoughts and finds no other inspiration."
