Laci makes a small surprised noise as she is picked up Nero, "Ah! Hey..." She looks at him, and then remembers the metal in her foot. She tries to maneuver herself, without moving too much so Nero doesn't drop her, in order to grab onto the metal so she can yank it out.

"Hold on, I got one stop to make first!" I say, and open the door to the office, with any luck I might find something useful!

You easily grab a hold of the metal, but yanking it out may be difficult.
Selphie:
In the office, you find a map on the desk (it shows The Four Great Nations, the Province of Zadolf, and the current boundaries of the Eleixandrian empire; it also has a circle around an outpost which you assume to be your current location), three beakers of a very familiar green liquid, and a stack of notes written in black ink.

I fold up the map, and take both it and the notes, plus one of the beakers. "Jasmine, I need you to take the other two beakers!" I shout, hoping she hasn't pasted by the room yet.

Shi'ita holds onto the keyring that Nero had given him tightly, as if it too might disappear if he didn't keep it close and secure. I watch as Desta vooms away and feel a bit sad about that.

I follow Selphie into the room. I hear her call from before I entered the room. I look at the beakers.
"Well, I can hold one... those won't fit in Victoria's secret hiding compartment!" I say, patting my chest with my free hand. I look around for a rack of test tubes or flasks to pour the liquid into to make it easier to transport.

I move the liquid from the beaker into the test tubes to make them more portable, though it still really doesn't solve the issue of how to carry it. After I finish transfering the liquid, I look for a pack or bag to carry everything in. I call out to Selphie.
"Hey, can you go look for a bag to carry these in while I transfer this stuff? I don't really want to use my rack as... well... a rack!" I say playfully.

Laci clenches her jaw, taking deep breaths out of her nose and gripping what part of the metal she can. She whimpers, closing her eyes and attempting to yank it out swiftly.

You see a small satchel leaning against the desk. It has a white emblem on it, but you can't tell what it is from this angle. However, it will fit the test tubes, the map Selphie has, and the notes that Selphie has. It would also fit a few flasks if you can get Selphie to put the serum into one (or two).
Laci:
You manage to get it out. However, it hurts pretty badly. You'll need a bandage, and quickly.

I sling the satchel over over my left shoulder, making it fall over my right hip, opposite of my rapier sheath. I put the tubes into the pack and walk over to Selphie.
"Hey, I'll take those off your hands!" I say to her, refering to the papers and such she's carrying. "Just get anything else you want to kee- Damn!' I say, as I noticed that Laci removed her shard.
"Ya' gotta leave the shard in there until you get something to bandage it with! Love can mend the heart, but it's not a miracle cure for everything! Anyone got something to bandage her up with?" I ask. Damn, we dont have the luxury of spending time here for a bandage job, or at least very much... I think that'll have to be stitched too... Anyone that knows anything about sewing could pull off a simple one...
'Alright, Desta, you look for something to bandage and stitch Laci up, Selphie, Nero, and I will ready ourselves for combat to fend off guards. All for one, and one for all!" I say. I didn't want to say still, but Laci needed her wound closed, and the sooner, the better.

Shi'ita smiles faintly at the warmth, though it's a bit of a sad smile, before he noticed Laci pull the metal out of her foot. Hearing jasmine, he looked between the others before trying to get off Nero's back. "I help too. Get material to make bandage."

I smile at Shi'ita and arch my back for him to roll down my back to the floor, not putting Laci down as she pulls out the shard. "There you go!" I say to Shi'ita in an attempt of a cheerful tone. Instead, I put Laci in Shi'ita's place on my shoulders and toss the shard toward a wall or something, then awkwardly put Laci's foot in my mouth...hoping this could temporarily slow down bleeding and at least not let it drip everywhere. I look at my loincloth and try to rip a part of it off that could sustain a wound, but of course, not taking from the groin cover from which I had the cloth for.

Laci growls as Nero switches her around and sticks her foot in his mouth, the saliva causing it to sting a little. "I'll be fine, don't worry about me. Just do what you need to so that we can get out of here!" She calls to Jasmine.

Once off Nero's back, Shi'ita quickly heads back to the clothing room and heads straight for the scrap pile, rummaging for material to bandage the foot with..
(If available, for our time and world, some type of fabric that wouldn't cling to their fur but it would stick to itself.)
