Ryuubei and Juubei never slowed down, they kept punching and kicking. When June made one mistake of missing a kick, Ryuu grabbed his leg and spun fastly, he slammed Juubei Into the ground who let out a yelp. Ryuubei grinned and threw him Into the air, he jumped up and punched June right In the stomuch with a Shadow ball. The haunter gijinka coughed up blood and gritted his teeth, he quickly reached for his brother but only caught air. He forced himself to hover when he began to fall towards the ground, he growled and glanced around for Ryuubei.

"This locked up feeling Is truly enjoyable." Ryuu said as he appeared a few feet from Juubei.

June couldn't help but smirk. "Oh, Is that right? Well, you're as perverse as ever."

"You say that, but are you sure you're not enjoying yourself too?" He asked with a grin.

Juubei's mouth fell open slightly, his eyes were half way open but a bit wide.

"I believe you've already realized that you're the same kind of person as I am. Fighting brings exsightment, and the sense of truly being alive. When you're defeated the enemy after a all-out effort, that becomes your sweetest moment. You know all that, don't you? I can hear It, you know. The thrumming In that blood of yours, that Is. Now, release your true power. Abandon yourself to your Instincts!" Ryuubei said, his grin growing wider.

June lowered his head until his bangs were shadowing his eyes, a moment later, a dark aura appeared around him, his pony tail began moving like water. The purple hair bow came undone and flowed over to Kurenai. "It's true, you might me exactly right. I have a urge that I can't completely hold back." He said before looking up a bit, his bangs still shadowed his eyes but they were gleaming red and he had a grin that matched Ryuu's. "I want to slaughter you!"


Ryuubei frowned, the aura coming off of Juubei was truly terrifiing.

June suddenly attacked his brother, both of his hands had turned Into dark claws but he was still under control.

Vince and Pikachu stepped up next to Kurenai, watching Juubei and Ryuubei. Vince had his arms crossed.

"Juubei!" Kurenai didn't hesitate to dash into the smoke from the explosion, coughing a bit as she felt her way around carefully for Juubei.

"Wait Kurenai!" Hana called from outside the smoke area, her ears twitching as she listened for Juubei, Kurenai, and even Ryuubei at this point.

The smoke began to clear sonn after the others ran Into It. Both Juubei and Ryuubei were gone, the only thing that could be seen was the burn marks from the explosion. There was a few piece's of cloth scattered around where the boy's were, one of them was the same purple as Juubei's clothes while the other's were from Ryuubei's coat.

Vince blinked, then looked away sligthly.

Pikachu stayed on Kurenai's shoulder looking around with her.

Kurenai looked ahead and ran over to Juubei's side quickly, skidding on her knees until she was right next to him. She almost reached for a hug but she saw the wounds and froze in place. ]"You scared the living h**l out of me! Don't you ever do that again!" she said quietly, trying not to cry again. Of course, she still had to wipe her eyes before taking a pokeball from her belt. "E-even though we're right next to a PokeCenter, I don't want you walking on those wounds, o-ok?"

Hana watched Kurenai and Juubei for a moment before walking to the explosion sight, dropping to one knee and running her fingers over the blackened earth while holding Ryuubei's coat cloth in her other hand. "Now the only question is where did Ryuubei go..."

Juubei pushed the pokeball away. "I'm sorry, and I'm not going back, I'll be alright." He mumbled as he glanced forward, he narrowed his eyes as Ryuubei's voice echoed around them.

"What's the matter Juubei? Lost the will to fight?" He asked.

June sighed and frowned. "No... I just.... I'm not the way I used to be anymore. I know that no matter what kind of power I have, no matter how many battles I win, there's not a single thing to be gained from that. That's... That's because I ran Into Kurenai. She helped me through a lot of stuff and taught me how to be nice Instead of coldhearted all the time. I only want to use this power to protect her and our friends. When I decided to become one of her pokemon, I swore... I swore that I'd use this power to protect them."

"How sentimental you are, June. I'm very disappointed. If you've got no Intention of fighting seriously, then I'll make you disappear." Ryuu said before a hand shot out of Juubei's shadow, It was a Shadow Claw again and It was going straight for his heart.

Juubei easily blocked and caught his borther's hand with a Shadow Claw as well. "Now, now. Hold ya horses pal. You now better then I do that your In no condision to fight right now." He said before using thunderbolt, he was careful not to hit Kurenai with It.

Ryuubei cried In pain before disappearing, he reappeared In the air above everyone. He began to fade In and out. "T-this...can't be..."

June glanced up. "Give It a rest, Ryuu. The fight Is over. You lost. Remember how I spent more time training then you did In that tower we lived In? Well, I trained with alot of the other ghost pokemon there and learned a bunch of stuff from them. Winning or losing Is decided by your strength of mind. Have you forgotten? I use to be one of the strongest fighter's In that tower."

"That's right, anywere Is the optimal battleground for you." Ryuu said with a smile.

"Now then... I'm done spending time with you, disappear before my friends get ahold of you." June told him.

"If you don't finish me off now, I'll continue to hunt you and the others, you know."

"When that time comes, I'll just kick your but again."

Ryuubei smiled and laughed. "You truly are a enjoyable person little brother." He said before disappearing.
