He slowly deepened the kiss trying to be gentle when he just wanted to haul her into his arms and love her here for the world to see.

Lucia put her arms around his neck while she kissed him back, she finally did something she wanted to do for awhile...kiss Gary.

Gary lifted his head to look at her softly and leaned back. "I'm sorry. . .I shouldn't have done that." He got up and shook the sand from his shirt. "We cant let your dad find out."

Lucia nodded and she got up and brushed sand off of her,"Yeah that would suck for sure...lets get back to the ship before we get trouble for that." she said smiling at him.

Gary nodded not looking at her and grabbed his shirt walking over to the harbor where the ship was pulled in.

Her smiled faded and she followed behind him to the ship, once they got on the ship she went on the railing and she sat on it.'God I can't do anything with my dad around.' she thought.

Gary walked up and past Lucia going below deck and getting the gun power ready to go. He saw Jack looking at him and Gary starred back.

Lucia walked on the railing and then she cartwheeled on the railing, and then gently sitting down again."ugh....so bored." Alex came by and looked at her,"Your father needs to talk to you later..not now he is below deck working." Alex kissed Lucia's forehead and Alex walked on deck.

Jack finished carrying the last barrel of gun powder onto the ship and placed it in the hold. He stood walking up top and looked around for Alex.

Alex walked over to Jack,"You want to talk with Lucia don't you?" she asked looking at him and putting her hands on his chest.

"Yes, but first I want to talk to you." He took her hands over his chest and looked at her. "Lucia needs to be looked over and not left with boys." He sighed getting a sinking feeling. "Just thinking of it makes me pissed."

Jack clenched his jaw and looked at Lucia from the other side of the ship. "Not now, and not on my ship she wont." He said walking past Alex to their daughter.

Alex grabbed his arm and made him look at her,"For gods sake Jack! She is 16 and she will fall in love...if you keep on a tight leash she will snap and something bad will happen...don't keep her from loving from someone..thats just wrong." she let go off him and walked away.
