Hello! sorry I haven't been posting as much in the guild.. Havent' been on Gaia too much in general.

I just moved back to CO for good this time. I'm currently staying at my dad's.
I really miss my husband, he won't be able to join me for like 2 months. crying crying crying

And now he's sick up in WA and I'm not there to take care of him... crying

cry hope these 2 months go quickly for you! hopefully the time apart will strengthen the bond between you and you'll be even more in love when you get to be together again 3nodding

I'm hoping so too... We spent 2 months apart after the wedding and so I got to up there for a month around his birthday. I got back to CO like 2 weeks ago... Hubby has been sick since I left with pneumonia. He finally went to the hospital on Tuesday and they gave him some drugs for him to take. He tells me he is feeling better, so I'm relieved... lol...
Hey Flipsy I heard that the guys plan to be back by the beinning of January!!! At lest that is what Jaxome told me!!! And hey I haven't seen Jax in three months remember your not going it alone!!!

He is feeling better, they gave him some scary meds. Though now his painkiller's are missing from the apt. A former roommate came to get the rest of her stuff and they disappeared. He takes the painkillers to offset the side affects of his other meds.

Grats on your 50 posts!

I would go insane if Kirk and I had to part ways for more than a couple of weeks.
every year when my parents want me to go on vacation with them for one week it kills me.
I can only imagine how hard it is for you.
*hugs*

The European Commission has just announced an agreement whereby English will be the official language of the European Union rather than German, which was the other possibility. As part of the negotiations, the British Government conceded that English spelling had some room for improvement and has accepted a 5-year phase-in plan that would become known as "Euro-English".

In the first year, "s" will replace the soft "c". Sertainly, this will make the sivil servants jump with joy.
The hard "c" will be dropped in favour of "k". This should klear up konfusion, and keyboards kan have one less letter.

There will be growing publik enthusiasm in the sekond year when the troublesome "ph" will be replaced with "f". This will make words like fotograf 20% shorter.

In the 3rd year, publik akseptanse of the new spelling kan be expekted to reach the stage where more komplikated changes are possible. Governments will enkourage the removal of double letters which have always ben a deterent to akurate speling.
Also, al wil agre that the horibl mes of the silent "e" in the languag is disgrasful and it should go away.

By the 4th yer peopl wil be reseptiv to steps such as replasing "th" with "z" and "w" with "v".

During ze fifz yer, ze unesesary "o" kan be dropd from vords kontaining "ou" and after ziz fifz yer, ve vil hav a reil sensibl riten styl.

Zer vil be no mor trubl or difikultis and evrivun vil find it ezi tu understand ech oza. Ze drem of a united urop vil finali kum tru.

Und efter ze fifz yer, ve vil al be speking German like zey vunted in ze forst plas.

that was great.

so, i am making myself scarce. i burnt out on gaia for a while, which is just great now that gaia exchange is here.

furthermore, i took the ACT, with optional essay portion.

xmas will consist of four (hopefully not less, for the sake of having time to sleep now and then) solid days of driving to make sure everyone gets to see my son, because soem of them (*cough*hisdad*cough*) are already bitching, even though not a damn one of them is bothering to take it into his/her own hands and come see him themselves, but rather forcing me to figure out a way to go from enid, OK to edmong, OK to dallas, TX to houston, TX and then back in the two days i get off work for christmas, and any other days i can weasel out of that week.

i hate christmas.

solstice, on the other hand, will be extremely pleasant. it will consist of the usual celebration and stories at home, a party with my dad at a coworker's house (really a christmas party, but in time for yule), and a party at a friend's house on the actual night.

so why should i be christian, again? tee hee.

wow, a new forum. good times.

so, i posted before about taking my ACT? i got the results a while back, i got a 28, not bad. i'd like to take them again, get something higher. i know too many people who got 26 or 27 and even a 29 to be satisfied with that score.

my kid has a mohawk again. a few months ago, he wanted to be "bald like daddy," but this saturday he left me a voice mail saying he needed his mohawk back.

he'll be 3 on the 21st.
