As long as it's regular I wouldn't worry.

Hormones going nuts. Hints of depression appearing. Luckily I realize I was totally normal last week so I can get yell "damn hormones!" and go crazy on the cookies I made.
My periods almost didn't exist before I switched to Paragard. I bled and that was it. This is painful crazy hormone thing is nuts!

Before I went on birth control my hormones were mental. I could be totally fine one minute and then in tears the next. Best decision I've ever made. And the cramps have all but gone heart

I can't wait to get birth control Dx I love underwire bras. I only have 1 that isn't actually. and that's for when I'm walking around the house without a shirt on. :3
I'm sorry I can't stick around... I know I'll miss you by sundown

Question! Do any of you curl your hair? Me and my friend were talking about how we love curly hair so I'm thinking about curling it but I'm more of a "wash it, brush it, be done with it" so if I has to put gunk in my hair everyday it'll just drive me nuts.

I usually don't bother. My hair is naturally wavy, anyhow. Only for very special occasions will I pull out a set of curlers. (I have never used a curling iron and don't plan to.) Even then, the (artificial) curls only last a few hours tops, usually less. For that matter, neither do I straighten my hair.

I curl mine with a curling iron sometimes <3 It stays for like the whole day but I HAVE to keep a brush on me or else it'll tangle.

Curling irons are something I only use for special occasions. My friends and I tried doing it for fun, 2 out of the 3 of us got burnt. sweatdrop
When I get bored I tend to do stuff to my hair. Purple streaks, pink streaks, went from long then chopped it off to just a bob. Perm is my next plan.

Why the hell does everything have to go belly up on the week of the one time in the month when I'm a little mental anyway. And then my birth control has to go and stop working so well so I've got cramps! THESE WERE MEANT TO GO AWAY!
*runs around screaming* Ok... I feel a little better now

Ahhh I just got my first period x__x; - I had a lot of cramps yesterday and today- like giant spikes. But luckily my period wasn't a heavy flow.
Are there any tips on what to do while I'm on my period?

Tips, like for coping with cramps? It may sound weird, but exercising and stretch helps. A hot compress like a heating pad can help with the low back ache. Chocolate is actually helpful for mood swings and the headaches if you get them. Chocolate contains a psychoactive called theobromide and a small amount caffeine that I think is wonderful. Extra B complex vitamins can help with mood swings if your prone to stress.
Don Quai and ma huang and really good Chinese herbs for dealing with PSM and cramps, but something you should ask a doctor about before taking
Hot showers, baths and swimming are nice too, especially with candle, but I wouldn't recommend swimming or bathing long unless you're using tampons. It could get really yucky
