Arielle Shore
Arielle giggled lightly and nodded, taking her time finishing her plate. She watched as Kedrick walked away to get dressed and let her mind roam to wonder what this "surprise" was. She finished her plate and rinsed it off, placing it in the sink so that she could was them later.
Arielle went to her room and closed her door, trying to figure out what to wear for the day. Getting undressed and jumping to take a quick shower, she was unsure if she needed to dress really nicely or dress casually. Try not to think too much about it. Just find a nice shirt and skirt and call it a day, she thought as she got out of the shower and wrapped herself in her towel. She threw on a nice green dress, a pair of emerald green flats, and a headband. She brushed her hair, trying to brush out some of the natural curls but failing. With a small sigh, she walked out her room and headed downstairs.

Kedrick Suwa
As it turns out, Kedrick had poked his head out at just the right moment to see Arielle emerge from her room. He smile and stepped out of the room, looking at her outfit of choice. "Perfect!" He said, beaming at her. "Now come on, no time to loose." Kedrick reached out, taking her hand and trotting down the stairs, now with Arielle in tow. He snatched his keys and cell-phone off the end table in the foyer, pocketing both of them.
As the two emerged from the house Kedrick paused a moment as he surveyed the outside. Everything had to be perfect for today, and it seemed that the weather agreed with him. The sun was warm and sleepy, yet a slightly cool wind rustled the tree top. Kedrick shook his head, dismissing the weather from his mind and taking Arielle over to his car. "Okay, off we go...but..." He added with a mysterious smile. "You've got to wear this." He said, pulling a blindfold out of his pocket.

Arielle Shore
Turning her head in surprise, she noticed Kedrick coming out of his room the same time she did. His smile was definitely contagious as she smiled back at him. She nodded and followed after him, her hand in his, and walked outside.
It was a nice day as she had noticed. It was like the weather was meant to be just perfect nowadays. When they stopped to Kedrick's car, she brought her focus back to him and blinked in surprise when she saw the blindfold. "You want me to wear that? My curiosity is getting the better of me now." She giggled but took the blindfold anyway, tying it around her eyes herself. "Make sure I don't walk into anything please."

Kedrick Suwa
Kedrick smiled. "don't worry," He assured her. "I'll take care of it." He took her shoulders gently. "this way...few steps more..." he coxed, reaching over her shoulder to open the car door. "now, car door open, duck your head, don't hit it." He said with a smile. Once Arielle was safely in the back seat, Kedrick circled around to the front of the car, slipping into the drivers position.
The drive took quite some time, probably close to forty-five minutes, But Kedrick kept up a running cometary to keep her entertained. " Ooookay, Here we are." He said, and Arielle felt the car pull to a stop. There was the sound of a car door opening and closing as Kedrick got out, then her own door opened. He took her hands helping her out of the car. "watch your step." He warned with a smile. He stepped around behind her to guide her steps. " 'kay ready?" He asked, giddy with excitement.

Arielle Shore
Arielle smiled in relief and listened to Kedrick's instructions and warnings as she got into the car. She heard the car door close when she successfully got in and strapped herself in her seat.
Arielle had no idea how much time had been going on during the drive. She didn't know if it was a few minutes or a couple of hours. Without being able to see the time, she was kind of lost. She appreciated Kedrick's commentary since the blindfold made her brain think of falling asleep.
Arielle felt the car stop and she almost thought that they were at another stop light when the door opened on one side and then on her side. She took off her seat belt and let Kedrick help her out of the car. She heard his warning and tried to make sure she didn't trip. She smiled, hearing the excitement in his voice and nodded. "I'm ready, Kedrick."
(I'm free from the crazy school workload >8D. For now, = w =.)

Kedrick Suwa
Kedrick smiled, stepping around behind her, one of her hands still held in his. With his free hand Kedrick pulled the knot at the back of the blind fold free. They where standing in front of a large theater, it's massive oak door stretching up above them."Brunswick theater..." Kedrick said softly, handing her a piece of a newspaper clipping, It read:
The Brunswick Theater Presents....
"Cinderella" Preformed by the Russian National Ballet. Tickets sold at the door $10 for adults, $5 for childen.
With a smile, and not waiting for her reaction, Kedrick lead her though the great double doors and into the crowded foyer of the theater. "wait here." He said, still smiling. Kedrick stepped away from her and up the the front desk. He spoke briefly to the man behind the glass before returning to Arielle with the tickets in hand. Wordlessly, He lean her up a flight of stairs, around a corner, and though a door that lead into a private box mounted high above the stage, providing an excellent view of the actors. Kedrick took a seat, patting the seat beside him. " You know." He said with a smile. "My Grandfather loved the ballet...this is his private box...." He said. Honestly he hadn't though he would ever use the seats he had inherited, but at the time, it had seemed like an excellent idea.

Arielle Shore
Arielle was suddenly surprised by the sudden burst of light, forgetting how bright the sunlight was today. She had heard him say "Brunswick Theater" and actually remembering hearing about it from friends or family. She had never gone, but was always interested in going. Her eyes glanced at the clipping and realized that there was a ballet show today. Before she could ask Kedrick a question, he was once again dragging her off somewhere, and that somewhere was inside the theater.
She nodded and looked at the theater in awe. There was no denying the excitement that was coursing through her body. She almost felt like a small child again going to a theme park for the first time. After a few seconds, Arielle followed Kedrick to wherever their destination was, taking in everything.
She was soon lead to a private box that overlooked the stage. It was actually as good as a view as if she was sitting in the very front. She looked at Kedrick, listening in interest and smiling. "Wow Kedrick, this is definitely a surprise. Thanks so much for this. I have actually never seen a ballet performance, but I'm really excited. Thanks." She finished her sentence by hugging him, a sign of her appreciation before moving away. "Shall we sit?"

Kedrick Suwa
Kedrick smiled shyly as she pulled back. "Actually, I've never been to a ballet ether, But the Russian National Ballet is supposed to be some of the best in the world." He said, easing himself into other seat next to her. Now I'm really glad my grandfather bought this box, I never though I'd use it before though..." He admitted with a sheepish smile. He leaned back in his seat a bit, anxious to see what the ballet really was like.
((Uhg...really short...But we have company so I have to get off....))

"Well, there's always a first for everyone, no?" Arielle asked with a calm smile as she walked with him and sat down. The seats where very comfy, but then again, they tend to do so. "I'm really glad too. I feel like this is going to be a really great performance." Her smile grew and she turned her direction to the theater, taking everything in with her eyes.
(Mehhhh... It's so short >~<.))

Kedrick Suwa
Kedrick leaned back in his seat, once again itching to reach over and put his arm around her. 'to cliche...' He though instaintly. 'but...' he added as an after thought, 'no one could blame me... for holding her hand....' Kedrick reached over, twining his fingers though hers and watched as the curtain roll back.
Kedrick pulled himself to his feet after the preference,He had enjoyed it more than even he would have though. He had to admire the strength and skill it took to pull off even the simplest of moves they had seen. Kedrick looked over at Arielle with a smile. "Did you like it?" he asked anxiously, eager to hear what she had thought.

Arielle Shore
Arielle felt an hand on hers and almost jumped in surprise. Finding it silly, she looked down at the hand and up at the person who it belonged to. She smiled warmly before relaxing herself in her seat and giving her full attention to the stage, as well as lightly squeezing Kedrick's fingers.
Arielle blinked when the house lights turned on. Was it really that bright? She was still playing some of the most amazing moments in her head again. She looked at Kedrick when he asked her if she liked the show. She gave it some thought and shrugged her shoulders. "It was alright, it could have been worse," she paused before giggling, "I'm only joking. I loved it! Thanks so much for taking me Kedrick. It was really sweet of you."

Kedrick Suwa
Kedrick smiled back at her, he couldn't lie, he had been afraid that she really wouldn't like it, but her reassurance made him feel a lot better. He shifted form foot, "You know, it'd be a waste of time and comfort to drive all the way home without something in our stomachs. Why don't we eat out today?" He asked, slipping his hand over hers with a shy smile.
Kedrick took her down the steps and into the main area of the theater, and from there, out the front door. "lets see...." Kedrick muttered to himself as he unfolded a simple map of the town. "food options...." He scanned the pages, a contemplative frown on his face. "There's a nice cafe here, It looks like a nice place, what do you think?"

Arielle Shore
“That sounds like a good idea,” Arielle said with a smile as she accepted Kedrick’s hand and responded with her own shy smile. She noticed that his hands were warm, but that was no problem. She really liked holding his hand and then thinking about that silly thought made her cheeks warm. She let her eyes glance at the theater one last time, making a mental photograph to remember before leaving with Kedrick.
She followed him until they were once again outside the theater. It was still really nice day and Arielle was definitely enjoying it. She looked at the map with Kedrick and gave it some thought before nodding, “Let’s go try it out.”

Kedrick Suwa
Kedrick smiled broadly, "Okay, lets go!" He said excitedly, Hopping into the drivers seat of the car. With a slight grunt he leaned over the passenger seat, pushing open her door with the tips of his fingers. "Hop in." He said with a smile.
The two of them drove though the town, Kedrick scanned the sides of the street for the cafe they had picked. "There it is..." He mumbled under his breath, pulling over to the side of the street. Kedrick ducked out of the car, standing up and stretching. He breathed a soft sigh, and smiled though the opening at Arielle, "you coming?" He asked with a good natured grin.

Arielle Shore
Arielle nodded back, an enthusiastic smile on her face. She moved back a little so as not to be hurt by the door. Sliding in with ease, she fastened her seat belt and relaxed in the car.
The scenes of the city moved past as they drove and she continued to look with interested eyes, as well as hoping she could help Kedrick find the cafe. She heard him mumble something and looked in his direction to see that they were already there. She waited for him to park the car before she made an movement to unfasten her seat belt.
Her hand was reaching for the door handle when Kedrick asked her if she was coming. Arielle paused and was tempted to say something sarcastic in a joking manner, but her hungry stomach beat her to having any kind of idea. "Don't worry, I'm coming," she responded with a smile before opening the door and exiting the car. She then walked over to Kedrick once she closed the door and smiled. "Ready?"
