What Im about to do to you is going to make you stronger and faster.
-he tied some heavy wieghts to her arms and ankles but strong enough for a ten year old to lift-
Now all you have to do is your regular training. =)

-kei arrived and Miyu running behind him they were running so fast they werent visable and there were just strong winds they ran 4 times around shades house and on the fifth round she tripped kei and then he pounced her and they were squabbling on the ground trying to kill each other eventually Miyu was on top punching him with might back and forth breaking his face and neck bones and then got up and start kicking him but he kept fighting back healing his bones, she started crushing his ribs one by one but he kept healing them...but she was seriously kicking his a** but he wouldnt let her go-
