Hiro looked over at Sora and set a fire five feet away from them.He brought the fire back to him and absorbed it through his skin."No need for crystallization Sora.Now I want you to first try and cool the fire without crystallizing the fire.When you think you're done hit me with it.And don't worry it won't hurt."

sora smiled,stepping back and closing his eyes. when he opened them a light blue flame appeared in front of him. sora looked at hiro,slightly confused."how am i supposed to cool it?"he asked

Hiro looked at Sora."It's about focus.Try to think of something cold like snow when you do.Its easier for me to do it since I can control body temperature at birth.Now focus on the cold and your flame will become dark blue.Which means it's cold."Hiro made a fire and passed it through Sora."Felt like a Breeze didn't it?"

Hiro smiled at Sora."Good job.Now that you can slightly control it,try to control the fire's movement.To do this just focus on the heat source.From there try to move it by moving your hand in the area.To bring it closer or move it farther away just focus in how close or far it is.Now to move it act like your creating more fire but stop when you feel the heat form.To push it away focus on the noise and try to block it out.You won't really be blocking the noise from entering but you will push it away."Hiro creates a flame and throws it onto the ground five feet away from them."Start out simple."

sora looked at Hiro,calming down. he looked up and smiled."im going to work on the pushing away part"he said,jumping high into the air. he closed his eyes and focused on a creek in the fall,he opened his eyes and a large black and blue flame burst toward the ground.
