Ace points one of his Keyblades at the judge and charges an elemental attack "Who are you and why should I care about your rules. You can't control what I do in a fight it's my choice." Ace gives a blank stare at the judge and turns his vision to the others from the broken tree behined him

((It hit me but it was just a kick...strong as it may be it was just still a kick.))
Ace charges at the two of them again as a Heartless tries to grab Tara from behined into a dark portal while everyone is destracted and Ace charges a dark attack and an ice attack on the tips of his KeyBlade thinking to himself "Hope this distraction works..."

((True but I didn't see a need to as my character is ignorant like that and doesn't usually care unless it's life threatening. ^_^))

"Jail for you kid." The Judge said and smacked Ace upside his head with a red card. He had warned him that using darkness style attacks and magic was forbidden.
Tara was kicking when the Heartless grabbed her and was about to stab herself when she suddenly fell flat on her butt, the Heartless, Ace and Portal disappearing. "What just happened here?" Tara asked.
"Um, I think Ace just went to jail, anyway we better get out of here, we don't want anyone else coming after us, Vincent you go spread the word to the others." Raine said and Vincent left to go tell the others.
Alastair just got a message that Ace had been sent to prison and his first thought was to go and kill the idiot. So he had to leave Luca and ride all the way to the prison. "Can you tell me just what was going through your head when you went off all by yourself and removed the transmitter?" Alastair asked with a sigh

Ace laying down in the bed yawning looks up at Alastair and smiles "Well I don't like to be tracked and I tried to get you to come with me but I guess the Heartless never got to you...Thisis a wierd prison. I mean usually I would get out by using a portal but it doesn't work for some reason and my Heartless aren't able to be summoned in here so their most likely about to attack this place and get me out that way." Ace looks down as he summons his KeyBlades "I could've tried to break out this way but I am too lazy and I almost had that Tara girl I just needed a bit more time."

"Look, in Ivalice you have to follow the rules, you weren't in a Jaghd so a Judge appeared, follow the rules he lays out and you won't go to prison, where ALL of your powers are shut off, and as for the girl, we'll be fine, you managed to retrieve a DNA sample right? If you did we can track her anywhere, and you need to keep me notified at all times, not just with Heartless okay? Now come on, we have to go to Bevelle, apparently we have new orders." Alastair said and nodded to the guard and he opened the door to let Ace out. From the prison they would go to Bevelle by airship.

Ace exits the cell and yawns "Yea yea yea...not like they can stop me from using Keyblades I mean they come from the Heart so it's not possible to get rid of them and why are the judges so strict like that I mean we work for the person in charge don't we? Also he tried to stop me from using dark powers...I focus on those kind of attacks. Oh and I was only able to get a few hairs that fell from the girl if thats alrite." Ace says as he holds out some strands of hair
