I think we'll go with Gaia first and see where that goes.
No reason not to join FOG in the meantime though. wink
Ariight, so the plan!!
I'll get to work with templates and things, getting all the first posts and information ready over the holidays. And if all goes well we should be able to launch with the New Year! biggrin
We'll pick up the story where we are now as if that was the beginning.
I'll set it up so that our characters are central to the plot, while also leaving plenty of room for new characters and stuff.
We'll stick with the choice of four routes. I'll add knights to the meeting room as if there had been a bigger group. We might see other little changes like that, as well.

Alright, so I haven't been accepted into the guild yet, which means I can't post there. so for now, I'm going to continue to post my questions to you here until I can transplant into the other guild. Now, I know you don't have a physical map yet, so I was wondering whereabouts you might be considering putting the plains and grasslands, for it'd be in that area that Leone Acres (tweaked the name) would be located. Allod maybe? Been thinking of calling the town Barbadens. And now that you've introduced subspecies for all the steeds, I have to figure out which ones are kept at Leone acres. Both types of pegasi most definitely, along with just Land stryders. Noble gryphons and then either Harriers or Bounders. But the horses, now that's the toughie. I know they'll have Mountains, Spotteds (Kohlsin anyone?), and Greats (one of the few non-royal breeders), but what else?

It'll probably somewhere in central Mandor. Allod does indeed sound like a good place, and that town name is fine. biggrin You may proceed. n_n
Keep in mind that there would be a few strict rules on some breeds, especially the big stryders and the Dydalian pegasus.
(I'm just using pegasus as the plural, like fish and fish, instead of pegasi)
MM, indeed there might need to be a bit of tweaking, since it turned out to be a bit different. Let me know what you come up with for a start, whenever you're ready. biggrin

Hm, if I'd have known that it'd take this long, I would've sent my join request much sooner... Alrighty then, I've settled on Leone Acres ranch breeding all horses (except Greats, Blacks, and Golds), most working dogs, Noble Gryphons, Land Stryders, and Erelian Pegasus. However, they can be comissioned to train most anything. Where in Mandor would wild Gryphons and Stryders, or the majority of their breeders, be located? I'd like this info for my contacts section. Otherwise, I think my profile is all set and ready to go! Just waiting on the guild crew to let me in. [Edit] just a quote for good measure

Quoting is like a superpower. mrgreen Breeders would be located everywhere, scattered around the country. The better facilities, though, would be located in the middle-size duchies, away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to commerce to provide everyone with quality mounts. You're probably looking at duchies like Glyuah, Jentian, Verris, Calain, Onos and Nyrend. Hygard as well, but (as you'll see) there are a lot of mountains there, so they would be mostly breeders of gryphons and cliff stryders. All duchies would have minor breeders here an there, and the largest duchies would focus more on distributing mounts than breeding them. That is, there would probably be large holding and caretaking places near large cities where people have gotten the idea to buy from the breeders regularly and resell to the populace at a higher price for the convenience of not having to travel far to purchase a quality mount. I'll put that in the economy section.

This is going to sound terrible, and really stalkerish, but I've been checking that guild's crew's profile pages every now and then to see when they've last logged in. One of them was on yesterday ant they didn't check the join requests. Yeah, that's how bad I'm getting. I am just biting at the bit to get started on this reboot, yet I can't until they let me in! emotion_0A0 Maybe I'll drop one of them a pm, or a profile comment, that'll probably get noticed...

Hey what do you guys think about this, or even this? It looks like we might have a lot of female characters over there, which is tempting me to either make a second character or just change Zuuta to Zarek and make her a guy.No, I'd never do that. I like Zuu-Zuu too much the way she is now. If anyone tries to call her that in-character they will be summarily murdered by torturous disembowelment.

It's damn hard to find a female knight that isn't scantily clad, though. I think I'm gonna call dibs on that knight pic I posted. I might be able to find a use for him...
