The Gobi host watched the demonic figure fly away and scowled in disgust. "******** winged demons. Who the hell flies in the air with claws and s**t. I mean it's a total contradiction to being a ninja," said Tensai darkly as he went on towards his destination.

Koi walked through the main doors of the building, and headed towards the office. He wrapped his small hands on the door, as he was only a young shinobi. The teen looked around, feeling like he was right at home.
The Sanbi could be heard inside of Koi's head, as the young child would try to find his new home. "I like this place little one. We'll be able to make a good home here." The demon muttered inside of Koi's head.
Koi heard the demon and shook his head. "Buddy, shut up while I try to get in. Jeez." He said as he waited for a response.

Sachoi smiled devilishly at Outou "Yes, yes you are always welcome to my squadron of elites" he nodded slightly and was about to go on when the door peered open "Come in, please" he turned his gaze away from Outou and muttered something under his breath that Outou would be able to make out 'So many distractions, im terribly sorry'

The young thirteen year old boy turned the handle slowly, and walked into the office. He looked at the robe, and then the hat. After analyzing the Kage, he set his eyes to a dark glare. They stared at the Mizukage, before a grin spread across the right side of Koi's cheek. "Kumogakure is a wasteland. I've come to inquire about a Genin spot in your village roster?" Koi said as he held the grin. His semi-long straight silver hair covered his eyes, and his shark like teeth were enough to scare any man. He was born to be a Mist 7 member, but he wouldn't hint it. He had Zabuza's Decapitating Carving Knife strapped to his back still, as he waited to be accepted.

Sachoi nodded at Cherry indecating for her to leave as he jumped to his feet and met the boys gaze and smile showing that he to had the famed shark like appearance all the Mist 7 members had although it would also be easy to tell his relation with the Hoshigaki clan "Mmm.." he sounded rather dumb while he spoke but this was just another act he put on just like he always did "Name, Age, Rank? I dont accept weaklings you see" his smile grew as he scratched his scaley skin in wait of the boys answer.

A few knocks on the door echoed as a tall man stood outside of the office, looking at the kage since the door was open. He took a few steps in and looked at Sachoi. He knelt alittle bowing slightly before speaking. "Lord Mizukage....I am Akuma Kami. I ask if I have a squad to join in or not. If not I can train myself" He said in a calm somewhat deep voice. His eyes stared at Sachoi, purple with the ripples of the rinnegan in them, which would indicate his kekki genkai. But the look on his face was neutral, calm and collected. A sheathed sword was at his hip, the sheath was blade while the handle of the sword was white.

Sachoi walked over to the new arrival and knelt down analyzing him from front to back he laughed "Two Rinnegan users in the same village, this really is a prize" he complimented while thinking of who would teach this man "Well I am afraid to say my only current teacher has left on a mission, I may be able to train you a little but you will have to give me some time to get the issues of the village calmed, so until then train yourself or with some of the more experienced Genin in the village I am greatly sorry" although he said this he didnt look very sorry at all the devilish smile still engulfed his scaley face as he walked a few feet away close to the boy who wished to join his village and Outou.

Akuma nods, standing up. "Very well then, I'll be off at the beach then. You do what you need to do and I'll do the same" He said turning around and walking out the door, heading off in the direction of the beach. He didn't care if Sachoi was sorry or not, his face was still neutral and serious before he left. His midemeanor was different then the average genin who seemed to lack maturity and intelligence.

E. Zaiaku watched the other Rinnegan eye user quietly. She was somewhat surprised to have found another like her, no, similar to her. She doubt his eyes made him suffer like hers had done to her.
