Tsukiko bit her lip and kept her arms by her side. She wouldn't touch him, she didn't want to give herself doubts of what she was going to do. Tears kept falling though, and she couldn't make them stop. "I don't want to die and leave you, but its better then her killing you." She placed a soft kiss on his cheek before pulling away. "I need to go back to my room, somethings still need to be moved around. Your welcome to follow me, because its not like I can stop you if you chose to follow me. I'll understand if you want to stay with you master though." She gave him a gentle smile, the effect more then likely didn't work since she still had tears running from her eyes.
She moved closer one last time and leaned to his ear. "I love you, please don't ever forget that." She whispered before moving to the door again. She let her self out, and began walking down the hallway. Her heart telling her to run back and get him to make it all okay. Her mind though knew better and promised her that it would only makes things worse if she went back. Of course she agreed with her mind and kept walking. "Its not like he's ever going to actually say he's in love with a pathetic girl like you." Funny how even though only Tsukiko was suppose to hear this. It came from her lips, only it wasn't her voice. The inner witch was ready all she had to do was wait for her hour to come. Tsukiko wanted to prove the witch wrong, but knew she couldn't.

He touched two fingers lightly where she had kissed him, his eyes watching her as she flew out the door in a flurry of brown hair and tears. She loved him? That was definitely a head spinner. No one had ever used those words around him before, let alone directed them his way. And yet he couldn't help notice the sadness that overwhelmed her. How could someone love another and still be so sad? This made no sense to him, love was suppose to make people happy. But maybe it had something to do with him? Maybe she didn't like the fact that she felt that way towards him. Too many thoughts spun around in his mind as he tried to process her words. Palian decided in the end to wait and ask her directly, lest he confuse himself more with speculation. 'Her?' he thought after he managed to get his mind back on track. Who was this person she feared would kill him, the demon who was not yet alive? Was this person going to kill the first thing he had ever claimed as his own? A grimace twisted his face in pain and anger for a quick moment. Not if he could help it. Before his body moved to follow, he halted and looked back at Nemo. The boy had shifted in his sleep, curling up beside Fyte, their hands the only thing touching. Nemo's face looked peaceful, his sleep heavy and dreamless. Raising his gaze to look at the young wind bender, a shadow of a smile graced the demon's lips. "He is to stay here and not alone," he growled softly. "I don't want to have to hunt him down again." Satisfied that she understood him, Palian rushed out the door after Tsukiko. He couldn't shake the feeling that the water witch needed him. Like before, he still wasn't able to protect her. It wasn't his nature to do so beyond what his creator asked of him. However, if there was anyway he could be of use, he would certainly try. Especially if it's for her. This realization wasn't all that surprising to him. It wasn't a new concept, you took care of your things. Though he wouldn't exactly consider her a "thing", but he knew that that tread dangerously close to protecting. He didn't exactly favor the idea of having his power backlash on him, being bound again because he misbehaved. But maybe this time it wouldn't end so badly. Drawing up beside her, Palian slowed his pace so that he was even with Tsukiko's stride. "I'm going with you," he announced in an even low tone. (wow, long post heehee. ^'^)

A small smile lit her face when she heard Palian's voice, but the pounding in her head from earlier came back. "I don't want you to get in trouble with your master. Is it all right for you to be with me." She still remembered his anger last time she was in his world. More dread filled her, "I was going to talk to Ryo, but the matter could wait. This is my last day on this Earth, I wish I knew a way to make it last." She laughed and wiped the few stray tears with her sleeve. She didn't want to cry any more. No use in crying over things that can't be changed. She was happy that he was here even for only a while.
Tsukiko was quiet as they walked through the grounds. No one seemed to be out of their rooms at this hour. The sun was just rising form its sleep. It made her smile the know that no matter what the sun would always rise after the darkness of night. She didn't let her smile falter as the entered her dorm building. Beginning to head toward her room she unlocked the door, and walk in. She took off her jacket and hung it back in her closet.
"Can I ask why you did come with me." She spoke as she fixed her shirt, it was warm in her room so she had still chose to wear the one with out sleeves. She turned to look at Palian with a smile, before going to sit on her bed. She motioned for him to sit down next to her before she began to take her hair down, when she was in her room she liked her it to be down.

Elliot, Tom, Sam, Lynne and Ayuka were definite musts, but… it felt like she needed a few more people. Grumbling slightly, she wracked her head for more people, thinking back to the first few days of school. Remembering her first fight of the year, her brain clicked. "Those two girls and that boy…" Right after the words left her mouth, she heard someone coming into the dorm. People? At this hour? Alessa wondered to herself, peeking out the doorway to see who it was. Just her luck: it was the brunette she was thinking of. Though Alessa disapproved of her bringing a guy to her room (at some weird hour, no less), it meant that she didn't have to go looking for her. Walking out of her room, she gave a sharp knock on the door. She waited, trying to form what she needed to tell them in her head.♥♡ I'm torn into pieces, but I don't cry on the outside anymore…♡♥

"I'll see you soon then." He said casually, walking out of Alessa's dorm room. Going down the stairs, his expression changed back into a grim one. "It'll be fine if we can get him out, nevermind me. Still yet, if he had found the files on my sister, why were there only two pages? The student files are at least three or four pages long." he wondered aloud. Heading back to the student council room, he re opened the room. He had already memorized the name he had seen, and turned on the computer, half surprised when it was only on standby and not powered off. Shrugging this fact off, he began to search the files for the person, frowning as nothing came up in the search. Standing up, he stepped back and [;aced his hands in front of him. "Time Replay, half hour." He said quietly as the room around him glowed a soft blue. Indistinct images began to appear, until half an hour had happened and began to play.
When the rewind ended, Tyrek slammed a fist into the wall. "Those bastards! Now I see what their motive is… Two birds with one stone, huh? And no matter to the poor girl who might be kicked out of school without a home because of your actions…" He growled, ignoring the throb of pain in his hand. Tsukiko listened to the knock on her door, and quickly shoot up from her bed. "Coming," she called out walking to the door. She gave a quick look at Palian, and pushed him on her bed. "Sorry. I promise I'll make it up to you." She was already at the door, and turned to look at him. She realized how wrong this now was on so many levels. She took a deep breathe and clammed herself. With a quick opening and closing of her door she slipped out into the hallway, and pressed herself to her door. Now she regretted tacking of her jacket her arms and shoulders where bare and only her hair covered her somewhat.
"Hello." Tsukiko said with a bright smile as she looked at the girl. She took note it was the girl they had helped a while back. Tsukiko wasn't worried about getting in trouble, more like she didn't want to cause trouble. She silently prayed that the demon in her room wouldn't be angry with her later. She kinda wanted to know in the eyes of another how bad it looked right now. She felt like she had just got caught doing something really bad and she really wanted to laugh about it. Keeping a straight face she asked in a normal voice. "Is their something I can help you with miss."

(sorry, been busy. lol) The demon walked in silence beside Tsukiko as she made her way to her dorm. He didn't know if it bothered her, but sometimes he just wasn't in the mood to talk. At present he was enjoying the feeling of being so solid. It hadn't happened like this before and he noticed how the wind actually ruffled his clothes and hair. His black boots actually made a noise as he stepped along the sidewalk. Too soon he realized they had reached their destination. Following her into the room she entered, he looked around for the first time at her room. He had no other rooms, save his masters, to compare it to, but he thought it was wonderfully alive. Everything seemed to emanate the witch's personality, even the pile of papers that were likely her growing back homework. He stood still to absorb the sight, his pale blue eyes wandering from her slightly untidy bed to the books that crammed her bookshelf, from her desk to her closet. "No," he answered half playfully when she asked why he accompanied her. Sometimes, he honestly didn't feel like talking. And sometimes he liked to tease, a trait he only recently acquired. When she motioned for him to sit beside her on the bed, his gaze was drawn to her like a magnet. He felt like he was being hypnotized, though she was doing nothing of the sort. His feet carried him slowly closer as he watched transfixed, her slender fingers separating her hair and laying it out flat. He stopped at the edge, his head cocked to one side. Then someone knocked at the door and she pushed him on the bed so fast, he hardly had time to snap to when she opened and closed the door behind her. The spell, for that is what he thought it surely must have been seeing as she is a witch, was broken. He was left alone, on her bed. Why did he feel so rejected? Turning ever so slightly, he glared at the door for making that noise. If only it hadn't knocked, then the spell wouldn't have broken. He'd have closed the gap between them. Shaking his head to clear it, he growled softly. It wasn't the doors fault, but the person who did the knocking. The demon cursed whoever did the knocking in the only way he knew, by promising to torture them in his world if he ever found out who it was. There was nothing to do now, but await his Tsukiko's return. Staying where he was, sprawled out across her bed, he settled his head down on his hands, like a cat waiting patiently for its prey. Eyes of ice stared unblinking at the portal of wood.
