He nearly jumped out of his skin. "Note to self, Roxanne has some motherly sensitive ears." He he said to himself, there was no point in trying to be any quieter, she'd probably still hear him anyway. He walked over to her and held out the key to the room. "I take it since you're getting comfortable there, perhaps we should just switch rooms."

"I heard that too," she added, smiling up at him as he came walking over. "Mothers also have eyes in the back of their heads so you might wanna watch out cuz you've got three women well on their way to becoming mothers." "Na, you've already got Firin in here and she's still new enough to the changes in her body that it will be more of a hassle for her to move out of here than I." Roxanne replied, slowly sitting up. "However if you would like to come with me to exchange our carriage, we could remain inconspicuous and simply pose as husband and wife."

He nodded his head, it was a good idea, but he saw a problem with it. "Noted and I'll do it without question, but you have any idea how incredibly inconspicuous we are not? I'm dressed as a Knight, and you..." Eric paused and chose his words rather carefully. He didn't want to set off Roxanne at all. "You look like a Warlock who eh, cast far too many "summon" spells. Even if you weren't it's still a couple you don't see everyday."

"A good point, but with the addition of a cloak nobody will notice such things at a distance." She countered, getting to her feet with some effort. "I mean look at Brillux, he just walked through a tavern full of people and nobody was the wiser." Pulling another smaller cloak from her bag, Roxanne tugged the strings tight across her growing breasts and pulled up its hood about her head.

"Give or take a now swollen paladin." He shrugged his shoulders. Taken a good look at her, she had Eric's approval. "Do you need me to do anything more than follow beside you and "look" like a husband? Holding your hand, petnames and kissing you is optional, right?" He asked Roxanne, the last part was a joke, one he'd hope she didn't bite his head off about.

Brillux shook his head. "If ye're worried about protectin' the mage and the paladin then I'm here." he replied with a toothy grin. At least it would get the dark woman away from him for a short while.
Yet something in his bones couldn't help but feel as if he had seen the paladin before. Walking out of the dark corner of the room he casually looked at both the mage and the paladin then turned to the warrior and the warlock.
He was a knight, it was a fine group but they really didn't have any healers. "Word of advice lad, I'd look fer a healer while yer in this town. I'm sure the pally's good and all, but with her new baby belly and with the way she carries herself she's probably more of a fighter. Just words of an old fool if ye want to take them seriously." he said with kindness. Brillux was starting to enjoy everyone's company. Which was kind of odd for him.
(Since the other woman is on hold I'm going to also make a healer character. smile I normally don't do this but why not? I'll have three characters in this rp :3)

Firin wanted protest about needing protecting, but when she heard the skeleton's reasoning, she couldn't deny his thinking. With her divine magic she could heal but she was much better with smiting evil with it than mending wounds. Many times she had been told about it, but the headstrong girl wouldn't think about it.

His purple hodded cape danced in the wind as he walked the streets. Having just finished helping healing an old man who had been poisoned by a rogue Cress gently looked at the few coins he was given.
Grant it he would do it for free, but the old man and his family insisted. With a sigh he green eyes spotted the Inn. Perhaps a room would be nice, oh and a hot meal. Leaning on his staff as he walked the young Cleric had come to this town because of some odd vision he had a few months ago.
Why this time? Why this day? Only the Gods knew. After all as one of the Holy Healers he needed to follow the code. Still there were times when he wished he were a Paladin instead. Those warriors of light fought bravely in battle, and sadly because he was a bit frail and weak himself, Cress could never become one.
Yet if he worked hard at it, maybe he would eventually Class Up into a Sage or something. Stepping into the Inn he sensed dark magic, it was making the hairs on the back of his neck stand up. Something was amiss here, yet he was more of a healer not one to toss light spells at the darkness.

"A healer, huh? I'll keep an eye out for one, can't imagine why they'd want to join us, but you never know." Replied Eric, it was a good call. But his words about protecting the mage and the paladin made him a bit grumpy. He wasn't certain if it was towards him, but he took offense to it nonetheless.
"I doubt that the women here need protection from anything more than those idols."

Brillux grunted. "Well lad, I'm just offerin' a bony hand. Still take the time ye need to prepare, weather ye trust me or not we're gonna need lot's-o supplies to feed these hungry pregnant women." he lightly mused walking over and now trying to push both Roxanne and Eric out of the door.
"Alright now off with ye! Mr. and Mrs. Swordsperson!"

Cress used some of the money to buy him some warm soup and bread. Relaxing in the small bar he quietly ate. Tired from a long days work of helping people and traveling Cress was glad to be sitting.

(Roxanne might beg to differ on that one SD after all, she does have a thing for Brillux. =P Or so I've been playing it as. And LOL, when I first read your characters name I immediately got a picture of the John Snowe character from Game of Thrones in my head.) Roxanne laughed at Eric's joke, a genuine hearty laugh, not her normal evil sounding laugh. "Of course, but I won't fight them off if you try..." she countered with a wink. "Duely noted Brillux, we shall keep an eye out for such a person while we are out." Roxanne replied, picking up her staff and heading for the door. "Coming Eric?" she called from outside the door. There was truth to Eric's words. Recruiting a healer for their group would indeed be a difficult task but they would have to worry about that when they came to it, first they had to find one. Having rearmed herself in case of trouble before leaving the room, Roxanne's staff again gripped an purple orb of swirling black energies, an orb which containing one of her many demonic companions. Slowly waddling downstairs with the aid of her staff, Roxanne reentered the taproom of the tavern they'd left about ten minutes earlier.

Eric blushed deeply at the wink she gave him. Did this woman know where all his buttons were? It sure seemed like that. Given the push, he followed Roxanne out the door. She got down the stairs without his help though, didn't even give him a chance to aid her. Once they got in sight of people however, he did hold her hand however. Eric was surprised to know that her hands weren't cold as ice. It probably only applied to zombies and vampires. "You alright, Roxy?" He asked as he played along, he even looked all worried for her and the "baby". Best to not go with petnames and kissing until necessary concerns called for it. "You know, I think getting a Healer won't be too difficult for us if we keep this charade going when we find one." The knight whispered in the warlock's ear. It was a good chance if a healer thought they were a traveling couple with a knight as the husband's profession, perhaps they would join them.

Another serge stopped Cress from enjoying his meal. Dark magic, he could feel it's presence. As with most of those who held Light magic, they could sense Dark magic. He figured whomever held this darkness would feel his presence too. As with light, those with dark magic often could sense if someone with Light magic was close.
Both elements opposed each other, yet unknown to popular belief, if both spell types came together they formed Silver. A magic often used by vampires and those who loved the moon. Silver magic had a combination of both healing and hurting.
The serges weren't hurting him but Cress couldn't help but scan the bar he was sitting in. Upon finding it's source his eyes widened in surprise. A woman with a very large pregnant looking belly stood next to a guy that appeared to be a knight. Even though she carries a staff filled with magic, it wasn't her staff that was giving off the serges..it was her belly.
Slowly standing he figured he would go investigate. Using caution he approached the couple slowly. "Hello there. Do you both need a hand?" he asked giving a polite bow. "I see your wife is far along in her pregnancy. You must be one happy father."
Normally Warlocks, from what Cress had heard, never fell in love. Instead focused on summoning their demons and working on their powers. He found it a little odd, yet something told him that whatever was in her belly wasn't human..and was filled with a mysterious power. The woman looked calm, surely anyone with magic could sense that kind of power? Maybe she had gotten used to it..though it didn't seem like a normal pregnancy. Heck, maybe the lady got herself knocked up with a demon, that wasn't uncommon either for those that summoned them.

Roxanne was about to reply when another paladin looking type walked over and offered his aid. She couldn't believe their luck would be this good, it had to be some kind of trick. Closing her eyes briefly she saw the person was indeed trained in the ways of the light or so his aura claimed. "Why yes we could." Roxanne replied, rolling along with their husband and wife disguise. "Could you direct us to the nearest temple? We wish to recruit a healer for our travels just in case of an emergency."
