(Good to be back heh, I was afraid I'd fall into Dungeon Fighter Online for too long and be lost forever <.<)
Erron bowed and helped the man who had spent so much of his time and energy teaching the younger monk, he concentrated on dispersing the vibrations the quivering palm technique creates within the target's body and rendered them harmless: he doubted his newly understood technique would be any danger to the man, but monks were known for catching the unprepared by surprise.
"May the sun shine upon whatever road you take as well."
Erron offered a styled two finger salute as he exited the lower floor training area and left the house for the newly bustling streets of Haven, he stretched his arms into the sunshine and breeze of the dock region of the town, fish peddlers and sailors busied around townspeople as they bought their shimmering, struggling catches for whatever meal they would have them. He started off towards the tavern he was sure the rest of the party had bunked down at, considering that it was a free night."

As the last word of prayer died on his lips, Tjaden stood up, checked his gear, again, and left. Closing the door behind him, he looked up and down the hallway; it was empty. With heavy 'thuds' Tjaden moved to Erron's door and knocked. After a few moments, there was no reply. Moving on Tjaden went to Prometheus' door and knocked. Again...there was no reply. With a frown, Tjaden turned and went downstairs.
Once in the common room, Tjaden made a bee line for the only face he recognized, the unfortunate visage of Kal. "Half..." Tjaden stopped himself, cleared his throat and started again. "Kal. Have you seen the monk or the druid that was with us when we entered the city?" Having obviously been up later than Tjaden was, Kal was probably the best choice for the question anyway; he would have seen or heard anyone who came up the stairs.

Kal turned to see Tjaden. "No, I haven't seen, nor heard, about or from either of those two," he replied, a curiousity in his voice as well. He wondered where they coud be.

(I don't have a lot of time, I'll edit this if someone has moved me. 3 mins arg!) Selce woke up with the sun streaming through the window. She stretched like a cat and stifled a yawn. She remembered they needed to see the archmage today. She left her room and ate breakfast quickly. Then at down to wait for her companions.

As an Orc, Tjaden's facial features were already somewhat wrinkly. Added to that, the fact that he was frowning made his face positively creased. At Kal's reply, Tjaden's face became absolutely Mountianous. Each countenances marked yet another degree to which Tjaden's anxiety reached. He huffed through his large nostrils and sat beside Kal, disgruntled.
Seeing Selce approached, Tjaden waited for her to be seated. "Erron was supposedly learning from some monk 'master' and Prometheus went off gallivanting through the city on his own. I knocked on their doors this morning...no answer. Either they sleep like bricks..." Tjaden didn't finish his sentence, only started at his large green hands.

As Tjaden let the thought hang in the air Erron had reached the door of the Inn and Tavern (as many establishments had seen it common wisdom to host both services) and entered the building, he mentioned the party he was traveling with at the entrance but before the innkeeper was able to reply Erron spied Tjaden and Kal talking in the common room. He hastily thanked the man for his help and walked into the room, motioning to the bartender for a bowl of soup and a glass of something palpable as he continued further into the room to grab a seat at the table Selce was sitting at
"Good morning Kal, Tjaden, Selce...I don't think I'm eager for a night like last one any time soon" He said warmly rubbing a few bruises to make the point. "What..... the hell is that?" Erron's focus shifted as a bright winged....something woke up from under the table and stretched its' scaly legs and arms then looked at him in a puzzled way.
(Not sure if Selce's familiar is constantly present or has to be evoked, so will edit if necessary)

(It's fine. I am assuming Melkor can talk to other people, not just Selce or Alanna?) Selce smiled at Erron's reaction. "That is Melkor." She told him as he settled himself onto her shoulder finally. She picked up a piece of leftover bacon and offered it to him. "Yes I am Melkor." He replied lightly before he gobbled the bacon quickly. In the middle of one bit he sneezed and wound up flipping off her shoulder onto the table. Selce could only laugh. "I progressed my training of the Arcane Arts. My teacher just happened to be the Archmage. I guess we should go to meet her this morning?" She asked lightly.

"Indeed," Tjaden said, "Though it worries me still, that we do not know where Prometheus is. Is it like him to dissappear without notice?" Tjaden was pretty sure he knew the answer, but asked anyway. "He is not in his room."

Erron nodded to the person who brought him his breakfast and tipped them a coin he had in his pocket, he thought for a moment about Prometheus' disappearance.
"No, it isn't like him...but it is a large city and I did suggest to him he should at least try to be a bit more comfortable in crowded places..." He said before starting his own morning meal, a strange concocted "breakfast" soup made with a variety of ingredients the monk couldn't readily identify aside from the trails of egg floating at the surface of the bowl.

((I'm assuming Haven at least has a sewage system))
Laren awoke slowly and with a slight headache. She was glad she had taken the liberty of drinking water before she drank her ale, otherwise she would have had a much worse hangover than she did.
However this had an unexpected side effect, her bladder was full. Upon realizing this fact Laren jumped up, skipped her normal morning stretches and ran down to the barkeep, thankful she had slept in her cloths the night before, "Powder room?" she asked hopping from one foot to the other and then headed to the room he had designated.
After she had done her business Laren came out and looked around the first floor, noticing the group she had come into haven with, minus the druid, she decided to sit down with them after ordering a cup of tea, and some bread.

((You bet it has a river runding underneath that has holes going up into many buildings! lol))
Selce gave Laren a nod and a smile. "So I guess me and Erron, maybe Ronus if he still wishes to, but after Erron finishes of course. I can't ask anyone else, but if you did come it would be greatly appreciated and may even help your kin and the continent. Especially if we rid the world of Serak with some information from Alanna." She said in a rush. She stared hard at Tjaden and Laren to hear their answers.

Laren blinked and looked up from her meal, "Wait what? Serak? Okay, maybe I should be properly filled in now." The elf had a completely bewildered look on her face.

Kal listened intently to the whole conversation, curious on their plan this morning and if he was included. If not, he wouldn't mind finding the red bearded man again.

Ronus was not among the group in the tavern, as he had his aforementioned duty to attend to. The emissaries from Deepanvil stood before the Council of Haven and plead their cause.
Beremond stood from his seat as he addressed the emissaries.
"Good dwarves, it is unfortunate that during such a terrible time of strife that we are unable to send aid to your gates, or at the very least attempt to forge a peace between Deepanvil and the elves. We are besieged ourselves by the orcs to the northeast, who believe we are the source of their own suffering, when no such order has been given to strike at them. I suspect the same is true for your current predicament?"
"Aye, 'tis true. We never ordered an attack on them pointy ears, but they came, nonetheless."
"I suspect that what Beremond says is true," Archmage Alanna stated, standing from her seat as well, "there is something going on here that does not appear at first glance. Tell the High King to simply hold the gates of the city and to not send out retaliatory strikes against the elves. If their attacks persist against Deepanvil herself, then we shall endeavor to intervene."
The dwarves all mumbled to themselves for a moment but slowly nodded in agreement and expressed their gratitude before exiting the council.
"Alright lads, we'll make our way back ta Deepanvil. Ronus, Mildrad, Berkir, you lot can stay if ye wish an' we'll contact ye via runestone when we get back home... May th' Highfather watch o'er us all."

Erron gave as detailed description of what had happened between Him, Selce, Prometheus and Ronus before they had joined up with Kal, Tjaden and Laren as he could muster, focusing on the unnerving experiments, the Mage himself, and his two peons: The claw wielding, green eyed Elf and the Ogre Chieftain, and their second encounter with the elf at Tradewind, where they were seemingly tested in the re-acquisition of the Golden Scales
"In short, we have a very suspicious, very powerful and very pissed mage watching us, even though he claimed he held no more interest in us I sincerely doubt that is the case." Erron paused. "And did you say Ronus is here? I thought he had gone back to Deepanvil....unless of course the falling out between the Elves and Dwarves is cause for concern to them too."
