Luna tensed slightly at his closeness. She nodded once at his words, ready to train right now. But she understood why he wanted to wait till tomorrow. From what she had overheard there were other important things to be done, and she was still a little worn out. Tomorrow, she would have a real teacher...

Erik had a reason for getting close to Luna: His power to sense a person's aura was limited, depending on the strength of the aura. Luna's aura was strong, full of potential, but unshaped, unfocused. No wonder she needs a teacher. Her soul is powerful, yet she must learn to control it. "How much do you know about healing?"

She stepped away from him, feeling uneasy. "The very basics...cuts and bruises was about as far as mother got...I've learned about mending muscles in my travels, but I can't do that without almost passing out."

Kiri sighed. "I'd rather not waste my time with such foolish battles ," she stated. "But if you wish to shed blood, be my guest," she added as large ice spikes formed in the air and fired at her from above her and below her. Kiri really didn't want to deal with this pest. The Manticore continued to fly onward.

(Was trying to wait for Varnis or tigris...) Luna watched everyone quietly. She was not sure where they were headed, but she was going to stay with them. The opportunity to be trained could not be passed, no matter how uncomfortable she felt around these strangers.

(Well I guess I can post, I was waiting for Varnis. Also what happened to Zeromercyx?)
Sothe stayed hidden among the branches, watching what the group was doing next. When they started heading back to the City's door, Sothe's attention went to a man in a cloak. "Didn't the Fire nation King tell me in his first message, that the target hide himself under a cloak. I better keep an eye on this man I think he is my target, he said in his mind." When the group was a long distance away Sothe climbed out of the tree, where he covered his face with his scarf, and sat under the tree facing the City gate. "I will wait until morning and if they haven't left the city by then, I may have to enter the city again."

((I'm not too sure. I sent them a message. I was also waiting for Kiri's action before posting.))
As the ice formed above and below her, Vannah just smiled as her body slowly became translucent, as if it was nothing but air and waited for the spikes to come down upon her before chasing after Kiri. While in this form, she couldn't cause physical harm upon some one, but she could avoid all harm.
"Who says it would be my blood to be shed? You maybe able to control ice, but that can be broken easily, air how ever... That's another story." Vannah said as her body changed back to a physical form and shot a blast of heated air towards Kirir's back, hoping to knock her off the Manticore.

Varnis continued to walk towards the city gates as the two talked to each other. He sighed as he reached the gates not noticing Sothe sitting under a tree. Opening the gates, he looks inside. "Well, where to get supplied now..."

Erik had forgotten something. He knew he had forgotten something, but he didn't know what he had forgotten. It wouldn't be forgotten if he did, would it? Regardless, Erik trailed Varnis, keeping a distance that would allow him to jump in if something happened. "Getting supplies will depend. It seems to me that Krious is currently uninterested in these lands. Perhaps he wishes to consolidate power by taking other territories. But the Fire Nation could strike at any time. And they're sure to have a hunter or three after me, for I still hold that sword."

((Still trying to capture the essence of Kiri... Cold an unemotional, is completely the opposite of me in rl. lol. So it's making sure she doesn't just sound bored, but cold. Two similar but different things. ))
Kiri threw her arm in front of her, not having turned away from her opponent. She wasn't stupid enough to do that. The hot air burned through the ice coating her skin, and caused a first degree burn on her. She gritted her teeth and glared silently at Vannah and the pain. She mentally cursed her inability to heal. She thickened the coat of ice around her on all bits of skin, seeing the tactic that Vannah would most likely use would mirror her first attack. "But Ice can break rocks, and move mountains. Wind merely bends around it. Bending to the moutains strength," she retaliated verbally. Ice shards began to form around Kiri, firing at random intervals at the enemy.
Kiri kept her eyes on Vannah, turning around on the back of the Manticore if needed, allowing the manticore to keep flying the right direction.

She walked beside Erik. Luna glanced around at everyone, staying quiet. She felt awkward. It had been some time since Luna had been around more than one or two people at a time. They all seemed friendly enough, but she couldn't help feeling out of place. She was just some stranger who had stopped to help, and was now following them wherever they were headed only because the man walking beside her had promised to train her.

Erik was still trying to remember what it was he had forgotten. He had a nagging feeling that what he had forgotten would bite him in the behind if he dismissed it. "Let me think here...oh." Erik started patting himself down. "Damnit! The sword! I've lost it!"

Vannah looked at Kiri for a moment as she spoke and smirked. "That maybe so, but I can pull the air right of your lungs if I so wish to do so."
Seeing the spikes of ice come towards her, she started to dodge them. "But for now, I shall let you live, you could have some information that I could use." Dodging another spike, she flew closer to Kiri, but the manticor was just slightly faster than her. She would need a gust of wind to help her catch up.

"I must have dropped it when they were chasing me...that sword we swiped from the Fire Nation..." Erik cursed under his breath. "It's in the hands of the Hellspawn Empire now. This could end up being really bad."
