Kiater limped up to the big double-doors to the library, opening one of them with one hand and limped in, he stopped and looked around as the door closed behind him. He saw a few people at tables and a few at shelves looking for books. There were shelves and shelves of books, he was overwhelmed by how many books there were. He had never seen so many. He limped to the nearest shelf and started to search the sections, thinking of only one book. Where is it I know they have it.

After the initial room placement, thoughts of a good place to hang out ran through the mind of Kalynn. Slightly tired and interested in the school, his feet peddled him down to the campus Library. A stun looked stretched across his face as a glance flickered at the librarian.
"Black must be her color..." uttered out of his words as she approached him. "Welcome, I am Gen. May I be of service to you?" her voice softly spoke, her posture being perfect. "Um...not...maybe...I am new here and just curious for a comfortable place to hang out and not be a bother to anyone." he spoke looking around with a slight since of nervousness. Gen only nodded with a polite smile, walking away to attend to another student.
Taking a a notice to the old fashioned tables, his body moved towards them without hestitance. Relaxing on a chair and pulling out his sketchbook to place upon the table, a feeling of peace surged throughout his veins.

After Kriia had woken up from her nap she realized she was craving a new book like a smoker craved cigarettes. She thought back wistfully at her large personal library back home that she'd bought one book at a time over her years of reading. She glanced through her bags and realized she didn't bring a single one with her. With a deep sigh she pouted a moment until she remembered that she was in a school. "Schools always have libraries!" she smiled at the thought. As she left her dorm she asked Jousha where the library was and was rewareded with a map of the campus. "warning now though... it tends to change alot, that map." Jousha had warned her. As she pushed open the door to her library she nearly beamed at the waft of that wonderful old book smell. She closed her eyes and let her wings flutter in pleasure of the atmosphere. Her bright gold eagle eyes opened and she nearly yelped as she jumped in fright at seeing Gen right infront of her. "Oh my, you gave me quite a fright!" she exclaimed quietly. The Librarian laughed softly at her. "I see that. My name is Gen. If you need anything let me know." She smiled and walked back to the front desk where Kriia had first seen her. She started wandering through the library at a leisurly pace. She had three novels in her hands by the time she resurfaced from the wonderworld of books. Kriia was in heaven. This was her world. The world of ink, paper, binding, and shelves to hold it all. She took a seat in a random oldfashoned chair with her nose already in one of the books. She was so ingrossed in the book that she only mechanically put the other two on the table before her. She was so into what she was ready she didn't even notice Kalynn in the chair opposite her's at the table.

Line after line, the paper begin to darken with an image of a person who Kalynn had met earlier. The sheer gracefulness was impossible to imitate with pencil, yet his effort still continued. Involved into his "zone" for drawing, outside influences were shredded away. Rubbing of shoes against his pant leg got his senses to readjust placement.
Stretching out his legs to get comfortable, a sudden bump prevented them to go out further. Retreiving them back, a look of suprisement stretched across. "Kri...Kriia...I'm sorry I didn't see you there." uttered out, his cheeks turning a bit red. A confusing look became after, with words following. "How...um...you weren't here when I sat down..."
Realizing shorty after, his hands swiped the sketch book away to hide his drawing, probably a moment too late. Normally, the very noticeable shyness would kick in, but he was already established with embarassment to this person.

Kiater stopped, as he scanned a certain shelf. "Finaly", he muttered. He took out a book thet read:"The Begeiners Guide To Alchemy". I need to lear alchemy, he thought, suddenly looking serious. He scaned the book looking at some of the pictures. This is it, he thought.
He limped to one of the abandend tables in the back. He leaned his cane carefully on the table as he sat down, putting his bad leg on top of the talble to rest. He leaned his head back and opened the book to page one, with the book over his leaned-back head. He sighed as he started to read.

Kiater noiticed the girl who was trying to reach a book a little high on a shelf. He marked the spot where he was reading and set his book down. He picked up his cane and got up limping to the girl he picked out the book for her and hanned it to her. "Here", he said kindly.

Tapping her foot to the music she was listening to, the overly large headphones on her ears, as she scribbled something on papers called 'homework.' Ai wanted to go somewhere quiet, somewhere she'll not attract any attention. For the first time in a long time, she was actually gettting some peace and qiuet. Lately, she's being hearing rumors, promblems have been arising, and her wings will not stop glowing! But after being sick and helping her friends with their problems, she really needs to catch up on her work! And fast! Since grades will be closing soon, she wants to have good grades so she can go to a great college for singing. If she is alive by then.
"... blah blah.. Homework is soo.. arggh!" she muttered under her breath as she angerily stared at the pieces of scrap in front o her face. After letting out a sigh, she turned her head over to the window next to her, causing her bangs and long silky lavender hair to rotate one side of her face, a kind of sorrowful frown on her face. "Still.. I wish I can go back in time and relive those days" she said as she softly smiled to herself. She missed the days when everyone was having fun together, when did all her friends go? Now, she rarely even see's one! Sometimes she thinks everyone is moving on without her, but its silly.
Noo! Noo! Must not think that! Study Study! she thought as she picked up her pencil again with a determined look on her face as she started scribbling down answers to questions on her math homework.

Rivera stood up painfully and leant back against the wall. Good... there didn't seem to be anyone who noticed her in the corner. In the shadow the blood trail wasn't so distinct. She looked at her wounds, then looked away, the dull pain suddenly becoming sharp to her. She didn't usually feel pain so easily... why now, out of all times, and why in the library? Her back felt like they've been lashed raw. The warm blood quickly turned cold as it dripped down her skin. She was losing body temperature fast... there has to be something in that book that would help her.
She leant against the wall, trying not to get blood on it, and cautiously opened the book. It didn't cut her to ribbons again, but fell open to a complex healing spell... Rivera began to read, pushing her pain away.

Kriia blinked owlishly at Kalynn a moment trying to focus her eyes on him after staring at the book for so long. She smiled "I guess I should apologise as well! I just ploped down here and didn't notices you I was so involved in this book." She placed the copy of Naked Empire on the desk with a book mark in her spot. She leaned down and picked up his sketch book from her feet. 'This must be your's." she started to hand it back to him when she realized the magnificent picture on the page. She could tell it wasn't quite finished but it showed a masterful hand had sketched it. At first she just admired the artistry in it. After a few seconds of looking she realized something was familiar. She gasped when it came to her and she turned beet red. "Oh my goodness!" She looked up at him her gold eyes wide in both embarrasment and awe. "It's beautiful... your skills should be used on more beautiful subjects though Kalynn. I'm not nearly as beautiful as you've managed to sketch me!" She nearly glows with embarasment knowing he could probably feel the warmth from her face even at his distance. She averts her eyes back to the flowing lines on the paper so as to avoid making eyecontact in her utter shyness.

Shifting back and forth, ignorance must've been bliss for this moment in time. "You don't need to apologize, for I should have noticed a beautiful girl sit near me." Reaching to rub his cheeks to swipe off the blush, he noticed his sketchbook was still being reached out to him as she spoke.
"Oh, I'm sorry to disagree but what is more beautiful than an angel?" he muttered with smirk across his lips, a spark of confidence bursting. Leaving the sketchbook in her hands, he places the pencil down on the hardwood table to enjoy a nice conversation.
Glancing down at the book she layed down, the marker was placed a decent amount inwards. "Do you enjoy reading? It looks like you're a pretty fast one." Crossing his arms, leaning slightly back in a relaxing manner, it was assured that time will not be a factor in the grand book hall.

Rivera looked at the spell, she couldn't pronounce it at all. The words choked in her throat like pebbles. Her mind was weak with desperation and her body longed to die. Out of all places, she got hurt in the library... by a BOOK. Out of all things to die from, an old dusty book. In her desperation, Rivera clutched the book to her chest and whispered the prayer to Gaelia, the Goddess of the Storm.
"Maetare Gaelia, aidre mera!" Her blood touched the pages of the book and stained its pages... then quickly vanished. A rush of water came from the book and soaked her to the bone. A voice came from its pages, eerie yet not unkind. It was almost like phoenix song, soft and lambent... yet it was muffled, like a phoenix singing underwater.
Rivera opened her eyes and looked at herself. Her wounds were no more than scars, but she was still soaked in water. Mysteriously, the book was dry. No water would settle on it at all. Dripping with the water and smelling of the spring rain, Rivera sighed and walked away, going to read a safer book somewhere she could dry off. She wanted to cry, but her face was like stone. Rivera didn't know how to cry.

Kriia's face had just turned back to it's normal color by the time Kalynn called her an angel. After that comment she was again trying to go from beet red back to her normal skintone. She nearly hid in her wings with embarrasment. Her wings framed her body, arching around her gently. This guy was astounding, everything that came from his mouth was perfectly designed to make her blush. She wondered if he was trying to play some game on her and she suddently turned even more shy. She hated being picked on. Kriia had been picked on since she first met other people, kindergarden. They'd always poked fun at her wings and strangely colored eyes. They said she had ugly hands and scary feet. She'd never really been able to see herself as pretty since. She smiled shyly at Kalynn and nodded when he asked about her reading. She set his sketch book atop her reading book and leaned back into her chair to get comfortable. "Yes, I've been an avid reader since about the third grade. Haven't been able to put books down since!" She smiled embarrasedly and looked at his sketch again. "How long have you been sketching? You must have been at it for several years seeing as how good you are." She looked up into his shocking green eyes and felt a shiver run through her. She loved green... and his eyes had every shade of green there was, little flecks of dark green and bright green. They seemed to all be held in auxilary for each mood. A different green for a different mood.

A smile came upon his lips as he noticed her blush, with another compliment following. "You do know that you only get cuter when you blush...right?" his eyes sparkled bright green for a moment. Reaching over, he slid his sketchbook close yet keeping it to the side in order to not distract.
Pulling his chair up closer, his eyes started to fade into a dark green, enjoying the conversation that is forthcoming. "I have been drawing ever since I can remember...which isn't much I hate to say." Kalynn's past was a mystery to himself as well as others. Moments of childhood were slim and scarce, never revealing during his dreams.
"Such beauty and grace", the words circled in his head, not saying them aloud. "If you don't mind me asking...what are you here at Ria for? I mean...I, myself, am here for the training." his hands conjoined to twiddle his index fingers in interest.
