I don't know how to explain... But if you read lots of manga... You get good at telling apart genders by eyes... though On children it's harder...

The boy eyes are different than the girls eyes.
Umm....that doesn't really explain anything, but now, your eyes are those of a girl .....so you Avi looks like a girl completely now.

The hands are the major-most giveaways I noticed... Unless you're holding something... or obscuring it.... Then there are also the gender-specific stuffs.... Aside from those... you can't tell....
