Adrienne urged her horse forward, following after her master. At the sound of her master's voice, she straightened a bit and looked up at him. "We could try the templesss again. There'sss bound to be a dark temple here sssomewhere."

"Yeah, I guess we could try that," Kaiser responded, though he wondered if a big city like this even had "dark temples". Guess it was worth a shot. Locating the nearest guard, Kaiser asked for directions to the nearest temple of darkness, or whichever temple was around dedicated to some dark god or another. Kaiser figured that a temple of that type would have plenty of necromancers lurking around.

Making his way out of the alley. Loww would follow closely behind them so as not to get lost. It was his hope that he might find this necromace of theirs. He would stick close to the wall to stay out from under peoples feet and he had his hand inside his clothing, ready to do something if he should run into trouble.

I'm afraid we don't have anything like that here, Sir.
Said the guard as he was asked about a dark temple, or other such place of necromancy or evil. Anything of that sort had been eradicated in the rebuilding of the city done by Raven Industries, and because of all the undead breakouts across the city several months ago.
Anything like that was eradicated after the attacks months ago. The rebuilding of the city has made sure of that. So, if you're looking for a temple of darkness, or a place housing necromancers and dark arts, you'd be better off looking elsewhere.
Some say that Sorrow's Keep is infested with them... That might be your best bet.
The guard would then return to his duties. He was a busy man afterall, and the city needed watching.

"Thank you," Kaiser said disappointedly. He walked back over to Adrienne to tell her the bad news. At least they wouldn't have to travel as far as they did from Latent to here.
"Looks like another dead end," he said to Adrienne once he made it back over to her. "Sorrow's Keep may have some hope for us though. The guard told me the place is infested with undead, so it's pretty likely there would be a necromancer or two lurking around 'em. Still... I dunno about dealing with zombies. Have you ever dealt with them before?"

Adrienne wrinkled her nose. "Not up clossse and persssonal. I generally avoid them asss a rule. Vile thingsss, they tend to travel in groupsss larger than I care to tangle with." Indeed, where there was one zombie, there was sure to be a hundred more.

"I guess we better stock up on supplies before we head into the mountains," Kaiser said. "You should get some warmer clothes. It'll be chilly up there."
He had noticed her discomfort to the cold upon reaching Lament, and didn't want her to be feeling any less than one-hundred percent if they had to confront any undead. Kaiser took the reins of his horse and walked it over to a nearby stall to tie it up at.

"I think thisss would be wissse. I am cold blooded." If that didn't explain it, well, he would have to ask for further explanation. As she spoke, she dismounted and led her horse to the stall to tie it with Kaiser's. "Ssshould I pick up anything for you, massster?"

Did he need anything? He wasn't sure, but didn't want to need something they didn't have once they were already in the mountains. He just couldn't think of anything. He pondered on it for a moment...
"An oil lantern. We'll definately need one, I'm thinking. I can't see as well as you in the dark. If there's any shops with it in stock, holy water as well."
What else?
"I could use a drink. Let's stay here for the night and get what we need. We can head out to Sorrow's Keep tomorrow."

Loww was disappointed to find that there was no necromancers in this city and even a little discuraged when he heard were they might have to go next. This was really turning out bad. He did not enjoy the thought of going further into the mountains without a party. It was far to cold and with out someone to keep an eye on him he might find himself turned into a frozen ice scuplture. Maybe it was time that he let Kaiser and Adrienne kow that he was following them. He would normally rather not work with other people he did not know well, but this was not the time to be picky.
Now, how best to get them to let him join their quest?

"Very well, ssshould I meet you at an inn when I have finissshed my ssshopping for drinksss and ressst?" She was already pulling her bag off of the horse and sliding it onto her back. She had enough left that she could get herself some warmer clothing, hopefully something that wouldn't be too constricting so that she could fight if need be. Adrienne wasn't looking forward to going further north, or to fighting hoardes of zombies either.

"Well, I was thinking of finding an inn first, then doing the shopping. Less to carry around. The last thing we need is to get mugged out here." He glanced around suspiciously, looking at every dark shadow in every alley around them. Reformed or not, cities still had their dark sides; thieves were always about. Luckily, there would be an inn closeby, situated right next to a tavern. The sign hanging beside the door read, "Letme Inne". Witty.
"Well, I'm going to get me some drinks!"

Adrienne gave him a nod. "I'll return here once I've gotten sssome warmer clothesss." Without another word, she turned and headed off in what appeared to be a random direction.

Loww would follow behind Kaiser. Staying close to the wall so as not to get trampled. He would keep an eye on this man and maybe talk to him in a little while. It would be best though to show himself, Which was a lot harder than it might seem, and would involve a bit of danger for himself.
Best to do it in a place where he would not alarm anyone. He wondered when he would get a chance like that.

There were still a few hours of daylight left, plenty of time to earn a little extra cash after she finished her shopping. The shopping itself didn't take long once she found the market place, which wasn't that hard to find since she let her nose lead the way. After that, she would kill time by dancing for the citizens in the market, unless someone protested, hopefully she'd get some silver or gold pieces instead of protests though.
