Kokopelli looked downwards.
He has been bruising her arms and back this past day or two, probably due to the fact that he's not certain of her dedication, or her inadequacy at household chores. Kokopelli heard him wishing to induce flagellation upon her.

Kokopelli would not let him hurt Ann any more, and things could just go back to normal.

Kokopelli took the shears, and went down to the bottom level, unharmed.

Moé grabbed Caleb's arm, and, creating an odd air cushion, made them slowly float to the bottom.
"Oh no..."
Kokopelli stormed inside, very angry, and Moé followed, taking Caleb with her. Kokopelli saw Felix holding a kitchen ladel aimed at Ann, and then gestured that Felix should drop the ladel and leave.
Felix laughed.
"Why can't you talk? Do you have a stutter?"
Kokopelli gestured several insults.
"Come on, nobody understands what you're doing anyways."
Kokopelli looked away.
"...leave."
"Oho, man of few words. Sorry, Ann is letting me stay here. And you're naturally giving, right? You'll lose out on nirvana if you don't--"
"Nirvana does not matter to me, now."

Ann was blushing.
"S-Sir, I... I've been such a fool. I..."
Felix took out a tazer at lightning speed.
"You stupid, prudish, unfeminine lunatic!"
The screams she emitted were the ones Kokopelli had heard before, but he thought they were under a different pretense.
Kokopelli opened the shears once, and closed them, threateningly.
Felix laughed.
"What, you think that'll do anything? I'm--"
Ann, finally snapping into consciousness, switched the shears Caleb had given Kokopelli with the Fenrir ones.
Felix noted the change.
"Wh-What--"
Kokopelli seemed to phase him hand inside of Felix, and pulled out a brown, filthy string.
"No," Felix cried. "NO!"
Kokopelli snipped the thread, and Felix fell to the ground, ultimately defeated.
Kokopelli felt great anguish, as he was by nature not a killer, and wordlessly began to play his flute.

Azrael entered through a portal.
"Ann, I'll be taking this..."
He easily lifted the corpse up, and then walked over to Ann.
Ann was about to scream, but Azrael silenced her by kissing her head and rubbing it lovingly with his hand before leaving.

Ann, dumbfounded, sat on the ground.

Moé dragged him through a portal to their house, closing it behind them.
Kokopelli put down his flute after restoring life, and then went over and embraced Ann.
Ann lifted up his cowl and kissed him, and Kokopelli sat there, content with his life again.
[[D'aaaaw.]]

Moé paused.
"Hmmm. For us, nothing that I can think of, but for Ann and Kokopelli? A heck of a lot! Hee hee."
Obviously in much better spirits, Moé leaned up and phasekissed Caleb.
"That was nice of you, to lend him your shears."

Moé grinned.
"Do you want some more coffee, Sir?"

Moé paused.
"Oh. Well, hurry, before it gets cold!"
